Great staff and excellent breakfast. Location is perfect as well.

The information needs some updating. There is no roof garden and no pool on the top floor. They look like bombarded and obviously haven't worked for a long time.

The concierge is very helpful. Continental buffet breakfast is rich. Friendly waiter. Coffee with milk from the machine is perfect! Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping places.

Bed is quite hard for me but not for my husband, so it’s a matter of preference, not really a big deal. I’d suggest for blankets in the room closet to be sterilized and kept in plastic so it won’t be dusty. Limited hotel parking space, but could easily find street parking.

Breakfast was poor, the first room we were supposed to stay in, while nice and big, was very strangely designed, head of the bed was by the door, which was by the elevator, on the floor with the restaurant so we asked for a change. New room was much smaller and you struggled to sit on the toilet due to lack of space. We chose the smaller one to be able to sleep, but it definitely did not look like 4 star hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good, although it is not in the very center of the city, but it is convenient for communication. Good hotel,

During our one-night stay, we could not notice any defects. It is worth booking accommodation there.

Nice quiet hotel. Clean room and large bed. Short walk to the centre of town! Staff were so lovely!

Unfortunately the pool area is in complete ruins and is closed off and doesn’t look like it’s opening back up again any time soon! Really disappointing as one major draw card in booking this place for me was the chance to swim with a beautiful view of the mountains!

This hotel was perfect for a trip to Meteora monasteries, free parking, close to everything, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was big, breakfast was very good. We were with a dog, which was welcomed very warmly. We had to pay 12€/night for the dog, but it was written that there might be a fee for it, so not surprised.

Great location in the Kalabaka village. There was onsite parking which was a huge bonus for us and I think our rooms were situated in the newer extension of the hotel so our rooms were in great condition, really clean and good amount of space.

Parking can sometimes be full, we struggled one day but found a spot nearby. Rooms are basic, but can't complain and are good value.

Everything. We did enjoyed our stay even my mum is in senior age and she did feels comfortable with everything 🤗, so everything where superb ! We had our stay with our two little dogs 🐶 the hotel are welcome for pets we are so so happy for it as my mum wouldn’t go anywhere without her little paw friends 🥹

The hotel is clean and, though it may look old, still beautiful. We were in the cold season, there was heating in the rooms and a nice fireplace at the reception. Also, there is a large, free parking lot. In 5 minutes' walk you are in the center, but there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Breakfast was good, except the coffee which was intant coffee (i guess greeks like instant coffee in general).

No soundproof at all, we could hear all the noices from other rooms and from the corridor. Hotel is already quite out-dated, needs some up-dating and fresh-up.
