It was spacious and lots of storage space. Air conditioning was good (very important in such hot temperatures) Towels were good quality

The photo of my room type in your website depicted front and side sea views but in reality, there was only a side limited view of the sea and mostly the window was facing the building next to it. In other hotels, this type of room will be referred to as “limited sea view” and not “sea view”.

Perfect location where we could see the sunset, historical monument and the coast. The staff needs to be mentioned as well because we have never met such hospitality and friendly people! The rooms are very high standard and meets all expectations.

Room, bath & shower all had top of the line items ( My husband loved the pillows- which is saying a lot as he rarely finds ones that are comfortable!) Also, the bathroom mirror night lite was a plus! It was very comfortable 7 nights! The Receptionist goes above and beyond to answer any questions and assist with any concerns and even gave us her after hours contact number if needed anything! She made our stay relaxed and she was pleasant to chat with daily. The Owner too was available, friendly, helpful and so very kind. Housekeeping does an excellent job maintaining the room daily.

Dusty parking lot but it was free so that made up for the dust.

The room was absolutely beautiful. It was very large and had windows on three sides, with floor to ceiling patio doors to the front. The outlook was fantastic, looking out over the old walls and the roof tops of the old town to the left and the sea to the right. It was wonderful to people watch - taking their morning swims down the steps to the sea or strolling into the old harbour in the evening. Fantastic views of the sunset over Chania. Everything in the room was very stylish and sophisticated. The bed was huge and so comfortable. The shower room was excellent. It was always a pleasure to sit in the room and look at the view or sit on the wrap around balcony. Whilst it describes itself as a hotel, there are no public areas or anywhere to have breakfast, but the room has a fridge a kettle and some plates and cutlery, so it is possible to enjoy a light lunch and a drink in this gorgeous room. The staff are very kind and friendly and the room is cleaned daily with meticulous care to detail. Spiros is so helpful and friendly and was a pleasure to meet. The location is excellent and the free public car park is really useful but it does get busy in the evenings. From this hotel you can walk everywhere and explore Chania. Do not just limit yourself to the very busy harbour, use some of the walking guide maps in the Tourist Information to explore the entire city. Although Chania is a busy bustling town, the sea all around is crystal clear and there are plenty of opportunities to swim. Restaurants everywhere at all times of the day and evening, all easily accessible on foot from this hotel.

I don't like to be negative about this gorgeous place, but there is one thing that is a bit lacking and that is the lack of storage for your clothes. It would be simple to rectify without any loss of style. It would be nice to have somewhere to eat breakfast, but in reality there are so many options close by that this isn't really a problem.

We loved the host and the staff who were very welcoming and were always willing to help us with our questions. The location was right next to the seafront, where we found an amazing coffee shop for breakfast. There is a free parking area next to the hotel which is great, but can fill up during later hours. Parking is not monitored, so do not trust people wanting money for parking there. The room was very clean and was cleaned daily. The location is perfect - 5 minutes walking distance to the old town and 10 minutes to the center.

Our room was right in front of the reception so we could hear people talking at night. The room's view was just the neighboring building, which was disappointing, but we never stayed long enough in the room to need a good view. We just wish there were more beaches within walking distance.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Theta hotel, and I can say it was one of my best hotel experiences to date! From the moment I arrived, the location of the hotel made it easy to explore the surrounding area, making it a perfect base for my adventures. The room itself was spacious and beautifully furnished, creating an inviting atmosphere that felt like a true home away from home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I got a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. I also appreciated the great amenities in the bathroom, which were well thought out and added a touch of luxury to my stay. Cleanliness was a priority, as every corner of the hotel was spotless and well-maintained. However, what truly made my stay unforgettable was the wonderful receptionist. She was exceptionally sweet, always radiating positive vibes, and ready to help with anything I needed. Her professionalism and warm demeanour made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Overall, my experience at Theta Hotel was amazing! I'm already looking forward to my next stay!

Location excellent: close to large free car park; sea right on the doorstep with a choice of small sandy beach, or steps into the water ( both with showers); close to the Venetian harbour (wonderful to walk to the lighthouse or on to the Old Town) with very good restaurants. Chania is a wonderful base for a holiday. Spiros and his colleagues were exceptionally helpful: answering questions before we arrived very quickly and with helpful information; greeting us on arrival and availability during our stay ( in person and WhatsApp). Hotel: beautiful room, sea view & balcony, very comfortable and tastefully decorated. And last but not least: cleanliness - Our rooms were cleaned daily to an outstandingly high standard. Spotlessly clean.

Hospitality of our hosts was way more than waht you can usually expect. Whenever we asked, someone was almost sprinting to help us. Any question was asnered with outmost friendliness and it was genuine, not only because we were paying guests. It felt like being part of the family! The hotel itself is situated next to old town and harbour, wlaking is the easiest way to experience a bit of the city spirit. From the apartment you get a stunning view, especially in evening light situations. Recommended for two adults!

There isn't much that could be improved! It depends very much on your personal preferences, but you could feel that the breakfast could be improved. It is not about quality, but choice and variety could alter. But hey - there are a lot of options available nearby and one can chosse from a huge number of restaurants serving breakfast in all national tasts.

Very convenient location within steps from the old Chania and Venetian harbour with all the restaurants and cafes. There is a large parking lot across the street with free parking which was convenient. Spiros and the receptionist (sorry, I forget her name!) were both very warm, welcoming and helpful. The restaurant where breakfast was provided was by the sea and also provided excellent service and food. Cannot recommend enough. Very hospitable and great value hotel. Thank you!

The hallways tend to echo a little bit and some hotel guests were noisy in the mornings but it was not really an issue.

This property is new. It is clean, stylish. and in a very convenient area. Shower has great water pressure, and bed is comfortable. The units have everything you could possibly ask for. The owners are very communicative and accommodating. Vouchers are given out for breakfast which is also great. Overall our stay was wonderful.

I did not give this property a 10 because we did not have any luggage racks. I believe it is an easy fix. Also, its parking situation could have been easier. There is a huge lot across the way that completely fills up after 5/6 pm and you must find look for parking on the busy street. One night the town had an event and it took us 40 minutes to park.
