Everyone who worked in hotel were friendly, helpful and serviceminded. Breakfast was good and served until 10.30. Free bicycles you could lend. Parking for car at backside - not gated but ok. Bathroom and shower was excellent! Hotel was not far from the beach and restaurants. 👍

There was no air-conditioning as all rooms has a joined air ventilation. In October it only operated in heating function. As it was very warm it got quite warm in room 26-27+. You had to open the window in the evening to cool the room but then the road noise became a problem. Even with windows closed you could hear the road but with ear plugs it was possible to sleep. There was a make up mirror in the bathroom that couldn't be used as it was placed to high up. Only persons 1,80 and higher can use this mirror.

Nothing. Everything was perfect!

We stayed only one night. Everything was good, 3 rooms, a bedroom, a bath and a living room (we had to put the open suitcase in the living room (not unpacking for one night), because in the bedroom was not sufficient space). For a 5 star hotel it was comparatively cheap (it rather feels like a 4 than a five star hotel, maybe because the SPA and gym facilities were closed, but would have been opened on request (we were there first week of June)), so price performance ratio was good. Breakfast was great, a big variety of "stuff" to put on a bread, eggs, vegetables, fruits etc.. Private parking is provided directly at the hotel.

The environment where the hotel is located is ok as it's only about a 250 meters walk from the sea, but it isn't the nicest environment.

Location was 4 blocks off the harbor and very quiet. Parking in the Garden City lot and secure. We were in a 6 ending room and was facing rear and was very quiet. We looked forward to breakfast and were never disappointed. Maria served breakfast and was responsive and helpful. The hotel was modern and clean, We would go back again. Pantos was the night clerk and if he is not busy and you have time, ask him to talk about olives. And be sure to try the 12* Metaxa.

What an absolute gem of a hotel in Kalamata, wonderful room, very clean and comfortable, excellent staff, very friendly and helpful, superb breakfast with great parking and a good location. We could not fault this hotel or its staff, an exceptional stay, good location for the sea front, and about a 30 minute walk into central Kalamata and the historical centre, plenty of coffee places and eateries within walking distance. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Kalamata, and we will definitely book here again if its available.

Great hotel in a good location. Very kind staff and pleasant stay experience. The room was clean, with two rooms and a bathroom. The rooms are equipped with everything you need - climate control, refrigerator, kettle, coffee, tea, etc. The room even had two balconies. Parking is available directly in front of the hotel. A large enough pool for daily swimming, as well as very responsive staff, who immediately bring a towel and a glass of water to the pool without asking, so that visitors do not forget to drink fluids in the high heat. The hotel's additional facilities - bicycles - everything was fine with them as well, and it was possible to use them for free as much as we wanted. I would like to add here that most of the city is not equipped with cycle paths and the ramps to the sidewalks are not convenient either, however, when riding in general traffic or going for a ride along the beach, bicycles came in very handy.

Night staff were super friendly and helpful, thank you guys! Place is top notch, comfy room, great breakfast, everything is nicely decorated. Wanted to come back for a second night but they were fully booked.

Central A/C was switched to heating so I couldn't cool my room, but it wasn't a big deal (Nov). Parking was full so parked on the street right behind the hotel (they have a back entrance), also not a big deal. Really not much I didn't like.

Not only were the rooms and the leisure areas top class, the staff were excellent - very efficient, smiley and genuinely warm and welcoming.. The swimming pool was a welcome respite from the heat without getting covered in sand!

One very small suggestion; take the dressing gowns out of the drawers in the rooms so that the drawers can be used for clothes .

A refreshingly pleasant stay in a quiet location with easy parking. Ideal for people travelling with their own car. Large and comfortable room, very clean, appealing breakfast buffet.

More towel hangers in the bathroom. The beach is within walking distance, however the sights, shops and restaurants of the city centre require a short car or taxi ride.

Clean roomy rooms, very good service, accomidating staff. The pool and bar were clean and accessible. Good drinks at the bar. Bathroom well stocked, clean towels and soaps.

The facility was very nice, and the staff were excellent. The problem was with the booking description on booking.com, no seaside view available even though it was booked that way. A little out of the way, from sea front.
