Bedrooms were very clean and it is walking distance from the beaches and cafes. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Hotel was nice and the room was confortable with everything you need to stay for few days. The host was also very kind and allowed the check-in much earlier as I arrived at 8h00 in the morning. Also public transport is easy to use, we visited few beatches around the area and went to Pireus port where you can catch ferries to Aegina / Hydra islands.

At the moment there are 2 buildings under construction in front of the hotel so we were afraid of noise and dust but finally we were spending days visiting area, so it was not a very big issue.

Breakfast alright, nothing fancy but fresh and plenty. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is amazing for beach goers, close to quite a few nice locations. Also, lots of restaurants, clubs and cafes in walking distance. Local supermarket also at 15 min walk from location. Easy connections for tram and buses, if you want to visit Athens.

The location was great as we wanted to be near the beach. Beach bars were only about a 5 to 10-minute walk away from the hotel. It takes about 30-40mins to get to the city centre by bus and the bus stop was just around the corner from the property. It’s worth noting that it’s only 10-15mins away by taxi though.

There’s an ongoing construction just opposite the property, but it’s not too much of a bother as we’re out for most of the day anyway.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nikos was absolutely brilliant. Everyone was very good though. We received recommendations for where to eat, how to get to the beach and staff were willing to help on every hand. Breakfast was also very good.

Parking is a little funky. You will need to park around back, especially on all of the weekdays. There is major construction going on across the street and worker trucks and noise will greet you during weekdays.

Lovely building with beautiful breakfast area, set back from the main road so not too noisy. Good location near tram stop and great beach venue Acanthus/Nalu. Grocery and restaurants 15 minutes away. Room was good size and lovely spotless bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff from start to finish. Opposite what we thought was a building site but turned out to be an archaeological dig!? Regarding value for money I think most of the price is for location as opposed to especially luxurious facilities.

Would love more storage to unpack into, and we’re Brits so would have loved a kettle in the room. There didn’t seem to be a breakfast-included option when we booked which might have been better value for money.

It was out of season so not very busy in the area. We were greeted by a member of staff who showed us the private parking. Our room was a suite and was spotless and had a really lovely bathroom. The beach was in sight and by car a 5-minute drive only because you had to drive around to the other side of the road. I would recommend this hotel.

There weren't facilities to get a snack or coffee.

A small and friendly hotel, spotlessly clean, lovely decor, decent sized room. The hotel is down a side street opposite a building site (November 2022) so didn't raise any expectations, but it gets better and better as you go from the reception area to your room. When we went for breakfast we were initially a bit disappointed, lots and lots of cakes but not much savoury stuff except hard boiled eggs and salad with tomato and cucumber. We thought it was just because it's off season. We took a couple of eggs, and as we started on our second eggs a lovely lady appeared with a fabulous omelette with ham, sausage etc, fresh baked rolls, cheese and Greek yogurt. She then bought a dish of Greek yogurt topped with jam, all utterly delicious. We were too full to try any of the cakes (boo hoo) and didn't need to eat again until the evening. Absolutely fantastic!

Most things were excellent, if I want to nitpick the view of the building site but the trees sort of shield it. Also, the hotel is very near the main road, though was quiet enough overnight.

One of the cleanest hotels i’ve seen! The room is spacious & modern, seems recently renovated! The bed and pillows were super comfortable, the bathroom was VERY clean, both of which are extremely important to me. The location is great, it’s right next to the beach and we had a great view from the balcony. The staff is super friendly and polite, very helpful and we felt very comfortable during our stay! Thank you for the amazing service!

In the building opposite, a new building is being built and we woke up every morning from the noise, in addition, you have to keep the curtain closed all the time because the workers look straight into the rooms The breakfast is not good Not worth the money... Better to go to the coffee shop 2 minutes from the place
