The location, the food, the pool, the beach

The aircon in public area is not sufficient. The summer days are hot and very humid, and in the dinning hall its too hot to sit and enjoy the good food. Also the water park hours are very short (close at 5:00pm…)and the slides are open one at a time… even though its not our first rime and we expected this- its still disappointing and one could expect to have a least 3 open all together, its the same policy at other hotels with water parks….. Regarding the pool- why not to have 2 or more nights of late swim The pool is beautifully lighted at night, it could be perfect to have a night swim and with the bar open

The main highlight, besides being in an all-inclusive resort in Greece with all you would expect, was the staff. From minute one it felt warm and friendly, people who are genuinely happy to see you. Going to give shout outs to Nancy and Helena guest relations, lovely bar and restaurant servers Rosie, Alessandrio, Mario and Maria, Thomas (a wizard server), Christina and the head server at the Italian restaurant (our favourite), and mainly manager Michalis who made our stay extra special, and the coo Georgios, just made it all an incredible, extra special vacation for me and my friends!

I cannot make any complaints, maybe the beach is a bit rocky if you want to swim in the sea, but anything would be nitpicking.

The complex is immaculate and situated in a perfect position with access to transport should you wish to explore. The staff and management deliver outstanding service at all times, day and night. The main food restaurant offers high quality dishes with such fantastic variety each lunch and evening sittings. The Ala Carte restaurants were amazing, food and service made it a truly exceptional experience and easy to book. Our bedroom was spacious and boasted a lovely view. Comfortable bed and pillows, cleaned daily. The pool was sparkling clean, we loved the pool bar and found this a treat to visit. All in all, our holiday was wonderful, and this was due to attention to detail, exceptional customer service, an outstanding Hotel. We are booking to go again next year, for two weeks. Thank you !

The food was exceptional! Absolutely fantastic! Water slides were brilliant and were well loved by the kids. Our room with the smaller pool out the back was pure luxury. The staff were absolutely lovely, and the grounds were immaculately clean. So much variety with all meals and snacks and with the resort right on the beach, we were spoilt for choice with beach tubing, paragliding , boat day trips and more. We had a fantastic holiday!

I wish the air con was a little cooler in the room and that there were some fans around the resort ( such as the water park). Also the sun beds were reserved by early risers who left their towels there all morning. Whilst very hard to police, I do wish there was a better system to ensure that the sharing of sun beds was fairer.

The staff were amazing. They are all helpful and welcoming. To name a few, Yanis and his colleague girl (apologies missed her name) at the beach bar Anotania at the executive lounge Christina at the Italian restaurant Panagiotis at the management office Andreas at the receptionist office All the Asian restaurant staff They all have gone behind to make.our stay as pleasant and possible..in general the staff were exceptional.

Lack of staff in all facilities The gym needs more attention, like cleanliness and water supply. Not enough restaurants to fulfill an ultra all inclusive resort. Food is only available at the snack bar. Activities are available but so limited No table service, we have to wait in line for many minutes to be served at the bar Ice cream bars were not part of all inclusive. Water park slides are not operational at all times. In general, the value for the money was not at its best,

As the 1st experience, it was wonderful and unforgettable. The hotel location, facilities, amenities, restaurants, quality, variety of food and beverages, cleanness, services, activities, spa, clubs, loanges, bars, and lounges and entertainments were outstanding. The whole staff, including the management team, at reception, in all restaurants, in spa, in bars & lounges, in clubs, guests relation team, house keepers, etc were so super friendly, helpful, supportive and cooperative with outstanding behavior and entertaining. We all enjoyed our stay with memorable moments. We will come back and highly recommend to our family, friends, and everyone to experience the same. Thank you all, lovely people 🙏🙏👍👍😍😍😃😃

Very nice hotel and beautiful pool area. Wide selection of breakfast even for vegetarian, or vegan people. Very friendly staff, especially Elena, our customer relations and Rozi in the executive lounge. She was so amazing, lovely and friendly. We received a welcome drink and snacks when we arrived and also the special breakfast on last day was excellent. Thank you Rozi for your very kind attitude! We also received a farewell present (rose wine and sweets) on last night, we really appreciated it! Thank you Elena!

The quality of the sunbeds at the sea area could have been better and the size of the umbrellas are a bit small for 2 people.

Good breakfast but crowded,pool(but can not find sun bed) Water park perfect for kids,more easy to find sunbed. Nice beach,clear water and warm(In August). They brought us bottles of water every day. We received some attention in the room (wine, sandwich, sweets). Thank you for that, very nice.

We took the room with a partial sea view, that's how I got it, but not as in the pictures, in front, the landscape is not so nice They clean the room every day, changed the bed linen, but in none of the 7 days I stayed, did they even vacuum the balcony. They should find a better solution for the sunbeds at the pool. Many people still don't understand that they don't have to reserve the sunbeds. In 7 days, we stayed only once at the main pool. We headed towards the water park and the beach. The room service people bothered us at least 2 times a day (entering the room), even though we had put the red do not disturb button. I didn't like this at all, 5-star hotel but without privacy.

Huge pool, direct access to a private beach, modern rooms. Great beach and pool bars. Breakfast was very good with a huge variety of options. Staff were very attentive and made you feel important as a guest. We received Birthday cake, fresh fruit, macarons, wine and champagne to the room. (Not sure if that’s normal or solely for a Birthday). Really liked that you get bottles of water delivered to your door every morning.

Could have done with a full length mirror in the room. A smart tv would be a great addition

We had a great stay at the hotel, with the highlight being the stunning sea view from our room. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. We also loved the extensive variety of breakfast options, which catered to all tastes.

Parking inside the hotel complex was difficult on some nights, as we couldn’t find a spot. Additionally, the listing on Booking.com mentioned a fridge in the room, but it was actually just a small minibar.
