The staff upgraded me to a really nice room with an Acropolis view and they also allowed my small dog to stay with me. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The bed was exceptional. Breakfast was nice and the neighborhood has a lot of delicious restaurants. If you like to walk this is the place for you - all the attractions, shopping, bars and restaurants are easy to reach. Bonus: location is also close to 2 Metro stations (Syntagma + Monastiraki) that go directly to Pireaus or the airport without having to change trains.

The bathroom smelt like mould. When we notified the overnight staff, he seems uninterested to help. We also organised a transfer from the hotel, which never arrived. We waited 40m in the heat to only have to catch a taxi, as it never arrived.

The property is amazing. Very clean, super location in the centre of Athens. Everything is curated in the details, including the breakfast cooked fresh for you every morning. The bed is one of the most comfortable I have ever tried. The staff is the real gem of the property: very professional and helpful.

The only thing we didn’t like was the noise coming from the lounge bars and restaurants around the hotel until late at night. But the hotel had very good double glazing windows and it’s really not something they can control. After day 2 you get used to it and the perks are just much more.

The breakfast, because from the photos I thought it’ll be a buffet. You should update your photos… I felt kinda scammed. If I knew it weren’t a buffet I would prefer eating at the restaurant in the morning, and I hated the fact that you could choose only one main meal and that’s it. The least you could do is add a dessert… also the room was kinda dusty, there was dust in the air. But besides those 2 things I liked everything else .

I had a wonderful 4-night stay at this hotel and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the daily housekeeping was top-notch. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. One of the highlights was the beautiful rooftop, which offered stunning views of the Acropolis. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Nicky at the reception, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. The hotel's location was also fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, I have no complaints and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Nothing really. It was one of the best hotels I've ever been to

The staff was very prepared and kind, the rooftop bar and restaurant was gorgeus, the breakfast (included in the price) was scrumptious, and the style of the room was sleek yet comfy! The position of the hotel was perfect, near Monastiraki station and the principal tourist attractions.

There was a bad sewage smell coming from the bathroom, specifically from the shower drain. We just kept the bathroom door closed and slept ok! The cold air vent is directly above the bed, so keeping the AC on while sleeping was a uncomfortable for the person sleeping on that side.

Everything was wonderful- the room spacious and cool (AC in summer is essential!) the breakfast was the best we had all over Greece, but it’s the staff that really makes the place. They go out of their way to assist in every way, from directions around town, calling a ride, storing our luggage while we did side trips (they were our headquarters). Every single one of them was gracious, welcoming, and made us feel like family. When you arrive, you’re welcomed with the best lemonade you’ve ever had. The rooftop bar is a must - to sit up top in the evening and sip a Metaxa or a Greek Margarita (try it - it’s amazing!) while looking at the Acropolis, which is right there in front of your eyes, is a memory we’ll cherish. Everything was exceptional starting from the amazing Nicky at the reception, the most helpful staff ever, all smiling and willing to help in any way. They were very hospital and extremely friendly. The breakfast was delicious, the staff were super nice, the place was very clean. Everything was super clean.

I asked for laundry and it was a lil but pricey for 7 pieces (20 EUROS) but it was not at the hotel, it was outsourced. I think the hotel should negotiate with the provider to have more competitive prices.

The staff could have been a little bit more helpful. They were all polite but we had some questions and we felt a bit brushed off. We asked about stamps or a possibility to mail some postcards and also asked for a birthday decoration for the breakfast table but none of that was possible and the responses were a little curt. We understand the hotel has no obligations to fulfill these requests but I have experienced a more helpful hotel environment in the past. This has no influence on the overall experience of our stay, the room was great and breakfast delicious!

Great location, easy walk from the train station and close to lots of ancient ruins, restaurants and tourist gift shops. Fabulous breakfast every morning with lovely and helpful staff. Was also great to relax in the rooftop bar and have a drink in the evening. My room was fantastic, very spacious and comfortable with an amazing view of the Acropolis, also next to a lovely old church which one evening had a concert of traditional Greek music and it was lovely hearing the bells on the Sunday morning

Only one thing which was a bit noisy was the air conditioning unit not for my room but I think it was the duct that went up to the rooftop and didn’t shut down until after midnight every night
