The hotel was fantastic with great rooms and spectacular views of the sea! Having breakfast on the seafront was something else!!

The noise, there was a constant boom boom until 3 every night, it left us feeling really tired! Not sure if other rooms had this but ours overlooking the sea certainly did. However became bearable once we bought decent ear plugs from supermarket on day 4, perhaps Hotel should offer these?

The property was very beautiful, and so far the best breakfast I've ever had in Greece. The view from the restaurant near the sea is amazing also. Overall great value for money and a very good location in Hersonissos. The staff was great. They helped me to get a transfer from the airport and gave very good recommendations on what to do nearby.

Even though the hotel has a private beach, you still need to pay to use one of the parasols at the beach. That kinda defeats the purpose of paying for a property that includes a private beach in it. I don't understand why they promote it as a hotel with private beach, but then request 9-10€ from the guest to be at that same beach.

Take in mind that the area is very active in terms of night life with loud music till 5am If it is what you are looking for

Everything was magnific. Really, even if you want to find some issue, you cannot. Perfect room, coherent price, great staff, everything clean, good breakfast. All that you want for a vacation is there. The two receptionists, Athina and Alexandros have helped me in every possible, need, since the beginning. I have seen them multitasking and very efficient. I recommend this hotel to everybody, just understand that the night the room can be a bit noisy because of the movida outside. The rest is perfect.

The room is a bit noisy in the night, but this is due to the position of the hotel in the middle of the movida street. Softer and shorter pillows might help for the ones not used to thicker and harder ones.

Somewhat unstable electricity and internet. Umbrellas and sunbeds are not included.

Dinner with buffet with mainly uncovered food.

Very good place, near beach, all shops, clubs and bars. Very nice breakfest, and dinner. Nice and clean pool area. Modern rooms, with sea view. Best hotel for the prce.

Amazing location, close to everything. Perfect sea view, and staff were lovely and helpful.

Struggled to get sunbeds at the pool. People reserving beds with towels in morning then not coming back until late afternoon.

The stay was amazing - the localization of the hotel is great as it is in the centre of Hersonissos, close to many restaurants, pubs and shops - though I don't recommend choosing the rooms with the seaview - they go out straight on the main street and the Beach Bar - might be a bit noisy. The breakfasts were lovely, especially eaten outside on the beach. The Staff was lovely, special thanks to Alex who was of great help ALWAYS, open and able to deal with any problems, also his recommendations when it comes to Cretan attractions were spot on! The room was always clean, though I imagine may be a little bit small for two people for a longer stay. Overall really really content with the stay, good value for money! If I ever visit Hersonissos again, I will surely come back to Kahlua!
