Apartment close to OMONIA Station (walking distance) in a busy part of Athens. Very suitable for our exhibition visit. Well working aircon during a hot week even though the aircon was switched on only during presence in the apartment. Walking distance to Plaka w/nice restaurants. Excellent communication w/host and support prior to arrival w/transport organisation (car from airport to the apartment).

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Good AC. Close to everything and great for sightseeing.

The area around the hotel was a bit sketchy and could be scary at night, but we were totally fine during the day.

We didn’t like the location very much, it seemed to be a run down area with no restaurants close by. Close to train station and the Acropolis however.

The air conditioning could have been turned on before we arrived. We had a corner room with plenty of windows on each side of the corner. It took a long time before it got cool enough for us.

The room was spacious, and comfortable, had hot & cold water, a private kitchen with tea and coffee, had even a good sofa, tv installed and air conditioner. The location is perfect, a 5-minute walk to Omonia station or a 10-minute walk to Monastiraki metro station from which you can directly go to the airport using the metro line. The location is also close to the bus stop. NOTE for Travellers: when traveling to Athens for 3 days, you can buy 3 days' tickets (for EUR 20) with unlimited usage of all transportation types (metro, bus, train). Walking distance to Plaka, Monastiraki, Acropolis, Hadrian's Library, Gate of Athena, Erechtheion, Parthenonas, Theatre of Dionysus, Areopagus Hill, etc

The furniture (chairs 2 of them) were broken

I was pleasantly surprised the moment I stepped into the apartment. It's like walking into a hidden gem - beautiful, modern, and so welcoming, especially after coming in from the cold, plain-looking building. The shower is perfectly warm, everything is spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Plus, the service here is just wonderful - super friendly and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend for short stays up to a week.

The shower doesn't have a head at the standard height, so it's a bit of an adventure when you're standing up! Outside gives you a taste of the urban hustle and bustle. Yet, it's wonderfully close to all the tourist attractions, making it a convenient spot for exploring the city's highlights a cosy dinner spots.

It was cold as we arrived in winter and the only heating available was through an air conditioning that wasn’t working as the electricity cut off when the card wasn’t inserted in the card slot when we were going out. This meant that we were always greeted by a cold apartment that needed time to warm up (from about 15-16 degrees C) when we came from the outside. Many other small signs of degradation of the furniture or bathroom facilities that showed that the property itself wasn’t really looked after properly.

Large room, fully equipped with even a small kitchen, a fridge, a water boiler, coffee and tea at disposal. Very clean and modern, with air conditioning. Pretty close to the city center, quickly reachable on foot. Fairly quiet at night. Not much we didn't like. After visiting the country by car, we came back in the same place one week later and booked a room again.

One detail (not a deal breaker!) : the windows rails are rusty and jammed, they make a horrible creaking sound when you force them open. They deserved WD40 a couple of decades ago... but really that's all.

Excellent location with stunning views and close to everything. The staff especially Constantinos and Mike were lovely, friending and helpful.

The furniture was odd. No dinning table, but a wasted side board. But 2 dinning chairs. A lounge that you could not use to watch the tv. Kitchen needed a sharp knife, a chopping board, a tea towel and 1 modest pot or fry pan. The bathroom , the hand held shower head had nowhere to clip into so you could actually stand under the shower. The only place to put the miniscule soap cakes was flimsy and soaps fell through and falling off wall in shower.

At the time that we got there the location wasn't what we expected being in the city center, but as soon as we explored the city we understood that actually wasn't that bad... 5 min walk to monastiraki, where you can take the metro and go everywhere and 20 min from the Acropolis site. The apartment is big enough for 3 people but only has place to sleep for 2. The bathroom was comfy and clean. Overall good experience, i would recommend

I have a real soft spot for this building/set of apartments. It was my budget option during a three week stay in Athens. And yet, even though it was the cheapest of all the places I stayed, it was the nicest in many ways. The staff are very sweet and on your side. The bed and pillows are surprisingly comfortable. The fittings and furnishings are minimalist and tasteful. Even though I was in the top-most apartment during a heatwave, I was comfortable. Dont be put off by the slightly sketchy streets around it, they are full of character and the fish market nearby is great for a tourist to see.

A common bugbear in some Greek places, the shower head is at hip height with no way to hang it over your head. Something so easily fixed yet it would make a huge difference to the guests.
