The property was great ! Flats are very modern, very clean, cleaning service every day, the pool is very well kept as well and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The location, for our needs and expectations, was perfect. Not in Chania city center (which we didn’t want for peace and quiet) but only a 10 minutes bus ride to the city, with loads of buses and the bus stop is literally just across the road from the hotel for only 1,10€ which came in so so handy ! I would also like to add that they are plenty of shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, coffee shops, restaurants etc and everything you could need within 3 min from the hotel by foot and that is a massive plus, really really convenient. And the beach is only a 7 minutes walk through lovely paths from the hotel. Really appreciable to have everything so close. We didn’t have to give up on one amenity in order to get the other. I would 100% recommend this apartment hotel complex.

Honestly everything was great. We have been welcomed in other properties with for example a sponge and washing up liquid as well as a bottle of drinkable water which we thought would also be a nice welcoming touch in Lotus, (instead of having to buy these on arrival) however these are tiny little details and don’t really matter much. The place, as well as our stay, were perfect!

Breakfast was well stocked with a lot of choice. I brought my own oat milk as a vegan and still plenty of fruit, cereal and bread for me to choose from. Location great for bus into Chania with plenty of restaurants within a short walk and a 10 minute stroll to several beaches. Grounds and gardens well tended, beautiful trees and flowers. Apartment had a great shower, good air con, comfortable beds, plenty of storage and everything you need. Pools lovely and clean. Reception staff helpful and friendly

The Lotus hotel is directly on a busy main road, but after a few days we got used to it and you couldn’t hear it from the pool area. No garden view from our initial room - just an eyesore of a half finished concrete building from our balcony. However, the staff kindly moved us to a much better room with a lovely outlook for the rest of our holiday - this made all the difference to us. A bottle of water in the fridge on arrival, would have been a nice touch after a long journey.

The staff was amazing, they did everything to make our stay as good as possible! The hotel is next to a bus station where you can go downtown Chania in 15 minutes, but it only takes 5-7 minutes in a taxi. The hotel is next to a supermarket and the restaurants that are close are good. There are 3 swimming pools and the swimming pool area is really nice. Everything is really clean :)

Since its a small hotel the breakfast was usually the same, not that much options. But still not bad breakfast! Would be nice to have more or different options though :)

Very clean and well furnished. Close enough to the beach to walk but also well located for sightseeing to other points of interest. It was nice to have small kitchenette facilities in the room as well.

No parking available on site. The breakfast was very similar every day. It would have been nice to have a different variety of hot cooked food and proper sausages every day rather than frankfurters most days. The spreads (Honey, Nutella, Jams) were also served in huge bowls that were brought out day after day making us feel it would be difficult to keep as fresh.

The facilities were truly beautiful, fresh, well kept, quiet and spotlessly clean, but still felt warm and welcoming when travelling with two young kids and one older. The surroundings are green and lush. Three delicate pools gave plenty of space for guests wanting a dip. In the main yard one of them was a small, shallow childrens pool, and a bigger one gradually getting deeper, thus also suitable for children. Even on hot days there was a nice breeze through the area(and superefficient aircon in the room). Delicious breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. A ten minutes walk towards the coast were three beautiful beaches. Several restaurants and shops in the area plus bigger supermarked. Bus to Chania/Agia Marina stops just a few metres from the hotel. Lotus is a true gem. The pictures online are not accurate- the place is even better! Just go there!🌺😊

It's a very good place to stay, very comfortable. The bedroom is very spacious, as in the picture, comfortable beds, and a small kitchen to prepare breakfast. In the balcony there is a place to dry the clothes. A big swimming pool. Very close to a big supermarket. Only 12 minutes by car from the old port. There is a place where you can park the car. The only attention is for the mosquitoes, we left the windows opened suddenly there were a lot of them biting us.

We had recently renovated one bed apartment with balcony and pool view. Apartment was good size for two adults. Kitchen was good enough equit even no owen or washing machine which we did know wasnt included. Cleaning daily which you can opt out. Very nice staff which did great care of the place. Location is great, short walk to three beaches if you dont want to use hotel pool and good restaurants and shops very near by. Bus stop to Chania cross the road

Pool bar was open short time but not a real problem for us and perhaps reason for was because time was off season.

Rooms were clean and employees were friendly

Upon arrival very kind receptionist gave me sheet to fill in. However opposite side of paper sheet had multiple visitors full names, DOB, age and phone number and grouped by families that staying together. This was HUGE breach of GDPR. I am hoping that this will not happen to my data.

The hotel is well situated as its only a short walk to the beach and some lovely restaurants. The hotel staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful.

The hotel is situated on a busy road with some well known car dealerships next door and across the road. So not the most idyllic setting. Although you don’t see this when you are sitting around the pool or from your room.

Angela and Deppi on reception were lovely and very knowledgeable about the area. Angela was ready to greet us out of the taxi and the reception team were always on hand to answer our questions.

The property was on a busier road than expected but once we got our bearings we realised it was just a few minutes walk to all amenities including the beach and central Chania was just a short bus / taxi ride away.
