Lots of activities and spaces, both for adults and children. The departure lounge was really nice

nice, comfortably furnished superior apartment with sea view, great location with sandy beach, where you can walk the beach for a long time, fantastic luxury resort, 50 m pool for professionals, which is very rare to find, we loved the place! Good quality food in 4 theme restaurants, reasonably priced.

breakfast is a negative contrast to the luxury resort, breakfast has no variety, exactly the same food every day, it is more like a 3 star buffet, there is a lot of room for improvement!!!

The resort has everything you need for a fabulous holiday. The buffet is superb. The grounds are beautiful with a great choice of pools to suit everyone. Lots going on or you can just relax. If you go half board then You can have 50% off food in Other restaurants which gives good variety. There are places along the beach you can walk to for local cuisine choices, recommend tam tam and namaste. The staff are wonderful and friendly.

Would be good to have a more varied cocktail menu. Small thing, we were asked. To to play cards in the lobby area when live music was on. Considering we were 4 adults playing cards and not making noise above normal talking level this seemed petty. Otherwise hard to find fault with anything.

The resort is lovely! I went for a solo retreat and there was plenty to keep me occupied during my short stay - private beach, multiple pools, multiple restaurants/bars, private beach and spa! Also more that that didn’t get the time to see! It was also super close to the airport so transfers to and from where a breeze! Check in was also lovely, as soon as I stepped off my transfer my luggage was taken from me and delivered to my room and at check out picked up and taken to reception! The bedroom was amazing, super comfortable and plenty of storage for all of my belongings. Room was turned down everyday to a high standard. Slippers, towels and dressing gown provided and also a free welcome drink! This was in addition to the complimentary drink redemption given at check in. Bathroom was also super modern and clean! All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly - giving food recommendations at the restaurants and accommodating for a solo traveller which can be daunting! I made use of the Spa Treatment offers available which was also incredible! It was also just a short walk to the bus stop into Kos Town that took roughly 25mins.

The location is slightly remote wasn’t much around to explore outside the hotel. However it was just a short trip to Kos Town. The WiFi in my room terrace was a bit patchy when I was sitting on the terrace. The cocktail selection at all the restaurants were pretty limited only offering mainly 3 - would be good to see a wider variety. Additionally a lot of the wines at the restaurants were by bottle only - which as a solo traveller is a bit much both to drink and cost wise. Lastly the dinner in the main restaurant was probably the only poor meal I had - I was expecting a normal table service meal. However, it was a very similar the breakfast buffet set up. Wasn’t the best meal I had and it turned out to be the most expensive so wasn’t too impressed.

The room is always very clean and comfortable. The TV is small but you don’t come to a Greek island to watch TV. The bathroom is clean the amenities that are there for you are not what I’m used to from the United States. It gives you shampoo but no conditioner that might be my only complaint on the amenities in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve ever had and I’ve been coming here for years and never had a complete about it. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating checking in and out is very easy. I love this place.

Can’t find anything I don’t like if that was the case I wouldn’t come back every year. if I had to find something to find fault with it would be the elevator. It’s a little dated in the main building, but it’s also only two flighrs of stair have to climb if want to avoid elevator.

Good equipments (gym...), great pools - Quiet and clean resort

The choice of wine is not at the right level both for the main dinner and for the various restaurants : the greek wine is of moderate quality and too expensive. The Germans generally drink beer but a luxury resort deserves to have the right choice for red, white and rosé.Ans can you serve a warm Prosecco to bar clients ?? The bar performance is going down too vs. what it was in the past and compared to other resorts: need more professional people and dose of gins are 3 times less than in Spain and for a higher price Quality of main dinner is fine but not outstanding It is a pity that the beaches around are not clean to have nice promenades. Difficult to blame the resort

Breakfast was excellent. All expectations were met. The restaurant was however often too crowded.

I know that i can be suite critical : overall the holiday experience was great, but some details can be improved : The safety light in the room was much too clear. We noticed that the guests, who came after us in our room, and guests in similar rooms, received a welcome bottle of wine. The Unami restaurant has high prices in comparison with the food offered. The waiters in the main restaurant did some shouting against each other. Training might be a good idea. An gift from the SPA appeared to be a payable service (i neglected to study the text😳)

Hotel was really lovely, Staff amazing and food was tasty. We only booked B&B but great choice at breakfast. Towels can be exchanged as often a day as you like. Lovely cosmetic products in the rooms. Onside supermarket very reasonable priced for water, snacks and beers. Entertainment very well done

The food in the restaurants was lovely but more on the expensive side. Drinks also dear.Large Beer costs €6! Hotel is a bit further out with limited choice of restaurants around. Tavernas outside hotel OK for drinks but not food. Found a lovely restaurant 10 min walk on the beach. Great views and prices.

Nice Views. Nice Pools. Neppy Land was good. A good large hotel. Good rooms. Nice beach.

Staff at reception were poor. No real greeting on arrival. A "can't do" attitude. I was asked to apply the luggage stickers myself to the bags on arrival. Asked for an iron and was laughed off by saying hotels don't provide irons. This hotel feels as though it is a 5 star hotel run by a 4 star management team. Food options are average. Avoid the Thai place!

I enjoyed the free upgrade to a sea view room, I was conveniently placed in the room next door to my friends which might have been a coincidence when we booked separately. The gym was very well equipped and I liked that the treadmills were faced to a view of the property and not a wall or mirror. The room was very new and well-designed. Breakfast had so many options. Staff was super helpful and even though the resort was closing for the season the next day everyone was so friendly and happy to help.

I only stayed one night, less than 24 hrs. I did not get to see if the area was convenient and walkable
