In a very convenient spot in Oia. There are restaurants and shops all around it, and it is easy to get anywhere in the city from there. Plus, we could see the iconic blue rooftops from our room.

Fantastic experience overall. Exceptional views and location. Almost beyond belief. In addition to exceptional staff, particularly Katerina who was a gem. Thoughtful, respectful, helpful, initiative taking and a wonderful person. My wife and I were super impressed. The breakfast server Nazrul Islam was also excellent, as was the luggage carrier Christos. Fantastic crew!

The absence of an upfront explanation of the 20 odd relatively steep steps that went down from the main road to our Room number 2. While we are fit (and could climb up and down several times each day), it was a surprise that we didn't know this fairly significant fact before we booked/went.

Everything! We couldn’t fault anything! Breakfast in the morning on the balcony was an added bonus. Staff couldn’t help enough, they helped us book activities and restaurants. Right in the centre of Oia. The only word to use is magical.

Super central location in OIA . Just around 50 steps from the main Oia street, you have supreme privacy, peace, and awesome view of the other studios & breathtaking ocean view. Breakfast is a good generous local spread, healthy and brought to us to our shared veranda in the morning. All staff in Armeni is working diligently, customer orientated with positive vibes. Very polite, smiley and very helpful.

Bathroom should be upgraded especially the washing basin sink, the drainage plug is molded and looked so dirty.

Location. Location. Location. Not too difficult to get to and find as some other places my friends stayed at. Just some steps up from your place (not so many as cannot handle) and you find yourself the heart of the promenade with the shops, stores, and views. Easy access from Uber drop off. Send someone to find it, and they will come help you with luggage. More about location--You have your own AWESOME view too with a private terrace just out your door that overlooks the water and side views to the white-building on the slopes. And enjoy your delivered, included breakfast sitting privately at a table on that terrace. As a couple we booked the "family room" and it gave us two rooms--living room and bedroom. Real shower--need I say more. It did not get 10 rating as not 5-star, but you get a lot for a good price as Oia goes. I liked it. The view from your terrace could be considered 5-star.

Property is in fantastic location very central and close to everything ie bus station, supermarket etc. Staff at property were outstanding, really helpful and professional. All enquiries were dealt with very satisfactorily. On our last day we were able to leave out bags at property as we had a late flight and they assisted with all requests. Would return to property.

Perhaps a regular shuttle to the beach would be helpful.

The Staff was amazing. They helped us with arranging to go on the wonderful catamaran trip and also a winery tour. They communicated with me before we even came and arranged transportation to, and from their hotel. The hotel was in such a amazing, beautiful location. The view was like a story book. The pictures on Booking.com look just like the hotel itself. I definitely would stay there. again!

Well Lots and lots and lots of stairs but it’s Santorini. You can’t expect anything else, but it was OK because of the view was outrageously beautiful. The refrigerator in our room had a horrible smell so we never even tried to open it and the shower was quite small with no curtains so the floor was always wet. As far as the breakfast it was OK. They delivered it right to our room every morning. It’s just a very basic breakfast nothing fancy. But it was good enough to keep us fed for the morning so we were hungry enough for a good lunch.

The view is amazing ! Unbelievable view from the room and terrace. You can choose breakfast daily and it's served at your private terrace so you can enjoy it in peace with a sound of waves. The centre of Oia is very close, but the room is still very quiate and relaxing. There are also 2 pools you can use anytime. Staff was extra helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend !

The staff were exceptional. Every single one of them from the wonderful gentleman on reception to the cleaning staff and the guys that brought breakfast were friendly, welcoming and made the stay amazing.

The steep stairs! But that’s what you get for having such an exceptional location, so definitely not a negative.

The location was perfect, it was central to everything! We had rental vehicles that were very easy to park at a nearby lot, we really enjoyed being right on Main St. very accessible to restaurants, coffee shops, and to the bus stop. We reserved three rooms for our family of eight. It was great to start our days with breakfast in our rooms. All were comfortable. We highly recommend doing the hike from Fira to Oía it had amazing views!

It would have been nice to have a shower curtain in one of our rooms, most of my family prefer to shower then sit in a bathtub.
