Hotel is divided into various blocks All the staff were excellent, professional and very helpful. Rooms are quite spacious with beautiful breath taking seaview and pool view. Breakfast was ok. There are 2 outdoor pools very clean with enough sun loungers. Pool bar and restaurant have a variety of food and drinks. Small sandy beach with sunbeds available at no cost. Bus stop right outside the hotel entrance and bus timetable with routes available at the hotel reception.

Boring. No hotel events. Nothing closeby to the hotel. Few shops that were near have closed down, so you had to walk around 20m to get to a restaurant where there were 2-3 restaurants a cafe a souveneir shop. This was where the main karfas beach was and it was nice there. Any where else you need a bus or taxi to get around.

Almost everything was perfect! We needed baby cradle, they provided. The hotel itself is stroller-friendly, we were able to reach everywhere without any help/problems. The staff is helpful, everyone spoke English, and willing to help. The breakfast was also great, there was plenty of options, 3 types of eggs, bacons, fruits, orange juice, ping grapefruit juice, cappuccino, americano, espresso. The restaurant was also great, the food was delicious and the portions were more than enough for 1 person. And if you can learn the bus schedules, you dont need taxis (bus ticket is 2, taxis are 12-15 euros)

Our view was excellent. Room was big, bathroom was clean and breakfast was really good. Facility is, in general, a nice facility and we'd like to stay there during our next visit to Chios. Hotel has a very nice beach. Due to season we could not swim but enjoyed the beach anyhow. In addition, Mr Giannis and other members of the hotel were so helpful. We specially wish to thank them so much.

Public transportation to Karfas was extremely poor due to season. But this is NOT hotel's mistake. On the contrary, hotel did help us to ease our transportation.

This was our second stay at this hotel and the room's location and the staff's attentiveness exceeded even the previous round. The hotel's own beach is a little gem with sand dunes in the sea and they do their best to keep it clean despite extremely messy guests.

I think the staff can be a little tough on guests who violate all rules of civility around the beach and on the poolside and maybe charge penalties for scattering cigarette butts and used diapers around, for not showering before the use of the pool and take diving equipment into such a tiny pool.

Well located hotel with very helpful staff, made up of several different buildings. We booked the central building but got "upgraded" to a more distant one which looked ok but not 4 stars. Only 4 parking spots, with few more available on the street and many more in an unpaved location nearby. Did not try the restaurant.

Breakfast was not bad, except the terrible coffee, tuned towards local taste. Greek only TV channels. It has a small sandy beach opened to outsiders as well.

The hotel was nice, very close to the sea, and the sea view from the room was amazing. The pool was clean as well. They provide towels for the pool and beach. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was satisfying; we had it at the hotel for one night. The seafood was cooked excellently by the chef and everything was very delicious. The prices were also reasonable. We were pleased with our stay.

There are no serious issues; any minor problems were quickly resolved.

The location was perfect, the breakfast was really good, the swimming pools were clean and adequate for adults and kids, the staff was polite and helpful, the view was amazing and the room was spacious.

The fridge was small, especially for families. The cleaning staff came every day to the room but should have spent more time so as to leave a perfect clean room. Also at breakfast, the tables weren't so clean from the previous visitors.

The hotel is in a lovely area of Chios - Karfas Beach. We had a newer room with a spectacular view of the ocean and nearby beach, along with a fair sized patio. Our room was spacious with lots of closet space, a king sized bed and a small twin. Ample size for 2 people with luggage. The hotel had free parking nearby - 2 minute walk. Also a large bathroom that got quite steamy at times - great pressure from the shower heads. It was also within walking distance to the main beach and a number of restaurants. The hotel was very clean. And the breakfast buffet was fantastic - lots of choices and the menu changed daily. The hotel has a private beach, which was clean, secluded and within a stone’s throw to the beach bar and main pool. The beach bar had amazing views and gave a relaxing vibe. Hotel staff were friendly and always helpful when needed - although the hotel has a more self serve vibe. Help is there when you need it.

There were some areas that needed updating - the carpet on the stairs leading to the main dining room. While breakfast was outstanding, the dinner buffet as part of the half-board option offered were pretty basic and not that tasty. I would recommend against choosing this option, unless you have young kids who love plain pasta and battered fish. One thing to keep in mind is that the rooms are pretty close together, so you can hear your neighbours conversations or kids crying late at night.

In the weekdays, swimming pool area was so nice amd comfortable. Amazing view from pool bar. If you want to choose this or Golden Sand hotel, please choose that one and pay a bit more. Huge difference.

The only thing which is really not that important was the less options for cheese and olive had very heavy taste for turks. And not about the hotel, but the wind was having the wrong direction so was Not possible to swim in the sea.

The spectacular view of the sand beach from our balcony made sunrise, sunset and the half moon a fab experience. The staff is exceptional,:courteous, friendly problem solvers without any fuss (hint: I usually get chastised by the reception for forgetting my keycard in the slot, here all it took was no problem and 3 seconds to hand me a new one). The garden and the swimming pool area are hidden gems. This was our 10th time in Chios and first in Karfas, can't wait to go back.

The water pressure in the shower could use some improvement without compromising energy conservation in my opinion. But nothing to get hung up about.
