The view and the room with sea view was great. The beach is very close and pleasant, as there are not as many guests as in the larger hotels and can be reached comfortably in 5 minutes through a subway.

The sea view room is also close to the main road. Therefore the street noise is quite audible (even with the doors closed) and every morning before 0600 there is loud noise from lorry deliveries or collections. The shower in the bathtub was unfortunately leaking. We always had to put an extra towel on the floor, otherwise half the floor was flooded! The buffet in the morning is o.k. - but for 2 weeks always the same to find unfortunately less varied.

The location was good for access to the beach and to bars and restaurants. The hotel was lovely and clean and always had a lovely scent around the corridor areas. The rooms were nice and clean with good facilities and toiletries. There are plenty of sun loungers around the pool so there was always somewhere to relax. The staff were really helpful and friendly.

The only negative is the noise from what we think is the ventilation or water processing out the front of the hotel. I don’t know if this is processing for the spa or swimming pools or ventilation for the main hotel. This was quite loud and intrusive when sitting on our balcony on the 7th floor.

Very well equipped spotless hotel with a hard working and welcoming staff. The dishes served for breakfast and dinner were absolutely tasty and plenty of choices. We especially enjoyed the variety of local cuisine. Room was spacious and spotless with a big balcony and with beautiful view to the sea. Just an absolutely amazing place for a relaxing vacation, 100% recommended.

Amazing staff. They helped us whenever we needed anything and they worked hard when our excursion booking went a little crazy.They let us take wine glasses and keep them for days. The room service is restaurant level and same price. The rooms were super clean and the beds super comfy.

Minor thing, the balcony of our room had a big wall so if you get a room on discount this is probably the room. We did not care, the view was still amazing and sunset as well. The door of the corridor were slammed a lot - this woke me up quite a bit. But that is guests, so not sure what the hotel can do about that. There was a green light in the room, we covered it with a shirt :3

Superb breakfast with stunning beach views (10th floor), excellent restaurants, hotel mobile app (to book the restaurants and check the menu mainly). Direct access to the beach (tunnel under the road), free beach towels/sunbeds, nice pools (never tried though). All water sport rentals on the beach close by (windy side of the islands, so take that into account). Free parking. Duplex room (with 2 bathrooms) with sea views directly from your bed, really worth the money

Overpriced car rental at the hotel (so rent the car on your own), cocktails not exactly at the top quality (especially next to the pools). SPA area slightly overpriced, which is not a real issue, but the massage quality was quite low, which is worse. Smoking allowed on all terraces and in the closed garden, thanks god there were no smokers around my room.

The Deluxe room was spacious and good designed with sunset view. Nescafé Machine and little treats daily in the room. Breakfast and Dinner vom the 10th floor is a great experience. Lots of different pools and direct access to the beach. Fitness room with all the essentials, although can be crowded at peak times. Beach is wonderful and 5 Minutes walking up the beach is a wonderful beach restaurant and cafe called Valentina's Place. Our Favorite. Excellent Cafe Smoothies, Burgers and Gyros. Staff was very friendly.

Room on the second floor the walls were a bit thin and you could hear neighbors and people moving chairs upstairs. Breakfast could have been more variety, on Day 7 you are practically tired of the same food. Coffee was not that good at breakfast, as well as at the hotel bars. Cleaning came often in the afternoon for our room at the end of the corridor where it usually interrupted our midday break / sleep.

Extremely friendly staff. Although it was the end of a long summer season and they have worked for many months and hours, the staff was still very, very friendly with top service! Just wunderful! I'd like to visit again!

Location and views were amazing.. Room was decorated lovely and very comfortable.. Room cleaned daily. The staff were a pleasure to deal with in particular the staff at the coffee shop.. Handy shop on site too which was very confident with opening hours from 8-11 which was great.. The food was really good from the restaurants pool bar cafe and room Service.. It was over priced for some items though particular for lunch items and coffee..

The location of the pool towels is in the spa which I don’t feel is the best place for this.. There should be a towel station near the pool areas for this.. Wait for taxis was awful (I understand not hotels fault) but was very frustrating as there was no shortage of taxis around
