Erenna welcomed us warmly and showed us to our room which was sparkling clean and very comfortable. Each morning we were greeted with a smile and a delicious Greek breakfast.

If you don’t have a car, it is impossible to get around; we learned this the hard way. There are no places nearby to eat or just hangout. A car is a necessity.

Location was perfect, near wonderful and authentic restaurants, best beaches, y and principal port. Near means 7 minutes by car. Room was super confortable, everything extremely clean and new. There is a fridge in the room, where you can find a big bottle of water, but we also used it to cold a couple of beers to drink at night. Recommendations about places to visit, restaurants, activities, ... were all of them great, with the staff always available to be contacted at any time, 24x7. We rented the room with private pool and, with no doubt, it was worth it!

We liked everything! Breakfast was super good, with the possibility to take the things you like to your own room and have breakfast in private.

The staff were amazing. It is a beautiful hotel run by a family, and you can see it in the water they handle their clients. Their communication via phone was on point and they really answered all our questions with ease and great detail. We had to abruptly leave die to a family emergency and they went out of their way to accommodate us with the refund of the nights we did not stay, even though they did not have to, and they arranged transfers to the port due to the emergency. The Breakfast was great - the rooms exceptional and comfortable.

Location. Reviews said that you need a car make it easier, but we would argue that it is almost a necessity. We love walking, never have a problem with it. But the heat in Greece this summer was extreme, and the nearest bus station for transport is about 600m away. It does not sound like much, but with luggage it can get quite far, and it adds up cost wise. BUT - This is no reflection on Naxian Air. They do say this in their information, but the reality is slightly different to what you would expect.

The hotel is located 10 minutes by car from the Chora Naxos city center, quality materials (cotton bed sheets/ linen curtains/ bubbly cotton pillows), spacious room and bathroom, beautiful decorative elements in the the room and the flowery pathroad leading to rooms is a nice touch, rich breakfast food with traditional Greek delicacies, wonderful staff always willing to help and guide you around the island for best places and possible activities and events, very close to the seafront Agia Anna offering watersports and plaka beach where horse riding and island-hoping cruises are available, we loved the hotel and would surely stay again in the future, thank you wholeheartedly dear Irine!

Naxian Air service was outstanding. Would absolutely recommend this hotel. Hotel was fresh and clean and very very comfortable. Rooms a great size. Just the place to take a breath and just relax. We decided we wanted to rent a car when we got there as a little way out of town and Naxian Air had one organised within 30 minutes for us delivered to our door. Rental Company was Ocean Blue and would highly recommend them also. Totally hassle free. Breakfast was delicious 😋 Would rate 11/10 👍👍

Not a don’t like, but it is a little way out of town on way to airport - so was very quiet and peaceful. But maybe think about renting a car as island not too busy and easy to drive around. Naxian Air sorted that all out for us - so don’t let that put you off.

Lovely breakfast, amazing room with a pool and the nature view! We stayed only one day as we wanted to be close to the airport, before heading back home. Location is okay if you have car and want a peaceful place to chill (there were planes arriving and departing nearby, but that didn't bother as and we still felt very peaceful in this environment). Great hosts, always ready to help. There is no kitchenette, only refrigerator, but they offer delivery service from various restaurants from the town.

Location is not for the guests without car.

The family that owns and operates this facility go out of their way to be helpful and ensure your stay is GREAT. We had a lot of issues with our transportation due to weather and they helped us work through all those issues. They were aslo very helpful in suggesting things to do and see. Breakfast is tailored to your preferences and outstanding! The rooms are large and exceptionally well appointed.

Bed firmness is a personal preference. The beds here are a little more firm than we prefer. That said they were serviceable -- and would not keep us from staying here again.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The guesthouse was conveniently located at a close distance to the town. the beds were comfortable, toiletries were good quality and breakfast was tasty, with a quite good variety until 11 o’clock, which is convenient for holidaymakers. The room was good value for money,too. One of the best aspects was politeness of the staff, mainly Irene, who was immaculate in running the hotel.

The surroundings were not nice, but it didn’t disturb me, taking all the good aspects mentioned above into account.

Almost everything was perfect. The hotel is quite new, the room was very spacious with 2 bedrooms, extremely clean and well kept facilities. The linen provided was excellent and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and the value for money exceptional.

The only drawback is the location, being a bit far from the main areas, but it was known before booking. Since we had a car, there was no problem about that. The land itself could be better taken care of. Also, there was no one at reception for almost the entire stay. It seems to be a small and family hotel. Nevertheless, these were not particularly important points to us since the hotel is really comfy.

Everything was perfect. Irini at reception greeting us late at night and showing us our room was the beginning. Perfect breakfast next day after a great nights sleep in our very quiet room. Agreat weekend for us in a fantastic family run hotel (interior designed by the daughter of the family). Every body was so kind!! The mother cooked our breakfast and prepared a little box of treats for us to take back on the boat to Athens! Adorable people.

The fact that we stayed only 2 days!!
