The hotel’s location was very good, and the view from the room was wonderful! It’s worth asking for rooms on higher floors, if you don’t mind climbing about 65 steps! The view will reward you. The staff was very polite and assisted us with everything we requested! The breakfast was rich, tasty, and had plenty of variety.

they should pay more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms. for example, on the 1st day we found hairs in the toilet and the towels were changed on the 4th day of our stay at our request, even though they told us that they change them every 2nd day!

The hotel is very close to the port of Vathi (5 minutes drive from the port). Modernly decorated and renovated hotel. The breakfast is diversified and above standarts for a 3 star hotel. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hote has a big car park area so no parking problem if you have a car. The air conditionner works well. I'm strongly recommending this hotel.

There is a privacy problem in the bathroom, they used a glass transparent separator next to the door and it's not comfortable.

Breakfast was excellent and staff were wonderful and helpful Views from the room were fabulous across the bay. Excellent restaurant for dinner and a lovely pool, so all amenities are right there.

Difficult access to the room for older people (like us) with large suitcases. No elevator in the hotel and lots of stairs to get in to the hotel and to you room. However, the staff were very helpful and carried cases for us which was so kind of them. A bit far from the main town (for older people) to just walk back and forth and on a steep hill. So you need a rental vehicle or to use taxi's for trips outside the hotel.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful, very comfortable and with great customer service. The breakfast was fantastic and the view while having breakfast was like a dream. Perfect for relaxing.

The only negative thing I could think of was the pool. It was quite windy and the pool in the afternoon was a bit dirty. I would recommend cleaning it more than twice a day. The location wasn't centric, but we didn't mind that. One more thing that I didn't like was the transparent toilet door. It was quite inconvenient. I think they should rethink the design.

- There is no privacy in the bathroom as there is no wall attached to the door. Instead it is a separator made of clear glass. Also one can hear everything as there is an opening of 2-3 cm between the door and this glass separator. - There is a slight elevation of 1-2 cm on the ground of the upper corridor on the way to the rooms. There could be a simple warning band for people not to stumble as it could be dangerous. - The terrace canopy could be made a bit more dense, as it gets too hot during breakfast in the sun.

A truly wonderful stay! After our stay in Karlovasi, we wanted a few days of luxury in Samos City and were not disappointed. Kristy in reception did a phenomenal job of accommodating our every need - especially upgrading our room (to sea view) on the first day. Comfortable beds, exclusive interiors, newly renovated, delightful pool and extraordinary service. In fact, the staff was the best thing about our stay, from Vangelis in the bar/restaurant, to the owner Dimitris who thoroughly entertained us for a whole evening when our flight was delayed. The breakfast was varied and pleasant, the dinner menu was fresh and everything was clean. Ino Village Hotel is elegant, serene and exclusive. It's also warm and homely with staff that truly cares. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Outstanding experience!

Hotel was clean, comfortable, close to the center. We have stayed at the suit room with sea view it was big enough for a family with kids.

Staff can help more about luggages while check in and check out period. Room service is not working good enough ( like filling empty hand soap bottles or bringing slippers etc) Omlette can be added to breakfast menu. No water is provided to mini bar during our stay. There should be proper single bed for suit rooms , sofa bed is not acceptable for suit rooms.

Everything was good except the bathroom’s see through glass. If you choose the double bed, it doesn’t mean to share every moment with your partner or roommate regardless of privacy. At least that option should be left to the people’s choice. Breakfast is also worth mentioning . It’s served with a variety of options in a good quality. The free parking place is also nice to have.

Breakfast was really good, staff was amazing. They resolved all of our problems as soon as possible. They gave us great recommendations so when you go there ask for their recommendations. Especially Dimitri and Erika made our holiday way better and I feel lucky to run into such people like that. The room I stayed was amazing, it was really clean and big. Location of the hotel is also pretty good and away from all the stress and noise, also close to restaurants, bars and beaches.

Pool could be a little bit better. But sea is amazing in Samos anyways (best sea I have ever seen) so you should go to the beaches.

When we arrived we were welcomed by the very nice Gabriella at the reception. we had dinner in the hotel three times and always were so satisfied with the food. Ask also for the things off the menu. Areti, the chef has great options every day. The breakfast was also wonderful, eggs made upon your order: poached, fried, scrambled omelette. I would advise the omelets with ham and cheese. We had the room: Luxury Suite with sea view and it has been amazing. we took a wine upstairs and watched the sun go down in the sea. So romantic. Also the pool area was super nice and cozy, try a Samos mojito from Vangelis and you will never drink something else ever again. Also the Samos wine is really great ( with ice and a slice of orange; again recommended by the great people. We loved the time with Erika and Dimitris. they made our stay even more special. be careful with the Zuma ( homemade schnaps) we already checked out when we come back soon. thanks for everything.
