Communication with the host was very good, he was very responsive. Check-in half automated, a bit complicated but you get very good instructions in advance. The building is situated in a quiet one-way street, right in the middle between the sea and the oldest part of the city on the hill. A big plus is parking garage literally 5m away, just across the entrance. It costed 15 eur per day. You have to leave car keys there because it's crowded and they move cars around but looks very well monitored and secured 24/7. All in all above expectations for this crowded city.

Bathroom smelled a bit stuffy and without windows, but everything was perfectly clean.

A very nice place for a few days stay. Clean and cozy. All attractions are within walking distance. (20 minutes) There is a convenient paid parking lot right in front of the building entrance. Its price is 20 EUR per day. (if you use this option it is good to make a reservation through the owner of the studio so that they reserve a parking space for you)

Nothing at all. Perhaps only the fact that there is no terrace and only large windows is a small minus.

We liked the proximity to the city centre and the quiet location at the same time. It was very clean, and a big advantage is the parking just opposite the street (working from 6 to 22, 15€ for the day). The air-conditioning was functioning properly and the kitchen area was nice. We only spent a night there on our way to Corfu though. The self check-in was greatly appreciated.

I didn’t like the lack of wardrobe/ any kind of shelf in the bedroom. Not sure where you will put your clothes and stuff if you are there for than a day…also the lack of balcony is a minus for me.

The pictures are real and reflect the reality. Easy access, comfy and everything else you need to feel like home. 10-15 minutes walk to city center.quiet area. The apartment was clean and new items are used. Good advantage if you travel by car there is an underground parking lot, opposite the apartment, 5 meters ;). Definitely recommend this accommodation. The owner was on stand-by all the time to help or provide support. 3 mins walk from the apartment there is a local bakery, one supermarket.

The location is perfect. There is parking right across the street so if you are visiting Thessaloniki by car it's an excellent spot. Christos is reliable and friendly host. He provided all the information needed for the stay and accommodation. Also he could book you a parking spot if you ask in advance.

The bed wasn't comfortable and the shower wasn't working properly.

Location was nice. Arround 15 min from the center. Very professional acces indoor, cod acces, card etc. The host was contacting us by wassup giving us all the details. The lication is clean and nice.

We stay for two days on the way and returming from our destination. We have no tv cable working for one day but it wasn't such a tragedy 😊

Small but very clean place, excellent location. There is a parking right across the street - the entrance to the parking was practically facing the entrance to the apartment building, which is a great convenience if you travel by car. We paid 15 euro parking fee for 3 days which I think is not expensive at all. Our host was helpful and sent us in advance all the important details. We would love to visit again!

Rooms are rather small and a dark, but for a short stay I think the place is perfect.

Everything was very good. Very good location. Excellent customer service. The staff even helped with information not regarding the property, which was very helpful .

The only problem is that it is very hard to find parking if you are travelling with a car.

The communication with the hosts was perfect. The apartment's in a very convenient and comfortable location in the centre of the town. The building is nice and the access to the rooms is very easy. There are all sorts of shops around, there is a parking place right in front of the building's door. It costs €15 for 24 hours, which is okay, considering you can park in the dead centre of the town without much hassle. The historical sites are some 15 to 20 minutes walk away, as is also the wonderful waterfront promenade where the night is pulsing with life and good atmosphere. Lovely city, lovely host, will definitely visit again :)

Highly recommended! The apartment was clean, comfy, and close to the new metro station. The parking is literally across the building. The host was genuinely trying to help us with everything, and she was the best person to communicate with! Definitely will come back 11/10
