Just had 1 night here. Location is excellent if you want somewhere close to ferry terminal. Beds were very hard and exhaust fan did not work in bathroom. Be aware there is no lift so you must carry your suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. Rooms were clean and air conditioner worked fine. OK for an overnight and price was good!

Right next to the metro(less than 5 min walk) and the ferry gates(ca 5 min to E7 for blue star ferry, 10-15 min to E9 for seajets). Lots of restaurants and cafes directly around. We didn't have to walk a long way after long stay in the ferry with children. Room was small but enough for us for a night: Beds were clean and comfortable so my family could sleep very well. Also the building itself was quite ok. I had imagined everything much worse due to the bad reviews, had booked the hotel though, only because of the good location. But afterwards it was just perfect for a night stay at the port(for a small money).

The room was small; we had let our big luggage at a storage in Athens for a 3 days visit in Santorini so we didn't need big place for our stuffs. If you have big luggage the room could be too small. And there's no elevator(what wasn't a problem for us).

Excellent location next to the port. Very convinient if you are cathcing the ferry early in the morning.

No hook in shower to hold shower head

The hotel is easy to find when you leave the metro station in Piraeus in the night (after a long flight to Athens airport). The hotel proved to have better standard than I expected. There seem to be a man in the reception all night, and almost no traffic noise could be heard in the room (#103). There is also short way from the hotel down to gate E7 in the harbour from where I took the Blue Star ferry next morning.

My stay was very short so I hardly had time to make any negative experiences. The only thing I remember is the long stairs I had to climb with my suitcase in my hand upon entering my room. No lift available!

We arrived from the airport in the evening and booked the hotel just to spend the night waiting for the boat in Pireus in the morning. For that was perfect, the check-in and out is 24 hours and there's always someone at the reception. The room had everything we needed. The hotel is very close to the port.

The room was small for two people, especially the bed. The bathroom was small as well and the shower was not separate (when you took a shower everything got wet).

It's a small hotel, of typical Greek City style. The two big advantges are that the desk is attended 24 hours so a late arrival from the airport is never a problem, and it is so close to the ferry terminal - literally 200m, particularly for Blue Star lines. I have used this hotel several times - grab breakfast from the cafe next door before going to the ferry. Taxi from the airport to the hotel, at 11.30 at nigt was 55euro.

Room was very neat and newly done over in a modern style. Our stay was well-priced and exactly what we needed. The hotel is located withing two blocks of Pireaus Metro station, making it easy to get there from city centre. We were able to get up early in the morning and checkout. We walked only about a block to get to our ferry, very happy with the location!

We were four people with two kids of 6 and 8 years old. We spent the night because we had to take a ferry at 6:00 am the following morning. I was worried about the area because harbours are not the best places of a city but this is not the case of Piraeus or at least the area where the hotel is. The hotel is next to the main street, extremely close to the harbour and we didn’t feel unsafe at any time ( we were walking through the street at 5 a.m). The are other hotels surrounding older and bad mantained that i would not recommend with kids

There is not elevator and the room was in second floor. But considering the price of the hotel it is not a complaint

Location was fantastic for an early morning ferry to the islands. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms had all the basics covered and was ideal for a 1 night stopover. Property is surrounded by cafes/bakery’s/taverna’s that will keep you happy and fed well. Short walk to not only the ferry port but also to Piraeus station for connections by the Metro green line to Central Athens and to Airport. We will definitely stay again.
