The location was really good just at the end of the main Argasi strip. Near to amenities but not too loud to be bothersome. Beautiful view of the sea and the pool. Nice and quiet with plenty of bed availability. Breakfast was included. There were lots of the usual options, jams, yoghurts, cakes, pastries, toast and fruit. There are eggs bacon, mushroom beans etc...for those wanting hot food (don't expect a slap up English breakfast) but they have done well with ingredients they have and the price limitations. Lovely view of the ocean whilst having breakfast. The hotel was very clean and in the room towels and bedding changed every 2 days. The beds were huge and really comfortable. The staff were polite and cheery.

There are no allocated parking spots. Not great for people with disabilities. It can be quite difficult to park outside depending how busy the surrounding area is. The coffee included in the breakfast is like rocket fuel and the tea bags are not brilliant so bring your own. There is no kettle in the room but you can use hot the water in the canteen.

The view if you get a superior room. The sea in front of the hotel. It was away from the ugly argassi. Nice, helpfull staff. The breakfast is ok and the terrace they serve it is great. The bed is extra large and comfortable. For a greek 3 star this is a very good hotel.

The fact that the first thing on arrival at the reception they ask for the environmental tax that i already paid on booking and this scam seems to be a common practice. Got a refund after 2 weeks, 3 emails and a few phone calls. The free parking is very small and you have to park on a busy narrow street behind the hotel. The greek bathroom and especially the sticky curtain. The so called 'discounted for you' rental prices for cars, boats or tours at the reception are bigger than the usual you find in port or in the village.

The property is very nice, right by the sea. The area is generally quiet, but still walkable distance to many restaurants, markets, souvenir shops and other attractions. We got the sea view room and it was amazing. The furniture a bit old, but served its purpose. Beds were moderately comfortable, the AC worked well and there’s a mini fridge in the room. The room was cleaned and arranged daily. The breakfast terrace has superb views, such a positive place to start your day, and also to end it, since it’s one of the best places nearby to see the sunset. The breakfast itself is good, they even tried a few variations from one day to another.

The running water is quite salty, parking lots are limited, but there are options to park pretty safely on the street.

I felt it was excellent value for money. The breakfast had a good variety and they made small variations every day. The location was fabulous with beautiful views and the cleaning was very thorough. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we had a very warm and comfortable stay. Thank you so much to the staff for making it a lovely stay.

It would have been handy to have a plug in the bath and the shower curtain was prone to falling down but neither were a big issue.

The view from the room is great, next to the hotel there are stairs leading directly to the sea which is fantastic, because there is no need to go to the Argassi beach and there are very few people swimming in this area. The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. In a walking distance from the hotel there are a lot of great restaurants.

Breakfast was fine, but it could be more diverse, coffee and juices available during breakfast could be better

The best i liked is the ospitality. All the staff members are great. It was my friends birthday in one of the days and the pretty young lady from the bar helped me ordering a cake with candles and everything. They are ready to help you with anything you request. The breakfast was good, the swimming pool area is very nice and the location is in a good position. Personally a recommend this place for couples and families because of the peacefully atmosphere.

Maybe a little problem is that ,in the shower, the water is from the sea and is salty.

My stay at this hotel was very nice, room was not only beautifully appointed but also came with all the essentials, including comfy bed linens and fluffy towels that made me feel right at home. Breakfast served here was a real tasty and oh, the sea view! Waking up to the mesmerizing views of the sea from my room was simply magical. Plus, the pool was a fantastic spot to unwind and soak up the sun. This hotel truly knows how to make a guest feel pampered and relaxed.

Lovely clean pool right by the beach. Quiet hotel, stayed in the economy room situated right by the pool and had no issues with noise. Air con was great in rooms. Good size, basic but definitely worth the money. Breakfast was included - again basic continental but did the job.

Beds slightly uncomfortable, quite hard. No lift.

The hotel is well situated, the view is really amazing and the girl at reception is super cool! the pool is good and you can swim night also, there’s no restrictions. We had a good time in this hotel!

The breakfast is really passable, the orange juice u have the impression it’s aged since 2018 🤦🏽‍♂️ the room needs some renovation, the bathroom gets all water when you shower due to the bad floor canal.
