We had a fantastic stay with Cilon suites. The view from our balcony and hot tub was breathtaking and we almost could have spent every minute of our trip there. Note, while it has probably one of the nicest Caldera views and is right next to the blue domes, it isn’t quite situated to receive a perfect sunset view. However, a variety of restaurants and viewpoints are a few minutes walk away around the corner. The staff were also exceptional. Stavroula was always a text away for any need and was extremely efficient in actioning those requests. She helped organise a very last minute island/winery tour for us that turned out to be one of the best days we had in Greece. All in all a really amazing place to stay.

The property was really beautiful and we loved our stay. There were just one or two things about the room that could have elevated the experience even more. There wasn’t really anywhere to hang our towels and wet swimwear so a few more hooks in and around the bathroom would have been great. Additionally, we think an extra mirror in the room rather than only in the bathroom would’ve been a nice touch.

Loved everything about the Property 😍

The room was incredible, so spacious and so clean. The views from the private rooftop pool were spectacular, we were the highest point in the area so could see sunrise and sunset from the pool. Absolutely incredible. The location is the best on the island, we explored all parts of the island and other areas were much busier/crowded however Imerovigli was really peaceful and had even better caldera views. The staff are amazing, Stavroula is just the best - she was so happy to help with all requests and got us some amazing seats at very busy restaurants. The chefs at Cilon were excellent and the breakfast delivered each day was so delicious with the perfect amount and variety of food and drink. The cleaner was also very friendly and our room was always refreshed daily.

We had the master suite and we did think that the room was connected to the pool area - so this was a surprise when they were 2 seperate areas and we walked up the outside stairs, however both areas were private and sensational so there were no issues with this just good to note. A shuttle included would have added to the experience.

One of the most exclusive and spectacular views of any hotel we have ever stayed in. Unlike the rest of many Santorini private pools / terraces, almost no one was able to look onto the terrace meaning the ultimate privacy luxury stay. The staff couldn’t do enough to make you feel comfortable and were so discreet when delivering food service / drinks orders to us on the balcony that it was like the orders had magically appeared. Experiencing staying in the traditional cave room setting was wonderful and was naturally cool and a nice rest bite from the outside heat. Location couldn’t have been better - absolutely picturesque and surprisingly not completely packed with tourists like other areas of the island. Nevertheless Fira was an easy walk within 30 minutes with lots of amazing restaurants and bars along the way. An absolutely amazing experience and hotel - one not to miss!

Nice and quiet since Imerovigli isn’t as touristy. A secluded spot with a stunning sea view, including a view of Fira and a perfect blue dome photo spot right next door. The breakfasts were delicious and served right outside your room which felt like a luxurious experience. Staffs were all very friendly and incredibly helpful, they were very responsive on whatsapp and helped us with booking taxis and restaurants and answered questions we had at all hours of the day.

There are stairs leading up to the bedroom in each room, which can be a cause for accidents. There were a couple flies when we first arrived but they were tiny and could be easily killed so it wasn’t an issue.

Breakfast is amazing and is more than you could possibly need. Location is quite and fantastic- a bit too good as you get so many photographers doing the dress shoots nearby but not noisy. Room is very clean and views are fantastic. All staff were so helpful and recommendations given were thoroughly appreciated and enjoyed.

The only thing that could have been better was to have a sunset view from the plunge pool on the top level

Stunning view from our room balcony and surrounding. Nice and honest host and room helper when one of the helper (maria) chase us during our way back after check out to return my watch which was left inside the room. We have a wonderful stay and memorable experience. Thanks a lot

Extra careful when climbing up/down the stairs especially in wet condition

This location is beyond picturesque, and the quality and service are even better. The team exceeded our expectations in every way - communication, friendliness, amenities, local recommendations, food, talking to local tours for us, and even finding us sunscreen on a holiday when stores were closed. The staff was always just a WhatsApp message away. I couldn't have imagined a better vacation. The room was beautiful and spacious, and the hot tub and rooftop breakfasts were better than we could have hoped. I couldn't recommend Cilon Suites Santorini any more highly!

There was really nothing to complain about, we felt very comfortable and happy we with all of the staff, they were very accommodating and friendly! We'd absolutely come back! The location is nice because it sits a little higher on the island so I felt like the view was of everything and maybe a bit more private than other locations we looked at. The walk into the main area of Fira did not take too long and was nice. I was a bit worried the small cave suit would be too narrow but it was very comfortable and more spacious than I was expecting. There were open cubbies in the rock to roll our suitcases and stack our close out of the way. The outdoor space with jacuzzi, table and nook was perfect! No one could look down onto our direct area and the path outside the gate was not busy. The neighbors patio was not obtrusively located either and their Jacuzzi was upstairs, so we were rarely out there at the same time (although we did like chatting with our neighbors anyways)

The shower takes a little bit of maneuverung to not accidentally spray out of the area, that being said, the water pressure is wonderful!!
