Great location only 5 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to the old town All the staff were friendly and very helpful The apartment had a kitchenette so we were able to prepare breakfast daily and coffee/tea etc Bedroom was good size with access to balcony Aircon worked well and balcony was a good place to sit The room was very clean and towels etc were changed daily Nice pool area with plenty of sun beds and a bar area We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

We had no real criticisms It wasn’t 5 star and super modern but we didn’t expect that for the price we paid which was good for the facilities and location

Brilliant location - less than 5 minutes to the beach & less than 10 minutes stroll to the harbour, with many shops on the way. Great breakfasts (I would recommend just for these!) with choice of 3. Good pool - even in August it was not crowded. Staff always friendly.

The ONLY slight negative is that the hotel physically needs some maintenance - eg our bathroom cabinet is peeling and needs replacing. This arises in other reviews; there's several examples. However I stopped noticing after few days - and the facilities are good (eg air con is part of the building so no units on balconies).

Fabulous week at pavlos ... location is perfect for exploring in every direction and only about 10 minutes walk to either the beach, the port, or old town ... all the staff are very friendly and someones always available on reception ... pool area is good considering its in the town, especially for an afternoon dip and some late sun after the beach ... rooms not modern but very nice, spacious and cleaned well everyday , for a sensible price this hotel was a great choice and we will be back next time on Kos

nothing really to complain about

- the Pool is nice and is reached sufficiently by the sun, even though it is located between two buildings - the breakfast is amazing, great value for the money - located conveniently close to the beach and the port, thus to lots of restaurants and bars - Short walk from the airport bus station - clean A decent, quite basic hotel. We enjoyed our three nights here and it is reasonably priced, but we did not regret moving on afterwards.

- the kitchen was not so well equipped. No oil/spices, no kitchen towels/dish soap, no flipper etc.

Did not have breakfast plan. Cleaning staff were excellent. In fact all the hotel staff were exceptionally pleasant and friendly. Pool and area around it was good. Overall would recommend the hotel. Was central to getting around all different parts of Kos town.

Room litle bit tired, was on noisy road but the exceptional standards of the lovely cleaning ladies made up for it. Not much didnt like to be honest.

The bar and reception staff are what make this hotel so good. Very friendly and helpful. Spent a great 11 nights here with my daughter. Breakfast is brilliant especially the greek breakfast. Nice relaxed pool areas.

Sometimes noisy at night in the halls but otherwise great value and will definitely be back. No air con in living area/kitchen but bedroom one worked well.

Excellent location. Air conditioning worked fine....ensure balcony doors are fully closed though. Apartments are very spacious. Staff were very friendly and gave us great recommendations for restaurants. No major stress with sunbeds at pool. Really enjoyed our stay at Pavlo's.

Nothing really. Some aspects of furniture are a bit worn. You can see they are trying hard with air con as there were new units in our apartment. It is 2 star and more than meets the expectation of a 2 star. Overall an excellent value for money hotel.

The staff were amazing and super friendly. The rooms and pool were always clean. The location couldn't have been better. Overall this was an amazing accommodation and we will definitely be back as we couldn't have asked for more

It would have been nice to have a sweeping brush and spray to clean the apartment when we cooked in there.

The staff were excellent and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast is lovely, served on the terrace and snacks are always available. The pool was ideal during the 35° heatwave, plenty of sunbeds & parasols. Very relaxing Just a short walk to restaurants, bars and the beach, the hotel is ideally placed

The hotel had everything we needed. We only stayed one night and didn't use the pool so can't comment on that, but the hotel exceeded expectation. The air con worked well (we didn't have to pay anything extra for this) and the room was spacious and airy. The beds were a little firm but we had stayed places where they were harder. The balcony was an OK size and the kitchen had most things we could have needed - no dish cleaning stuff but that's fairly standard. There was no bottle opener, an essential item! Guests in other rooms were a bit noisy on the balcony but the balcony was quite private and no noise in the room. The shower was small but better than others we've had in other places. We had the continental and the Greek breakfast, both lovely and good value and the staff were lovely. Good location.
