The pool and views were stunning. The owner of the apartments was very kind in accommodating our early arrival as we were not expecting the apartment to be ready. Nice touches like complimentary water and juice on arrival and departure a plate of fruits and chocolate etc. The maid was very helpful, and kept room clean, although her English was limited, but better than our Greek!

A bit of information regarding the check out procedure and some general info on the area would be useful in the apartments. The equipment in the apartment was very limited in some ways, ie no saucepan, very small amount of cooking utensils. Air con a little noisy at night when trying sleep.

The apartment had everything you needed for a really comfortable self catering stay, with a hob and a good size fridge. Irene was wonderful and could not be more friendly and helpful. The individual terrace areas have a feeling of privacy while continuing to have amazing views and the pool area was lovely too.

Stunning location for views, peaceful and quiet. Restaurants, around 10 maybe and supermarket directly within 6 mins walk (uphill), Tasteful looking apartment with traditional feel inside. Loved the balcony and cathedral views. Lovely pool.

Lack of transport in resort..1 bus at 8.30am to Argostoli and that's it. Transport is needed, unless you are planning on staying put, as landscape steep to walk. Beach is a very steep downward walk which took about 20 mins and had to get cab back up. The shower in c31 has to be hand held as fitting on wall not adjustable, and despite shower curtain, the bathroom gets soaked. Would have liked a walk in double shower cubicle instead of bath but just my preference.

Fabulous view. Pool and terrace lovely. Beds comfortable. Linen and towels good quality and changed regularly. Kitchen facilities adequate. On site manager, Irene, is very helpful and friendly as are her staff.

Main bathroom could do with updating from bath with shower curtain to walk in shower. Washing machine would have been a bonus even if it was a communal one which you had to pay to use. You do need a car to get to Lourdata beach and surrounding areas. Walk to beach is approx 2km and incredibly steep.

The owners were very welcoming and friendly. They made our stay very easy and straightforward. The property was very clean and had everything we needed.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable.

The view from the terrace and the hotel pool was stunning. The owner Irene Garbis was extremely helpful and welcoming and the hotel grounds and all the rooms were kept immaculate and cleaned every day.

It would have been nice if the pool bar had been opened to get a drink but with so few guests staying there it wasn’t really viable and it wasn’t a problem for us.

Garbis has a great location overlooking Lourdata and the beaches below - it's very peaceful and the perfect place to kick back and relax. The staff are very welcoming and make you feel very much at home - Irene the owner is wonderful and goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need and more. The rooms are a great size with separate lounge (or extra bed if needed) and a fridge/kitchenette - they all face outwards towards the pool/view. Plenty of great places to eat nearby (highly recommend Spiros) and supermarket, car/moped rental and petrol station very close by. Thanks again for a great stay!

The position of the property with wonderful views over the sea to Zakinthos. The pool area was beautiful and a lovely place to relax. Irene Garbis was a fantastic and welcoming host. The place was kept immaculate and extremely clean.

It was a bit far to walk to most of the restaurants but Spiros restaurant nearby was excellent and Irene gave us the phone number to call for a takeaway pizza which we used a couple of evenings and it was really good.

The apartment is lovely. It is clean, spacious and the balcony is enormous with a retractsble awning. It has been well looked after and was cleaned regularly. The kitchen was very well stocked. The view is undeniably beautiful, the pool was lovely and the gardens are very well kept with beautiful flowers. The Garbis family were very welcoming and were helpful throughout our stay. The area is really quite steep, making strolling around in the sun really quite difficult! I'd recommend hiring a car/scooter for your trip, particularly if you like to visit different beaches or visit busier areas with more restaurants and shops

My stay at Gabris Villas and Apartments in Kefalonia was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality from the lovely owners, making us feel right at home. The villa itself was simply amazing, boasting breathtaking views of the beautiful surroundings. It was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Throughout our stay, the owners were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiries or recommendations about the area. Their genuine care and dedication to ensuring our comfort and enjoyment made our experience even more special. The location was also perfect for exploring Kefalonia’s wonders, with stunning beaches and local attractions within easy reach.
