Lefka was wonderful! The location, the space and the hospitality was really great, and for the price you really can't fault it. I didn't end up having time to try the breakfast because my schedule was so busy, but it looked and smelled amazing, and the hosts let me know that if there was anything in particular I wanted to eat to let them know and they would try their best to make it! It was my first time solo travelling so I was a bit nervous but they really made the experience so easy. Thank you!

A couple of times the cleaners (who were so so lovely) tried to get in when I was in the room, they would knock but gave you barely a second to respond before trying to unlock the door - I recommend leaving your keys in the door because they can't unlock it if they are, it saved me from a couple of awkward moments!

Friendliness of the owners, excellent food, good location, lot of parking on the street (end of April), good value, cleanliness of the apartment. We arrived with a really bad jet lag and decided to sleep late. They served us a breakfast at 1:30 pm which was awesome. Also, they prepared dinner for us - grilled fish, salads, appetizers, and dessert. You just ask and the very nice lady will cook it for you. All homemade! They gave us a good recommendation for things to do and eat in the area. Very nice inner court where the food is served. Our room had a balcony facing the street. We parked our car right in front of the apartment. We felt safe walking the streets in the area, there is a grocery store two minutes from the apartment, five minutes to walk to the beach and the 2 more to the old town area. We reserved one bedroom apartment and we replaced in two bedroom.

The mattress wasn’t as comfy as I liked but my husband didn’t have any issues

This family run hotel was incredible. Staff were so kind and welcoming, family run, the facilities were great and room was amazing value. 5-10 min walk from the centre of Old Town Rhodes. Neighbourhood was safe and quiet. There was a courtyard with tables where you could have dinner or a Greek breakfast and drinks (not overpriced like the rest of Rhodes!). We didn’t try food but looked incredible. Everywhere was spotless and we had the room cleaned everyday. Could not recommend enough, thank you so much to the family for accommodating our stay!

Nothing, brilliant value for money!

The staff were accommodating and friendly, making us feel right at home. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and they even allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout, which was very helpful. The breakfast was delicious; the fried bread with honey was our absolute favourite. The hotel goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable, offering an open fridge stocked with water and beverages that you can take and pay for later – a lifesaver when we forgot to buy water at night. Additionally, the hotel’s location is perfect, just a short walk from the city centre, making it very convenient for exploring.

The friendly owner met us upon arrival and personally led us to our apartment. I believe that we were upgraded to a bigger apartment for free, which was amazing. The apartment was beautiful, perfectly clean, with well equipped kitchen, big balcony and a big stack of towels prepared for the length of our stay. We even had water prepared in the fridge (even though the tap water is perfectly fine here). For colder days, there were warm duvets available as well. There is a big supermarket nearby, several shops, cafes and if you wander a little further, you can visit the sandy public beach and/or the best fish market we have ever been to called Thalassinos Kipos (but closed on mondays!). Also there is local food market nearby every wednesday and saturday. Oh, and you must visit the old town nearby (especially the moat) and the hidden gem that is the Rodini park that is in walking distance.

We arrived at the Lefka before 10am. We'd arranged to leave our luggage in reception and go for a wander round the town while waiting for our room. We were about to go out when we were asked if we wanted to have breakfast first, and boy are we glad we did! €10 each got us a sumptuous freshly cooked Greek breakfast served in a lovely courtyard. Check in was at 1400, but in the event we were given our room (upgraded to a whole apartment!) by 1100hrs. The apartment was clean, and comfortable, and most importantly, we only needed to go up one flight of stairs. The owner and his wife (the cook) are lovely people who could not do enough for us. The day we left we asked to check out a little later and this was agreed to with a smile - we also chose to have lunch there before taking our ferry and we had the best freshly cooked lunch: grilled fish with baked potato, Greek salad and Imam Bayildi.

A couple of comfy armchairs in the bedroom would have been nice, just so we wouldn't need to sit on the beds, but really, I'm just nitpicking, as I'd go back to the Lefka with no hesitation if I return to Rhodes.

We loved our stay here, it exceeded our expectations for sure! Quality for price is amazing, staff met us so warmly it melted our hearts, room was comfy and clean with all essentials, location is very nice, atmosphere is very authentic and cozy! Definatelly recommend and would love to come back again!

The only thing we would have loved is the matrace to be whole for a double bed and not two seperate matraces, but it was not a big issue, just maybe an idea for the future improvements.

This place was amazing. A fantastic family run hotel and had exceptional personalized service. Offered a full breakfast, if desired, in the cozy courtyard where you were greeted each morning by family. This was near the end of our trip and discovered that they offered a laundry service, totally not expected but much appreciated. It exceptionally located, walking distance to all the sites we were looking for and easy to get to from the ferry terminal. HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS HOTEL. Definately will stay here again if we come back to Rhodes

We arrived at around 2000 with children who were tired and grumpy. The owners got toys out and their granddaughter made loom band bracelets for our boys. There was no menu for dinner, but the owners said in an hour they would be able to prepare a traditional Greek meal. It was the best meal we had during our 14 day stay on Symi and in Lindos. We had Greek salad, beetroot salad, homemade saganaki and over roasted lemon chicken with potatoes - all made in front of us. Breakfast the following morning was amazing too. For six people to eat dinner and breakfast, with limitless coffee, tea and water, it cost €180. Excellent value for money and amazing quality food. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property with beautiful staff. Authentically Greek in every way. 10 min walk to gates of the old town, 5 mins walk to an uncrowded small beach without a sunbed in sight. Bear in mind beach is next to a bypass but this didn’t bother me. No lifts in property but there are rooms on the ground floor. I was planning on staying in a different place every night of my trip but this was the 3rd property I stayed in and I loved it so much I stayed my remaining 2 nights. I’ll be back :)

Tiny niggle was that the roller blind at the patio window had been removed
