Stunning view from apartment. fab pool.

Not really suitable for self catering. Didnt have the basics. No bowls to have a cereal for breakfast??? No where to hang clothes to dry only tiny rope on balcony. A clothes airer outside on balcony would have been very helpful. No dish cloth etc. Having said that our ferry was cancelled a d we had to stay an extra night and it was no problem. Also the room was cleaned every day and fresh linen and towels provided

We‘ve booked the Grand Suite with a small private Pool. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff is extraordinary friendly, which makes the stay Even more Beautiful. The breakfast is always fresh made and you can choose between varying dishes. From The Main Pool you have a great view to the sea. The Hotel is near Arkasa, which is a Nice small town and some Restaurants are reachable within few minutes of walking. I strongly recommend to Rent a Car, otherwise you are Not able to Explore Karpathos easily. All in all we had a great stay there.

Just Minor things: - Not much Space to hang our towels and on our balcony there was no umbrella, so be prepared of sunny evenings. - the variety at the breakfast could be higher. If you stay longer than 7 days you may get saturated by the Daily offered dishes. As mentioned, these are just Minor things and I only can recommend to come to this beautiful Hotel.

Maria and her Team are very friendly and take good Care of our needed and wishes. Amazing view Over the sea and Pure delightfull sunsets Very close to the village, so WE can walk to have dinner.

WE missed a closet, since WE we're staying for 9 days and would like to take out clothes out of the suitcase. The rooms are comfortabel but misses something for organization.

What is not to like? Maria and her family are one of the most genuinely caring hosts we have ever encountered on the Greek isles. Professional and attentive yet giving you all the privacy you need to feel truly ,at home’. Rooms are impeccably clean and contemporary with all you need. Breakfast homemade and with slight changes every day, which is nice, served on a beautiful terrace by the pool. Pool to be used whenever you like, which is also a nice change to other places with restricted timings. Location with gorgeous views and a good base to explore the quite large island. Allover a very pleasing place with a good vibe and top staff also.

Great location - only 5 minute drive to center of town or a 20 minute walk. Lovely pool, though it was cool as we were there mid-October. Beautiful view of sea from large pool area. Communication and check in was easy. Free parking was easy and secure. Good Wifi - which was important as I needed it for work. Maria was very nice and engaging. Staff were all very friendly and kind. The property was beautifully manicured by a fellow that also helped serve breakfast. The Indonesian girl server was also very kind. Beds were good. Shower configuration in our bedroom was a little weird as you had to be careful not to splash edge of bed - suggest they extend the shower wall. The blind between living room and bedroom was also too short. Fabulous and large breakfast with greek yoghurt, honey and fruit, eggs, some days as omelette or fried, one day we had crepes and other pancakes, baked good including bread, sometime mini spanokopitas or croissants plus jam and preserves. Coffee wasn't great, so went out for coffees afterwards, which was fine. Bed linens were good as were towels. They also provided slippers and robes but no beach towels. You can rent beach towels if you wish. We loved this palce nd if we stay in Arkana again, we will definitely stay here ! Thank you MARIA and staff!

Excellent hotel, run as a family business with attention to detail and focus on customer satisfaction. Overall it was an excellent experience and I will definitely recommend the place for people that want a quiet, clean, romantic place to relax and enjoy Karpathos

there is really nothing to complain about - for almost all aspects of the stay hotel was exceeding expectations and for the remaining ones it was comfortably meeting expectations

We spend one week in the private Aphrodite villa with private pool. Maria, her Mom and the entire team were incredible. We were completely relaxed right from the beginning. The hotel has an outstanding service, the sea view is incredible. The whole place is so cozy and heart worming. Maria has created a wonderful stylish environment. The villa itself is offering a private atmosphere and we really enjoyed the little pool very much. The room, the terrace and the pool were cleaned every day it is in real proper condition. Being on holiday you can ignore a cracked mirror (will be fixed soon). The room provides a small kitchen, which we just have used in the morning to prepare a cup of coffee. Enjoying a cup of coffee in the early morning on the terrace with the unbelievable Aegean Sea view is just unreal. Maria is an incredible host and always there for her guests. The beautiful St. Nicolas beach is just a ten minutes walk from there. Wonderful Restaurants could be reached in just five minutes. Our favorite one was the Kipos Taverne, a cozy little restaurant with a well dedicate Team and an excellent chef, providing authentic greek cuisine. We have booked the accommodation including breakfast. The breakfast was a daily feast. Variations of eggs (omelette, cooked or fried) have been offered as well as fresh fruits, traditional Greek yogurt with honey and fruits, veggies from the family garden and bread with homemade marmalade. Pancakes where available too. It was just amazing.

Huge room with lovely, big, comfortable bed, very friendly staff, a little pool bar serving a few drinks and there were comfy, cushioned beds by the pool. Hotel was easy walking distance to the beach and Arkassa town centre and had lots of free parking on site. We were also given robes and slippers in the room, which was a nice touch.

No kettle or iron and ironing board in the room, which was a shame, and the shower wasn't very powerful (sort of expected more for the size of it). The jacuzzi also needed topping up to work properly and we couldn't figure out the temperature control as the display seemed to be broken. All fairly minor things but would have made our stay even better

This place is exceptional for vacation - we enjoyed our stay there so much! Everyone working at this hotel is so friendly and helpfull The breakfasts with the view are amazing and our room with the pool was so clean! It is a walking distance from the beach, nice authentic taverns and a cocktail bar. We will definitely choose this place again when visiting Karpathos.

Beautiful studios with great amenities. The beach nearby is beautiful. They let us come before the check in ! The persons (Indonesians) woww, best kind of person, very attentif, good workers and always smiling.

The breakfast is almost the same everyday. Not a lot pf choices and sometimes it’s slow. I would recommend to go for a buffet with a lot of options. Dinning next to the parking lot is not the ideal. Maybe a wall ?
