Our stay at Neptune Luxury Spa Suites in Santorini was nothing short of spectacular! The views were mesmerizing, and the luxurious amenities exceeded our expectations. Vicky and Georgina were the epitome of exceptional hospitality, providing guidance and assistance throughout our entire holiday. Their warmth and attention to detail truly made us feel like VIP guests. Our private swimming pool with its panoramic sea view was the cherry on top of a perfect vacation. We are incredibly grateful to Vicky and Georgina for their outstanding service and genuine care. This was an unforgettable experience that we highly recommend to anyone seeking a truly indulgent and memorable getaway.

My partner and I recently stayed at Neptune Luxury Suites in Santorini, and it was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-tier. Viki at reception truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Her warmth and attention to detail made us feel incredibly welcome. We also had the pleasure of briefly meeting Georgina, who was just as lovely and accommodating. The suites themselves are absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and top-notch facilities. Conveniently, they also offer on-site parking, which made getting around the island a breeze. There are plenty of lovely restaurants nearby, and we especially enjoyed dining at The Edge and Theofanis. Theofanis is a great spot that offers delicious halal options. Everything about Neptune Luxury Suites exudes luxury and tranquility. We would return to Santorini solely to stay here again. Highly recommend this place for anyone seeking an unforgettable experience!

The room has perfect view in Santorini, all the island and volcano are right in front of us. They serve breakfast near the private pool, it’s the best stay and experience during our holiday in Greece! My sister and I enjoyed a lot here, room is spacious and cute design, everything is clear and well equipped. Also staff are super nice and Vicky gave us a lot of good recommendations. We will definitely pick here again if we visit again

The suite is very comfortable and the view from the terrace was absolutely magnificent. The spa/pool area is lovely and very well heated. Eating delicious meals on that amazing terrace will be a memory I'll keep for a lifetime. Vicky was very warm and welcoming and took care of everything I needed. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're looking to admire the beauty of the Caldera in quiet and privacy.

Only a minor thing - the bathroom has a strong chemical smell. I think maybe it's the steam shower. I'm not sure if there's a way to fix it, but it might be an issue for people who are sensitive to that.

The room was just out of this world. Exactly like the pictures - the view is just stunning. The swimming pool is a really good size for a private room pool and it was heated which is a huge plus. The host Vicky was just wonderful - she is so kind and everything is very thoughtful. We already wish we were back there!

We loved the room so much but we would have liked even more delivery or room service options if we chose to stay in at night. Vicky had a lovely room service menu available in the daytime but we weren’t blown away by the local restaurant takeaway. We wanted to enjoy the room all the time so some more local delivery places would be good.

We absolutely loved it here. So glad we stayed here and hired an ATV to get around. Vicky is a wonderful host, she booked us a brilliant day trip on a yacht which was a highlight and she serves a fabulous breakfast every morning. The room was beautiful and we enjoyed our private pool with one of the most breathtaking views in Santorini. If you’re thinking of staying in Oia think again, it’s much better to stay here and explore the island daily.

Vicky was an excellent host who made sure we were very well looked after. Our view was exceptional, looking out to the volcano in the bay and the ray of the island. The breakfasts were a SUPER start to the day, a delicious feast that we looked forward to each morning. We had some brilliant recommendations and suggestions from Vicky and the team which made our trip even better than it would have been.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. The property was absolutely amazing, between the friendly staff and views from our suite. Vicky and the team went above and beyond for us each day, making sure we were well looked after, when it came to booking restaurants and transfers around the island. We had our own private pool and beautiful breakfast platter every morning, with the finest Greek cuisine from the island. Neptune is close to the bus stop, mini market and the local village. We will definitely be back again to Neptune.

We had an amazing time in Santorini and the hotel for sure was one of the best place. The view, the breakfast, the room and the VIP service which was provided. We want to say Thank You Vicky for the support before and during our stay. Your attention, kindness and support made the difference. We really appreciated it! We really recommend this amazing and beautiful hotel!

Vicky gave us the best feeling at Neptune. From the best attraction and food recommendations, to an easy check in process (we arrived at 1 am), to the best possible feeling ever- she was just incredible. Other than that, the breakfast was great and the hotel looks like it was taken out of an interior design magazine. It was a dream weekend getaway for us. Neptune is one of the places I would fly back to, just to stay in the same hotel once more.

I can't think of anything bad to say, this was one of my best stay experiences ever.
