The spa was nice, the breakfast was very tasty. I wish the spa and gym

There was a giant fireplace and they wouldn't light the fireplace, even though it was cold outside, and when the fireplace was on, there was only one little log burning. We had asked for more wood and they said no. During check out, the staff was confused and it took longer than expected. Restricted hours on the spa & gym. Some days they were closed, which was very inconvenient. The hotel never even offered us water. The bathroom was claustrophobic. The shower could've used a few more feet of space and although the design seems nice from the naked eye, it seemed cheap in reality. When the shower turned on, the floor of the bathroom flooded a little every time.

A. Wifi - on busy days and at full capacity it was not possible to acess their wifi. B. TV - was not receiving terrestrial signal. I am mentioning it because in combination of missing Wifi, you can’t either to watch from your device on the tv unless you have android and package of unlimited data C. Back rooms suffering from low insulation. Ventilation extractor fans are listened to the rooms

The hotel is nice, good location, nice lobby and restaurant and plenty of parking space. The spa is OK, nothing fancy. The room was big enough, with comfy beds and large clean bathroom. It was quit so we had a good night sleep. Also the breakfast good be better.

I didn't like that we had to pay extra for the gym and spa, also their working hours were from 15pm, so you can't use the gym in the morning.

Very spacious, clean and elegant room. Overall the hotel has modern and attractive design. Also the breakfast is very nice. Nice view from our room. You need transport to reach the town centre

Even though the spa, gym and indoor swimming pool were advertised they were all closed during our stay so maybe ask in advance before booking if that is important to you.

They could place a kettle for tea. The safe box didnt work. Most important they chage a huge fee and you pay with card. It is not announced anywhere, at least not visible since we didnt see it so we could have paid by cash.

The staff is very helpful. The bed is incredibly big and comfortable. The spa, although with extra charge, is a plus. Breakfast is very good too. Location is great and quiet, though you rather need a car to get to Kastoria centre.

A kettle in the room with coffee would be appreciated.

The rooms were beautiful- we had a double room which was lovely & excellent for a child too. Dimitri was amazing and attended to all our needs when required.

There was no small face washers- they would of been handy. The air conditioner works slowly but once it works, it's amazing!

A pleasant hotel which was excellent value for money. There is a superb taverna almost directly across the road. It's a pleasant walk alongside the lake into the centre of Katoria. I didn't try the spa; there was no bathrobe in my room. You pay 10 euros extra I think.

Not really luxury, but very good for a quick stay, even a longer one why not. We got a nice and spacious room, nice view, parking was easy, breakfast was good, espresso excellent, staff helpful and kind.

The pool is open for kids only until 5 pm, which can be a good or a bad thing depending on whether you have kids.

Good hotel that is situated in a nice and quiet area of Kastoria. Rooms size is good and the breakfast is excellent.

I find it strange to be charged extra for the pool plus that kids are allowed to use the pool only for a few hours during the day. So it is a bad choice for a family stay spa breakaway.
