Loved this hotel. I want to be back again. Pool area is stunning so fresh and modern. Rooms are spacious and clean with plenty of storage. Staff are friendly. I loved that it was just continental breakfast, you really do not need a massive choice of breakfast. Food at snack bar was always great. It's a 25 min walk to the main town or you can hire a bike for the week for around 24 euros. The restaurants a short walk on the beach front are lovely too. I am already trying to book for next year. I didn't want to leave. The gardens are beautiful with lots of fruit growing, bananas, pomegranate and apples, all well maintained and well kept. We got a really good deal on this hotel and was absolutely blown away by the standards and moderness of the out building of apartments and the pool area.

Great pool, loads of sun beds & a beautiful garden with shade to lay in if you didn’t want to sit by the pool. Most of the staff were really friendly & polite.

Could do with some shade on our balcony, apartment, as difficult to get out of the sun. A male member of the bar staff lost the plot & became load & aggressive later apologised.

lovely hotel, large rooms, beautiful flowers and swimming pool. Staff were really helpful and felt a nice safe hotel, with 24hr reception. The rooms were really quiet and peaceful. Loved our balcony, was great to sit and rest in the sun. The Day trip around Kos island was brilliant, the Guide was so informative he made the island alive, highly recommend, as well as the 30 minute boat ride to Bodrum in Turkey.

The breakfast was good but they could have had more fresh fruit and maybe some croissants, but the loafs were really good. Reception should give a map of Kos and explain about the buses, that the blue pole across the main street is the bus stop! How the number 5 goes to the Thermal springs etc.

The room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was good, and I had one lunch in the restaurant, which was also enjoyable. The pool was clean, though I only sat on the bench nearby. The staff were very helpful; when I needed to extend my stay by one night, they arranged for me to remain in the same room.

While the location was good for couples or families, I would have preferred somewhere closer to the city center or a busier area, as I was a solo traveller and found it slightly challenging to return to the hotel after sunset. There was a quiet, somewhat dark pathway for about eight minutes from the busy area to the hotel.

The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The location was good, close to the beach and a nice straight walk to the old town. The pool was fantastic and we had a full day with no room before our flight, we were still able to use the towels, and shower facilities before departing. The food at the bar was great and very cheap, they even have vegan options which we were really impressed by. Although our room was a little dated it was still bright, fresh and immaculately clean and the beds were super comfy, with air con and WiFi. There are supermarkets either side of the hotel and there are bikes and scooters available for rent very cheap. The level of service was 5 star for me, especially reception staff, I would without a doubt stay here again and couldn't recommend it enough, for couples, solo travel, and families! 10 out of 10!

Clean modern studio for 4 people for one night. Plenty of sun beds and nice garden to find shade. Mix of nationalities staying. Helpful staff.

Staff- especially the 3 ladies on the desk are incredibly helpful.. The hotel welcomed us before check in time and let us use the facilities even after we checked out They never advertise for their breakfast.. It’s more than o.k! Lunch around the bar and food is great. You do not have to go out to search for food at all. Location great Rent a bike either in the hotel or next door. Great supermarket just across the road. Great pool and spacious garden. Great cosy little place they got going here..an absolute GEM this hotel! Thank you.

Absolutely nothing! Impeccable

The location is amazing opposite a supermarket. A very short walk to beaches and the most fantastic Greek Tavernas serving great food with an idyllic view. Kos Town is walkable (about 25 mins) the reception staff can organise a taxi too at around 7 euros. The rooms were lovely and clean. The food in the hotel was nice. The staff all very friendly. We loved our stay.

There was nothing to dislike about this hotel

We booked a garden room which was lovely and clean with nice balcony, comfortable bed, good shower and modern fittings. The pool is in a lovely position for sunshine and of a good large size for doing laps as well as a lovely bar for drinks. We used bikes to travel in/out of town but could easily walk.

Breakfast was nice and plentiful, but would be nice if there was more fruit and pastry options and the option to order a hot breakfast eg fried eggs.

We booked this very last minute after a cancelled flight and we’re so surprised with the value for money. the woman/ owner at the at the front desk was so helpful in helping us organise taxis and our lost baggage. We also made a pit stop on our way back through Kos for a half day and she was able secure a room for us to rest. would definitely stay again!
