Our room was beautiful, as was the incredible vegan breakfast that changed every day, but the best part of our stay at Ethos was the hosts, Coskun and Artemis. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. Coskun helped us with anything we needed, from recommendations for good vegan food around Fira to making reservations and booking activities for us. One highlight was a cooking class with Artemis - it felt like spending an evening with family, and getting to cook some delicious greek food over a bottle of wine was such a treat! The location is right in the heart of Fira, but you still feel tucked away as the suites are so peaceful and quiet. Will definitely be back!

Our patio and hot tub was slightly overlooked by two balconies of the hotel opposite, but if you spend a day walking around Santorini you will see that this is very common and you get much more privacy at Ethos than you would at many other hotels in the area. It didn't deter us from enjoying the space - it's a wonderful area to enjoy breakfast and relax in the sun.

We had a wonderful stay at Ethos Vegan Suites. The owners are genuinely lovely people and they have very high levels of service and hospitality. We received a home-cooked vegan breakfast that was different each day, and extremely tasty and healthy! All the recommendations we were provided with were invaluable, so definitely listen to all the advice that is given. The room was very clean and stylish and we really enjoyed the hot tub that was nice and warm at all times. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Given that the location is right in the centre of town there is inevitably some noise at night on the weekends from venues nearby, although this may only be relevant if you are a light sleeper, and in any case you can use the aircon to mask any noise from outside. But this is a small price to pay for the location and other benefits.

Coskun is an amazing and hospitable host! The property is fantastic, set back off the Main Street which has everything you need, but also offers the full privacy and seclusion with a small balcony and great hot tub. The rooms are large and modern, decorated in an eco-style with this in mind. Breakfast is served very fresh each morning in your room and has great variety and flavour. You can make the room pitch black using shutters (this was amazing!) and this is the only place in Greece where I was allowed to flush toilet paper (should advertise this more). I would recommend to any couple wanting a break in Santorini.

Nothing really! Very minor feedback, but the pillows were very firm and could be lighter/softer.

Everything! From the central (yet quite) location, to the beautifully considered decor and attention to detail, all the way to Coskun personally driving to the airport to collect our bags which were delayed in arriving because he saw how upset it made us. This stay was absolutely perfect. The hand made and hand delivered breakfast after a wake up phone call, the balcony and gorgeous spa… everything was just amazing and we wish we could have stayed longer. We would recommend to anyone! Thank you Coskun for your incredible hospitality, you made us feel at home (16000kms from home)!

We (two adults) had the pleasure to stay at Ethos for 4 nights in May, and it won't be the last time. Very fair prices (value for. money) compared to other places nearby. First of all, it was like being at home and not in a hotel. The owners Artemis & Coskun are simply exemplary hosts. They did everything to make sure that we had an unforgettable stay in Santorini, despite two very cloudy (incl. rain) days. Here are the reasons why you should stay at Ethos 1. Artemis & Coskun, their sustainable ecosystem and minimalistic design 2. Delicious breakfast with great ingredients we newly discovered every day (daily something new). It's prepared by Artemis herself with love and became one of our daily highlights 3. Perfectly located in Thira (Fira) as it was short walking distance of 2-3min for Eating, Drinking, Central Bus Station, Shopping, etc. 4. Spacious, clean and nice room with a balcony including our own whirlpool (it was warm) and comfortable sunbeds 5. Fantastic recommendations/reservations for dinning, bars, day trips and more 6. As it is a boutique hotel, you really can relax, or work if you need, thanks to the great wifi connection

We had an incredible stay, the rooms were beautiful, comfortable and clean. The outdoor space was ideal with a plunge pool and comfy seating. Coskun and team really made our stay, from the moment we arrived they were on hand to answer our questions, book restaurants and advise on day trips. They really went over and above to make sure we had a great time. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious - some of the best vegan food we have ever had. Would highly recommend Ethos vegan suites.

Absolutely amazing place, the hotel is stunning and the rooms have everything you could ask for. On top of that the food is delicious and the treatment we received from the hosts was exceptional, really good people. We would definetily repeat.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. It is exceptionally clean, comfortable and the rooms are a great size. The owner is extremely kind and hospitable, he went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and ensure we had everything we needed. Location was great, very close to the convenient local bus service and the hotel itself is located near many restaurants, shops and viewpoints. The breakfast was also truly exceptional, we aren’t vegan but it was some of the best breakfast we have had at any hotel. Could not recommend this hotel enough!

Nothing, everything was great.

The property was in the middle of all the action but somehow also tucked away. It’s close to other villas and hotels but it’s so quiet. It’s fantastic to have a little plunge pool, and our apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast - oh wow, it was delicious. My partner and I aren’t vegan but we chose the place because of the beautiful aesthetic and sustainable attitude. Honesty though, the breakfast was so generous and tasty!

I’m struggling to think of something. It was really a lovely stay in a town that’s really quite busy.

This place is out of this world beautiful. We had seen the photos but we were not prepared to how nice it is in person. Minimalist and elegant, with all the attention given to the detail. The building is beautiful. Our room was just incredible. We had a nice big bed and a big bathroom and then a gigantic terrace with a shaded area with a table to eat and two sun chairs. Then we had stairs to the roof terrace, that was INCREDIBLE. We had to sun beds and an umbrella, and a hot tub with a view! (not to the caldera -that you can see walking 2 minutes out of the hotel- but equally awesome and relaxing) (we used it every day!) all surrounded by a beautiful garden that smells amazing. We missed nothing in the room, with complementary water, coffee and tea, good amount of towels and toiletries, and good wifi. Then there is the hosts: the nicest people ever, always super helpful, with fantastic recommendations (that you should follow!) and with a direct line of communication at any time. They arranged a couple of crucial transfers with us in the smoothest possible way. And most importantly, they prepared and provided breakfast. I had read other reviews and knew it was good but it exceeded expectations. Varied, extremely generous, and DELICIOUS. This is a fantastic choice for Santorini, not only because it is amazing, but also because location wise it is very good, just a few steps to the center of Fira and the bus station (crucial to get around the island). Cannot recommend this hotel more and would certainly book it again!
