Very friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. As my wife uses an electric wheelchair we couldn't get the chair in the lift so she used her folding walker to get up and down and used a manual w/chair around the hotel room. The location was ideal and had a great view of the port area and the town, Castle and hills behind. The room was adequate for the Greek Islands and it had a roll in shower. There was a ramp to access the property.

What we didn't like was a bar close by that had loud music going on in the early hours of the morning (and we don't go to bed until the early hours).

The view is one of the most beautiful ones I've ever had from a room. We stayed in the corner room, which gave us both views from the water AND the street, it was incredible!

Unfortunately there are many bars and clubs around and they play very loud music until 3:30/4:00 in the morning. Even closing the windows didn't help. I was only able to really sleep and rest after 4am once the music had stoped. I know it's not the hotel's fault, but just something to have in mind if you are a light sleeper like me.

The location is perfect! Walking distance to the Naxos port and bus station, airport 10mins away in taxi. The hotel is right next to restaurants, shops, bars, the marina. I’ve read messages of people complaining about the noise but I couldn’t hear any noise with the windows closed. The front desk staff is very kind and hospitable, one of them speaks spanish aswell. Also the price for the location was unbeatable. Over all had a great stay and would come back.

The beds could be more comfortable, so thin I could feel the springs, and the shower was so small the shower curtain went all over the place.

We stayed in room 209 and had a lovely view of the port and ferry activity.The room itself was just large enough for two persons , and the balcony was nice for gazing across the surrounding area.And the hotel location is great for shopping, taverna's and a local supermarket.The reception staff were all pleasant and the room was cleaned each day..We stayed here for 3 nights.

Well nothing really but the hotel location is slap bang in the middle of a very busy port and can be very noisy day, and night until the early hours.So to be aware!

As the other reviews indicated, the hotel room was small and bathroom tiny. We did have to be very careful about how we positioned the shower, or else water would end up all over the floor. HOWEVER, the location could not have been better! It was within a 7-min walk to the ferry port, right on the Esplanade and surrounded by restaurants and shops right outside. The Portara, Castle District market and beach were all within a few minutes’ walk. Although the price was high for the room itself, it was worth it for the accessibility to everything! We were really only in the room to shower and sleep, so I would stay here again. I saw a few reviews that complained about the balcony door being broken but it wasn’t- it looked that way because of the hinge system. When slightly open to let air into the room from outside, the door looked like it was falling off, but that’s intentional. A simple twist of the handle and it closed properly. This is not a full service hotel, but doesn’t need to be because everything (beach, shops, restaurants, attractions) is so accessible!

Great location, restaurants and shops all around, 10 walk from the port. Good shower pressure! Has an elevator for bringing luggage to the room. Nice view on the balcony, can see the Apollo gate!! Can hear music from neighbouring restaurants until 1-2am but that didn’t bother us at all (our TV in the room is louder than the music outside, so it’s really not that loud). Overall, good experience staying here, will book again when visiting Naxos next time!

Shower curtain is a bit moldy and the toilet space is tiny. Wifi is very bad, can’t even do internet search most of time. We had a towel that has a stain spot. The front desk staff would advise you to leave your key at the counter along with everyone else’s room keys while they never verify if anyone is picking up the keys of their room or not; in other words, anyone can pick up any key to open any room. However, you don’t have to leave your key at the counter, just bring it with you like other hotels and make sure to return the key to the counter staff upon check-out.

Well located if wanting to be central, bear in mind inevitable noise but with balcony door closed we had no problem. Friendly greeting. Room ready on arrival at 1pm. Comfortable mattress on bed. All perfectly clean. Breakfast perfectly adequate for charge of 10 euros.

The hotel is somewhat dated and perhaps a little drab but it has some authenticity about it. Bathroom very small and very dark. For the price it is fine.

The location is outstanding - one of the best in the Cyclades. A glorious view over the promenade and harbour to the strait between Naxos and Paros, especially good at sunset. Helpful and firendly staff.

Room facilities will benefit from some modernisation but are adequate.

We needed a room for an overnight stay close to the port and this was perfect. The area is quite noisy outside but, once the balcony door was shut, you couldn't hear too much of it. The staff were all polite and helpful and even let everyone know the following morning about boat cancellations and ensured they kept open our reservation in case we got stuck. I would stay here again if we visited Naxos again.

The bathroom was quite small but we were only staying 1 night so it wasn't a problem.

The hotel is an easy 7-8 minute walk from the ferry port right on the main street. Staying on the 2nd floor overlooking the harbor from our balcony was one of the best views ever. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The building is older and dated but well kept and clean and the room was spacious. They offered a 7 euro buffet breakfast set up in a newer hotel next door which was a great value with plenty of offerings and kept us fueled up for a long time. It was an easy walk to the old chora and castle area with loads of shops and restaurants which could keep one entertained for days and it was only an 8-9 minute walk to Agios Georgios beach which was really nice. There were no noise issues.

The beds were old and too firm which we presumed looking at the website photos and that is one of the main reasons why we only stayed one night there instead of four as we figured the primary reason for staying in a hotel is a good night's sleep and figured that would not happen with a hard bed. The bathroom was somewhat small and the shower area rather small with a flimsy shower curtain that did not keep the water in the area very well.
