We booked one apartment for myself and my husband and a studio for my teenage son . You couldn’t get a better position for being close to everything . Only fifteen minutes from the airport on the bus and fifteen minutes into Rhodes Town . Plenty of bars and restaurants right on the doorstep and five minutes walk to the beach . The owners were absolutely lovely and couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect . The apartment was massive for two people and the studio was a nice size too . Loads of hot water and the air con kept the place nice and cool .

The bathroom could do with a bit of an update but for what we paid it was clean and did the job perfectly ..

Super service minded staff. Closeness to all we needed in the area; water sports, supermarkets and nice restaurants. Bike and car rental just 50 meters away. Spacous enough room for 2. Had everything needed for making a simple meal. Extra towels and pillows in the closet. Balconies with table and chairs + hanging for wet swimsuits etc. Elevator for us with big sports bags. The bed was very hard as we laid directly on the feathers so we asked for a top mattress and after the second night the keeper fixed it for us. We had a sea view even though we didn't order it as the building next door doesn't look like it will be finished (so we could see right through it) .

The door from the hallway was like a paper cut out; every time someone left their room, came back at 01:00 etc you'll wake up as it sounds like someone's in your room-like the babies 3 doors down. Bring ear plugs as the ice shop outside plays loud music 11-23:30 . It wasn't very clean at arrival but we had cleaning products available in the room. It's a simple standard but good enough for us for that price.

The room and bathroom/toilet were quite clean and spacious for one/two persons, and the bed was comfortable. The shower was good in terms of both water pressure and hot water. The kitchenette is relatively well equipped with pots and pans, cooking and eating utensils, microwave, fridge, sandwich press, and electric kettle. The chopping board and chopping knife were missing, and the staff were quick to bring me the chopping board and also explain that they don't provide chopping knifes for safety reasons. There was a drying rack on the balcony, and a washtub in the bathroom/toilet. There is a small lift in the building, which is great for those with heavy luggage. There is a friendly and very fat black and white cat that hangs around the lobby. Location wise, it's 5-minute walk to Windsurfers' World and the beach, and restaurants are a stone's throw away. There are relatively well stocked tourist supermarkets nearby. The nearest proper supermarket - PAPPOU / SPAR - is about 10 minute's walk away (and just before it is a local greengrocer run by a lady called Maria, worth visiting for fresh produce such as fruit, veg, and eggs in custom quantities). The bus stop is also about 5 minutes' walk away from the apartment; bus tickets can be purchased at the tourist supermarkets. The staff were also very responsive over the Booking dot com messaging platform and the on-site manager shared his WhatsApp number for any enquiries, and helped me to book a cab to the ferry terminal.

The showering cubicle was a bit small. The curtains were able to block out light well but were just a tad too short for the length of the balcony windows, so light would leak in from the sides. While it was mostly quiet during my stay, during the last few nights, some of the occupants of the neighbouring hotel blasted music loudly on their balcony until 11.30pm. Apparently this is much worse during the summer season, so bring ear plugs!

The apartment was exceptionally clean, very well equipped & had everything we needed. On arrival the instructions were easy to follow to get our key. There was a lift that was very easy to use to take our luggage up. The location was brilliant for getting around Ixia as there was a bus stop & taxi rank very close but better than that we were surrounded by great bars & restaurants so could walk everywhere. The staff were very communicative & the entire property was kept clean & tidy. Our apartment was also very quiet at night so we slept very well with no outside disturbances.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this place & I would choose to rebook it if we come back to Rhodes

We loved our stay. The apartment is centrally located with a number of restaurants and a few bars within walking distance. Don't be put off by the restaurant below as this does not impact on spending time on the balcony. The large balcony has a partial sea view which is great. The self-catering facilities were great and communication/contact with the owner was good. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was cleaned twice during our weeks stay. The apartment is situated on the main road however, we were not disturbed by this. Would recommend for value for money.

1) The location is very good. There are plenty of restaurants around. 2) It's close to the surf station. 3) The bed was comfortable. 4) Room price was good for the conditions. 5) It's safe. 6) The balcony and places to hang your wetsuit.

1) I didn't use the kitchen, the equipment looked like very old and worn down. 2) There was a dust smell in the room that is not gone even after opening windows. 3) There is no place to put your stuff in the bathroom. 4) The shower was very small.

The owner was great and the place was comfortable with everything that you need.

The view of the sea was barely there...was a obstructed by a building being constructed but you could kind of see it through the gaps in the building. The balcony was large but only the balcony on the corners meaning two out of all of the units in the entire place actually have a real sea view. The beds were really hard, but I got used to them after the first couple of days.

Clean and in a great location, close to the beach and restaurants. 5-star service, and Mr. Sotiris is hospitable and communicative. He left clear instructions about the room key in the booking message and texted me on WhatsApp a day before my arrival. He responded within 5 minutes whenever I reached out for assistance. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Rhodes.

I bought earplugs at the supermarket because the neighboring hotels are very noisy with their nighttime entertainment music.

Everything! Mr Sotiris was a very kind host and was part of an unforgettable and amazing trip! There was no fuss with him - in fact it was very easy and great to communicate with him whenever needed. E.g. I arrived much later than I thought because of the airport shuttlebus. But it was no problem telling Mr Sotiris and he welcomed me at night and handed over the keys for the apartment. Also now that I know I would have just taken a taxi for €20-22 and saved lots of time (it should not cost more). The apartment was very spaceous - much more than I thought for 45m2. High in ceiling and lots of space and two AC units which were great for the Greece weather. The kitchen had all the utensils needed and the living room came with a big couch that could easily host several people. The balcony was not of traditional size. But I preferred that. It was more like two small ones that were connected through the back of the living room and bedroom. The bedroom had 2 singlebeds together and one under the TV. Despite the beds and a big wardrobe there was still plenty of space. Also worth mentioning that the windows were huge. The bathroom was the only area that was smaller than the rest of the apartment. One last thing to mention is how convenient the location was. You literally had 3 supermarkets, lots of pubs and restaurants in the same single street and the beach within walking distance. Very happy with my stay! Thank you!

Good location, many restaurants around, two supermarkets not far from the accommodation. Quite a lot of space with a nice balcony. The owner is very nice man, always ready to help. And the beaches are all nice and comfortable.

The place need a little bit more cleaning and renovation. However it was comfortable to stay there. The city on Ixia is significantly dirty, sidewalks are not safe.
