It's a quality resort, especially in terms of service. The staff is generally extremely friendly and professional, and any little issue is addressed right away. You're greeted everywhere and treated like a customer. Notably, Evgenia took very good care of us! We hoped there would be enough activities to spend a day with a kid, and we weren't disappointed: The place is fairly large, pools for all ages, playground, bars with snacks and ice cream, a nice private beach and more. If you want to stay all day you'll be fine. If not, the location is comfortable as well - right near the main road of the island, and Lindos is 10 minutes away by car. The food is great as well, though for additional options for babies you may need to approach the staff. Fast and stable wifi all over the territory.

Only small details: 1. Cleaning hours are all over the place, we kept asking to clean or not to clean to fit our schedule. 2. Ants in the room... Though to be expected in ground level bungalows, we think more could be done about it. 3. A weird problem - no power outlets at all. We disconnected both TVs to charge :)

A safe and calm slice of heaven in Rhodes. The staff are attentive and polite, you can feel the gratitude they have for tourism in their gorgeous island. They didn’t put a foot wrong and it helped give us and our children the best experience we’ve ever had on a sun holiday

So, so little to moan about. Yes the restaurant is busy at dinner but it’s dinner time and it’s a buffet. The pizza section at the beach bar got a bit out of control queue wise in the heat but they intuitively switched things up to a new shape pizza slice (who knew!) and instantly the queues stopped!

We transferred to this hotel, after spending 2 nights in an absolute dump nearby. Moving to Lindos Princess Beach for the remaining 5 nights was the best thing we have ever done!! We booked online and then phoned the hotel immediately so see if our room was ready, and spoke to Evgenia who told us to come straight down and everything would be sorted for us! And what can I say, everything from that moment was perfect. We walked into the beautiful lobby, was greeted by a lovely receptionist - and then Evgenia came out to see us. Due to the short notice booking and the situation we were in, our booking hadn’t yet gone through to the hotel properly - not the hotels fault though! Evgenia told us to go get some dinner, showed us to the restaurant and took care of all our luggage. She assured us by the time we had eaten, our room and booking would be sorted. And it was - flawless! Every single inch of this hotel is immaculate. Every tree has been pruned to perfection. We didn’t see a single piece of litter. Every member of staff is happy and smiling, engaging with the children. The food is incredible and of great quality - we particularly liked the BBQ restaurant by the beach on an evening. We have been to many all inclusive resorts before - but nothing quite like this!! How it is only 4* is beyond me. We are already planning to come back next year with our extended family. The kids clubs and activities were incredible, my youngest loved the bubble party and the pool disco - my eldest enjoyed the party games on the stage on an evening and the ‘magician day’. 100000/10 - we will be back!!!!

Couldn’t fault it in any way!!

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay at Lindos Princess. Hotel has a great variety of entertainment: swimming pools, water slides, different animation programs, his own beach with boat rental (you can rent a small boat without license for an hour or even for the hole day, it's awesome, but a little beat scary far from the beach when it's windy) and water sports, restaurants and bars (they work from from dawn to dusk and even after till midnight, you can eat and drink something all day long, but I wouldn't recommend it though), room with games etc. Always very clear and you alway have enough dry clear towels and really great staff! And It's really beautiful and picturesque!

There are no sunshades over the pools and playgrounds, only beach umbrellas. It would be nice to have some especially for children. There were only 2 children's channels on TV and both were in German. Most of the food is very greasy or sour, bacon everywhere, even in the Italian restaurant in Caesar salad, it is surprising that it was not in the ice cream. No seafood at all. In general, the cuisine resembles more German than Greek or Mediterranean. The choice is large, but after 3-4 days it gets boring. Although it is certainly a matter of habit.

The restaurants and food were amazing, A lot of swimming pools. Swimming Pool with slides which the kid loved so much. The beach is very close. Would like to particularly mention Client Manager Evgenia who was always around and was so cooperative and informative throughout the whole stay.

Hard to say and remember. There were mosquitos in the beginning of our stay but we managed to coop with them:) There was a lack of plugs in the room.

The best thing about this hotel is probably the animation team, they are by far the best team I've ever seen. They offer a variated show for all ages. The mini disco is a must for the little ones. The animation team is the only reason I offer such a high score, otherwise I would have probably regretted my choice of hotel. The swimming pools are nice and offer a lot of options. The beach is private and there are enough sunbeds.

The rooms need to be refreshed. The room was full with ants who were every here, in bed at night but most of it in the bathroom. Our room was on the top floor so I cannot imagine the ground-floor rooms what they must have endured. We asked another room but we were told the hotel is full and there is nothing they can do. In the bathroom there were no toiletries, no body milk, no conditioner no nothing, just some simple soap. For a 4* hotel this should be a must, especially since in the pictures on booking the bathroom is shown with toiletries. The drinks at the bar were not so good, the wine was of very bad quality and even their aperol spritz was not made on the spot, for a hotel that welcomes so many Italians I expected at least a decent aperol.

The Hotel is a very nice hotel, The breakfast, lunch and dinner choices you have are amazing. You can definitely find something to enjoy. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I was there with a wedding party so there were young children in the group but the hotel has that covered. There are many activities available for adults and children. I tried the Archery and the activities team are very funny and good at what they do. Around the pool areas there are snacks and drinks available all day. Also there are a few local shops around the area in less then 5 mins walk from the hotel.

In the room you have a free mini fridge, with water soft drinks and beer. Which they fill every 2 days. for me I think that is not enough for the water side you get 2 500ml bottles every 2 days. which is not enough. I stay in a lot of hotels in Asia and that's a daily supply. I booked a room with a double bed and ended up with 2 single beds pushed together normally I wouldn't mind but several times the beds moved as they were not secure and I nearly hit the floor in the middle. As the hotel was full I did not bring this to their attention as they would not have been able to change it.

Very good hotel for families. Big enough, it has 6-7 swimming pools of different sizes, sliders, great kids playground, mini golf, volleyball, and others. There was entertainment every day, night show, music evening(different every day), kids club and activities. A lot of food and 3 main restaurants. The rooms are big, we l received a free upgrade. Also, our room was on the ground floor, which is great for families with small kids. There are no stairs and grass in front of your terrace. Free mini bar, refilled every day. Every day cleaning, changing towels, our linens were also changed a couple of times. As I did not find a comment about the sea, when I was searching, here are some details. The hotel is right on the beach, the beach itself starts with sand but then it continues with some stones, in the water there are stones as well, so shoes are recommended. You can buy shoes from the store in the hotel 13-15 euro. Unfortunately the water is not too shallow, when you enter is around your waist, so very young kids 2-3 years old could not enjoy much, but they loved the swimming pools and the water there was warm enough. The personnel of the hotel were great, smilling, and helpful. I really recommend it.

I have no negative inputs, only a couple of items that were uncomfortable for me. There is a lovely, very clean toilet for kids, unfortunately it is a bit far when you are on some of the pools, which makes for a big run when your toddler says she needs to go to toilet nowww. Same with the toilet in the restaurant. So after my vacation, I was in a way better shape 😆 The other is that I am a bit picky about my glasses, and for me, they were not very clean. I guess it is because of the hard water, but still, it is my thing.🫠

The complex was superb, with pools to cater for all tastes, including 2 small pools for babies. Every member of staff were friendly and attentive. A great fitness room, terrace bar area. Each room has aircon which was a godsend when the temperature was mid 30s.

On the evenings it is enjoyable to sit and take in the beautiful ambiance. It would have been nice to have some seating on the terrace outside the reception and on the area outside the specialty restaurants.

Staff is very, very friendly and the meals are good. The two restaurants are very central and the opnening hours are okay. The areal and the beach are very clean!

The rental station for the sports equipment is unfriendly and complicated. For example it is not possible to borrow 4 table tennis rackets for a family with two kids, only two (!).
