I liked the room was big and clean, the balcony had sea side view. The owners were very friendly and willing to help with anything. When I arrived there was free water and chocolate in the fridge, very nice. The service was like in hotels, the trash was taken out every day, bed sheets and towels were changed during my stay. The property has also a small garden with shadow and a bar where one can sit at noon or in the evening. The property is not far away from the beach.

One night the neighbors were too noisy and disturbed my sleep, but that is because they were not paying attention on the quiet time rule after 23 PM. The rules are printed on the door, each guest has to check them out.

Could definitely recommend the Iris Studios without hesitation . The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. The shower is super efficient with warm water even into night. Cold fridge, effective air conditioning and balcony overlooking the beautiful coast. Christophe, George and Maria couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Super friendly Hosts. Located close to the village down a gorgeous walkway. Bus stop to lefkada town and Kathisma located practically outside. This is the perfect bolt hole to visit Agios Nikitas- so peaceful and tranquil, sun on the balcony till 2000. You just wouldn’t know that you were so close to the town as it was so quiet. Fabulous place to observe the swifts and house martins and their fabulous ariel display each morning & evening. The bar with its icy cold mythos was a real treat, after a walk back from the beach. The location of the studios is great, very quiet and peaceful spot. 2 minute walk from the beach. The room was very clean and fully equipped with everything you would need for your stay, kitchen supplies, coffee, even a beach umbrella. Christoforos and all the staff were very friendly and provide great accommodation. We will definitely be back!! Thank you ❤️

Lovely traditional Greek studio apartments in a great location. Nice comfy bed. Effective air con, and reasonable wifi. Really friendly hosts. The apartments are a 5 min walk from the charming village centre of Agios Nikitas and the local beach, and opposite the bus stop that goes to Lefkada town and two other gorgeous beaches (Kathisma and Pefkoulia).

The shower could have been better! (It was a bit dribbly and didn’t attach to the wall properly). This is being picky though - everything else was great.

Kind friendly helpful owner, made us feel very welcome, such a lovely man. Great view from balcony of the village and the sea. Great location, just a 5 minute walk from village centre and the tavernas and beach. Free aircon, free WiFi.

No onsite parking so had to find parking on the road, but owner showed us where we could park for a few hours for free.

The room is value for money. It's exactly what you see in the photos and has everything you need - nothing more, nothing less. We wanted a clean room near Agios Nikitas with all basic amenities and that's what we got. The owners are all very friendly and helpful with recommendations for Lefkada.

Christopher and his team made us feel very welcome at Iris. The location is excellent and the rooms had everything we needed for our stay there. It has a lovely outdoor seating area and provides some toys/equipment for children to use. Very nice.

If you don't have a car, it's not convenient to stay here as it's not easy to see the rest of the island by bus.

Not the cheapest but no problems.

The location was very good, approachable by bus. The walk to the nearest beach is about 5 minutes, but it is also close to some other beaches like Katishma, Petra, etc. It was good value for the money. What I liked the most was the hoasts. I think I haven’t met as nice people as they were and very quick to do anything you asked them to. If I am ever to return to Agios Nikitas, I will be sure to come to Iris studios.
