The apartment was cozy and suited our needs well. The air conditioning system worked wonderfully,.The large private terrace provided a great space for relaxation. The resort is conveniently located near a small supermarket, making it easy to pick up essentials. Despite some guests mentioning road noise, it wasn't found to be intrusive. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, providing a good start to the day. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, greatly enhancing the stay. The building itself is charming with pretty architecture, adding to the overall pleasant ambiance.

The 2-bed apartment was slightly on the small side, and the walls within the apartment were thin, allowing for noise to be easily heard between rooms, which affected privacy. The decor appeared a bit dated and could benefit from a refresh. These were minor issues in an otherwise enjoyable stay.

The resort is beautiful; the staff was extremely friendly and helpful; our rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable; they have a nice pool which was a bonus; and they served a delicious breakfast.

The location was a bit far from the main harbor but the walk along the coast to get there was lovely. They sent a car to pick us up at the ferry upon arrival and return us at the end of our stay. So the location was not really a problem.

The Orloff is lovely, welcoming and tranquil and we can’t wait to return. We were met at the port and transferred to the resort where we were greeted with a homemade lemonade. The whole team made us feel very welcome and were always on hand to help with any questions. The resort is a short walk to the old harbour, a lovely beach, and a supermarket. And 1km from the new town. It’s a really lovely walk in between. Breakfast is delicious including Greek yoghurt, fruit salad, homemade jams, spinach pie and eggs. We stayed in a spacious apartment which has 2 floors and a small seated area by the pool given privacy by olive trees - perfect for a family of 4. Also lots of couples visiting so caters for diff groups. Highly recommended.

The room was really nice, with a comfy bed and a nice view towards the pool. The staff was very helpful with all our needs. The location is also good, walking distance to the main town and close to Ag. Marina beach. I would definitely choose it for another stay in Spetses!

Stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite with a kitchenette. It had a private terrace and there was ample room. The staff were really helpful and they served a great breakfast. They kindly collected us from the port and conveyed us to the port when we had to leave. There was a lovely sized pool and I was impressed by their Margarita Cocktail making!

The resort was a 5-10 minute walk from the restaurants in the town, not an issue for us but might be for someone with mobility issues.

Beautiful hotel with the friendliest of staff. Dimitris and his team could not have been more helpful. We were unwell during our stay and the staff took great care to assist us. Lovely hotel close to the Old Port area.

The hotel is in a perfect location. It’s clean and beautiful. The staff are totally lovely and will help you with whatever. And the value for money was totally insane.

Honestly nothing.

The staff were delightful. We were given a lovely welcome and plenty of tips to explore the island. The room wasn't big but very clean, modern with amazing shower and a lovely balcony. The pool set up was gorgeous. The free ferry pick up + drop off was much appreciated. Overall, we thought that the hotel had a great atmosphere and would recommend it.

Only thing we didn't like was the breakfast + coffee. It wasn't to our taste.

Everything was perfect. We had a very good time. Great place, great people.

Just one thing...the food. I paid 15 euros for a couple of burnt plain mince stakes (μπιφτέκια), accompanied by the cheapest fried potatoes that you can think of, and 4 cherry tomatoes thrown next to them. Personally I would be embarrassed to present this plate even for free...you just don't serve that. I had to eat it though, I had a 25k running race next morning :)

Superb facilities. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. The manager even sorted our travel problems on the day of a ferry strike. Relaxing and comfortable stay in this mini-resort. Beach and town centre within a few minutes walk.

Spetses has too many scooters motor bikes and ATV's!
