Location was great. Room was big and with good view

Breakfast although very cheap was not the best, bread had mold. After all it is the city but there is only parking near buy that is very expensive otherwise there is no parking

The hotel has a great position in the centre of the town. It is located very close to the port, Ladadika neighbourhood, Aristotelous square....The room was very spacious, clean, and our children like it. The bathroom was also great. The parking place is very close walking distance from the hotel, in the public garage, for 18 € per day. But in Thessaloniki you really don't need a car.We were here for almost 4 days and we saw many things on foot.It was easier and much more interesting.

Unfortunately it was very noisy, even though I was on the third floor I could hear everything from outside. Furthermore I didn’t like that the sink was outside the bathroom right next to the entrance - it felt quite strange brushing my teeth next to my shoes. But the most unpleasant part was unfortunately the noise…

Very nice room and location and with the best coffee shop with excellent brunch and breakfast options.

Quite noisy at night since it is at Ladadika... But the hotel was proactive enough and provided earplugs :-)

One of the best options to stay in the city I found 4 years ago and as of that time almost every year when passing through Thessaloniki, we stay in that hotel. I like a lot innovative design of the rooms and interior premises, especially vintage lift. Rooms are spacious with big windows and high ceiling which creates very pleasant experience of staying there. One of the comfiest beds I have ever had in hotel are there. Location is perfect as you can reach by foot immediately the area of port and main walking streets there. So, wish guys to continue doing good business there and for sure will stay next time again.

Our stay at Colors Urban Hotel in Thessaloniki was exceptional. The hotel is very clean and located in an excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was of high quality, offering a variety of delicious options. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, especially Anastasia at the reception. She treated us with great respect and warmth, ensuring all our needs were met and remembering every detail of our stay. We highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and comfortable experience in Thessaloniki!

Excellent breakfast and location. Helpful staff. Very nice room.

Air-conditioning was not up to standard. The room was extremely hot upon arrival and 2 hours later with all air conditioners on the room was still hot. The room is on the floor and has direct sunlight. The ACS where not catering for the heat there was. After contacting the reception they put temperature down to 16 since it is centrally controlled however did not do much difference. A fan was given to ease it off however we had to leave the room and return at night. It's a shame as had this been working well our stay would have been a good one.
