Our stay with Marios and Marina was so amazing that I don't really know where to start. The rooms were very spacious, beautiful, and well maintained with very good service and cleaning daily. Actually the entire property is perfectly kept. They clean all public areas and pool area daily. It's just spotless. The view was spectacular, both from the rooms and from the breakfast and pool area, such that you naturally take your sweet time just to enjoy the view. The location is perfect for families or couples that want a less noisy and romantic atmosphere. It's a short and simple bus ride to the city, port, and also to other beaches from there, although there are beaches and beautiful sunsets right nearby. The staff can guide you to these places. The bus stop is literally right in front of the property, making it super convenient. There is a mini market nearby, but a larger one also on the bus route. Also restaurants are close, although if you you eat vegan or vegetarian, you'll find a few options on the city. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. It was nice that it's open till late, so we were able to relax and let the kids sleep in. The breakfast was very fresh with a nice variety for all tastes, including wonderful pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, breads, eggs, juice, and more. Everything was at highest quality and taste. Service overall and staff were incredible, but saving the best for last, our time with Marios and Marina was the most memorable part of the trip. They went above and beyond in so many areas, including orientation, transportation arrangements, advice for the trip, and being available for any of our needs ... in our case, a small medical emergency :-). You can tell that this is not just a business, but a family who makes each of their guests feel a part of it, and it's inspiring to see people putting their heart into everything they do. Marios and Marina, we all thank you for your warm and amazing hospitality!

It was just what we were after, the standard of the accommodation was way beyond our expectations. It was in a quiet area of Mykonos about a 20 minute drive from the airport and the town. There were few restaurants and beach within a simple walk. There was a bus stop right outside the property to take us into the hustle and bustle of Mykonos town, though we were glad to get back to the calm! It’s a relatively small hotel so there were never too many people around or in the pool so we could always get a sun bed looking out at the view ( which was stunning). We were met on our arrival with a cool glass of water and given a run through of what there is to do on the Island which was really helpful. The breakfast and the pool snacks were really good too and reasonably priced.

This place has honestly been one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The owners were the best people you’ll ever meet. They made you feel so welcome and stayed up for us allowing a late check in due to our flight time. They were so helpful and provided lots of information about the area and how to get around via bus etc which took you all over Mykonos for 5 euro max. We got free bottles of water and room cleaned daily- the rooms were stunning. The pool view was incredible and the whole vibe was honestly just great. Mario also kindly organised take away dinner for us on his personal phone on our last night as we didn’t want to go out for dinner. The next day when we left, we also accidently left clothes behind in the room and Mario messaged us and drove all the way to the ferry port to drop the clothes off to us. 10/10 for anyone who wants to stay here- we will be back.

When we arrived we already felt welcome as we were introduced at the door. We were sat down and were educated on the food in the area, the best way to travel around the island and popular destinations etc. We were then taken to our room and were showed around, as well as the upstairs pool area. The room was exceptional, clean, spacious and homely and not to mention the beautiful sea view. The owners and workers went above and beyond and we were well looked after making it certainly feel like a holiday. They were very warming and easy to approach and helped whenever needed. The area was quiet and safe. There is a bus stop right out the front of the accomodation which heads into the main part of Mykonos. We will certainly be recommending Lithos by Spyros & Flora to anyone who may be travelling to Mykonos and will absolutely be back ourselves in the near future - we were so sad to be leaving the superior hospitality and space.

The property was amazing. This boutique hotel ran by husband and wife Marios and Marina is exceptional! It was built in 2012 but the facility is modern, spotless and comfortable, rendering itself like new. We were in the junior suite and our girls were in a superior standard room. Beds were all comfortable. Our stay came with complete continental breakfast with your choice of coffee (cappuccino, americano, etc). The freshly squeezed OJ was a delight! Breakfast service is also amazing plus an ocean view. prepared by the pool area. Rooms have big shower spaces and showers have good water pressure. The location is also exceptional. The bus stop is right outside the door. Very convenient when going into Mykonos town which is the hub of the town or coming back from the beach (2€ per person). You don’t need to rent a car if you stay in Lithos Hotel. Staff is also very accommodating, responsive and available 24/7. They also arranged our transfer from the ferry and to the airport, for a very reasonable price. Staff will also offer you recommendation of best restaurants to dine and beaches to go to. All in all it was a 10/10! We are happy customers with no complaints at all! This hotel is very well recommended and I would give it a 5 stars. We would definitely return to Lithos when we come back to Mykonos. Book it now and see for yourself! You won’t regret it!

Everything was perfect!

Marios, Marina and all the staff were very kind and helpful. They provided many recommendations which is worth doing. Their hospitality was exceptional. The vibe felt welcoming, relaxing and peaceful. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and many we spoke to were regulars who come back every year. The Bus stop right outside the hotel was very convenient to get into town and Ornos beach so you don't need a car/taxi. The location was out of the hustle and bustle but not far by bus into the main town. The room was spacious, clean with great facilities and air con and pool. A nice traditional selection of breakfast. The selection of cocktails and coffee were delicious. The reviews say it all and we would love to go back to Lithos when we visit Mykonos.

The hotel is Amaznig! Thanks Marios, Marina and Farhat for the atmosphere of warm and comfort that you create in Lithos. The hotel is located 150 meters from the sea on a steep hill. The view from the hotel is fantastic. The rooms are large and bright, even without turning on the air conditioning the rooms are not hot. The hotel is very clean, the bed linen and towels are perfect. Cleaning at the highest level. We had a 2-room apartment with a small kitchen, were all the dishes and a stove and an electric kettle. The breakfasts are very tasty. Agios beach at the entrance is a little rock in the water, then sand, the beach is sandy. Sun beds from 50 to 80 euros per pair. On the beach there is a good restaurant Hippie fish and Pilli, next to the hotel there is a restaurant - Vasilikos- very nice. The island is very small and cozy, you can visit different beaches, Marina will give recommendations for different tastes. There are many restaurants and taverns in the old town - everything is delicious or great! Thanks to Marios and Marina and his team, we will definitely be back

Our stay exceed all expectations and that was down to Marios, Marina and Farhat - the most welcoming people we have ever had the pleasure of meeting! They kindly organised our transfers to and from the airport (15 mins away). On arrival Marina gave us a map with area information, restaurant recommendations and bus times to help us get around as we chose not to hire a car. Our room was spotless, modern and comfortable. The bus stop is located right outside the hotel and buses are around 5 minutes to Ornos and 15 minutes from Mykonos town and run regularly through the day. If I could give 10 stars wouldn’t be enough for the amazing experience that I had at Lithos by Spyros and Flora. Let’s start from the rooms, they were perfect and nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel is a blend between very modern and traditional family vibes. Location is very strategic and allow us to be 5 mins away everything. The garage is very handy and what a view you can admire from the terrace. But.. let me explain to you the gem of this place. They are called Marina and Marios ( and the rest of the team)! We have found in them a friendly, inspiring and incredible hosts and made our Greek trip unforgettable. They were always available for our questions and they did ABOVE AND BEYOND for making my birthday special. I was truly moved! Well.. I will come back soon! Thanks again and Efcharistò!

Our hosts Marina & Mario's were wonderful..they explained everything to us. They recommended what sights to see explained the public bus schedule & were very efficient & accommodating. Nothing was a problem for them. The pool was beautiful, room was large, beds were very comfortable, bathroom & room were cleaned daily, balcony was large, the aircon worked well & the views from balcony & room were exceptional. Breakfast was amazing with table service. This part of the island was super quiet & the bus stop was at the Lithos front door. The hosts always had the time to talk to you & made our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommend people to stay here you won't be disappointed. We will be back!
