The rooms were very modern and comfortable. Location was very good, walking distance to a very good agios prokopios beach. Bus stop location was very convenient and close to the hotel.

No amenities, no restaurant or pool bar. Pool was ok size but wasn't allowed to have fun it it. The owner told my kids to not play in the pool and not to splash. Other kids were swimming and the owners told them they were splashing too much. I looked for a hotel specifically with a pool, but its useless if your kids can't enjoy it. We walked past other hotels and witnessed other kids having fun in their pool. Maybe they should post their strict pool policies on thei website so people can make calculated decisions.

We travel a lot and expectations are high as a result, villa adriana exceeded our expectations in every way . You would really have to try hard to find fault with this place . For the price you won't find better In terms of value for money . You feel instantly relaxed as soon as you step foot inside the resort, all staff are genuinely friendly and personable. Location is perfect for access to all local amenities, including handy bus stop at end of the lane. Local knowledge of reception staff is excellent meaning prior research really isn't necessary. Leaving

The views were so pretty, the hotel is gorgeous and the pool is great too. The staff helped us out a lot with any issues that came up.

It’s a WALK to the beach. You either walk down a sandy path with chickens then onto a gross standing water area that’s red/stinks or a busy road. I loved the view but we for sure got our steps in. We had to change rooms halfway through due to ants in our bed, the new room was amazing. My advice is don’t eat in your room period.

We were pick up at the ferry by the owner. Such a great guy. Giving us recommendation of restaurants, and other useful information. Room was great, exactly as the pics shown. Daily cleaning was 10 out of 10. It is a great place to stay.

Location is good but not the best.

We had a lovely room with balcony and sea views. Well equipped kitchen, large bed with comfortable bedding. Excellent air conditioning and double glazing on doors and windows. Large, powerful shower and nice decor. Towels and robes provided. The whole property and especially the pool was one of the cleanest places I’ve ever been. Staff were welcoming and very friendly. We arranged taxis from and to the port and all the arrangements were exactly as promised. We didn’t have the breakfast but it looked fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here it’s wonderful.

Nothing bad at all

Our host and hotel owner, Mr Yannis gave us great tips and went out of his way to make our Naxos stay unforgettable. He recommended good food, helped organise car rentals and ferry pickups. The rooms were cozy, clean and well equipped. The area felt safe and quiet, perfect for exploring the island.

It is a small family hotel, the rooms were very comfortable, clean nicely modern yet traditional decorated. We were in the Queens superior rooms. Newly renovated I believe.. the rooms were cleaned and towels replaced daily. The air conditioning was brilliant and the shower was the BEST shower I’ve had in any hotel. The breakfasts were good. You have to just pre order the day before. Yannis, Maria and staff were all brilliant and very welcoming. Great location for a walk to beautiful Agia Prokopios beach & restaurants. It was fairly quiet in the evenings but the Bus also stops at the end of the hotel road for quick €2 service to Chora on arrival from ferry or for a busier evening night out atmosphere. The bus was a really regular efficient service in new air conditioned coaches.

Brilliant family suite - very clean and comfortable beds. Wonderful breakfasts and lovely pool. Superb staff - friendly and helpful. Short walk to amazing beach and fantastic restaurants.

Maria and the other lady at reception (sorry I forgot her name) were wonderful - super welcoming. Our room was comfortable with a lovely view to the beach from our very big balcony. There’s a small kitchenette with a kettle and a coffee making machine but you have to buy your own tea, coffee and water. The shower is good and strong - which is great at the end of a day in the beach and in the sun.

There is nothing not to like about the hotel but just a word of caution, if you are going to have breakfast make sure to pay in advance as Yannis makes sure he has exact amounts of fresh eggs and super yummy organic watermelon for those who order otherwise you will understand that he isn’t happy. The Greek yoghurt was out of this world.

The breakfast was unbelievable for the price of 10 euros each - in fact it is really too much food! Unfortunately my husband had to be hospitalised due to bad vertigo on the final day of our stay. Maria arranged an ambulance and followed up to see how he was during the day. She even visited him at the hospital on her way home! Above and beyond what was expected! The owner (not sure of spelling of name?) I think Giannis even went on his scooter to the pharmacy to get the prescription medication so we did not have to!! Service beyond!! We are not finished with Naxos and when we return, this is our hotel for sure!

Would have liked somewhere to store clothes but we were not unhappy with our room. It just would have been nice to store our clothes somewhere where they were out of sight! I think we should have probably booked another room but not the hotel's fault.
