Breakfast worked better when buffet, otherwise limited staff caused slow service. I really liked when there was a self serve coffee station. I can wait longer for food if I do not have to wait for coffee. It was great to have a restaurant and bar onsite. I greatly appreciated the central location that was within walking distance to several other restaurants and shopping areas.

I was not told when I checked in that I needed to re-activate my room key card every day. It was only after I went to the fitness area and could not get into my room and had to return to the front desk that I was told this. It would be much more helpful to be made aware of this at check-in. Nice to have a fitness area but the few machines are in need of serious maintenance. I heard another guest make a similar comment to friends while stating he was going elsewhere to work out.

The location and good price, also, breakfast was outstanding.

It had three additional inert chain lock broken from the door and there was no sign to put on the outside door knob “Do Not Disturb”. Also, the curtains are too separated from the window, and so too much sun light enters the room in the morning and you can’t sleep in late.

A little dated overall, but well maintained. Very large comfortable rooms, everything but the TV remote control worked, A/C was the older style and a bit stinky. The restaurant was exceptional, I've traveled to over 40 countries and the dinner chef knows Italian, Greek, Chilean etc dishes, I was impressed. Breakfast offers a host of options. Rooftop bar was quite nice for a complimentary evening beer.

No complaints other than the stinky A/c and a generally lower level of customer service and quality control/assurance as is sadly common in Central America.

Very convenient location. Easy quick walk to multiplaza mall, gas station, banks. The free breakfast was delicious all of the food from the restaurant was equally delicious. The room was large, the water super hot, and the ac super cold. The sound from the ac was better than any sleep machine you can buy. The bed was the best !. 4 pillows on each bed ,each with a different soft/firmness, cotton blankets, cotton duvet over gel comforter, all smelled fresh and crisply clean. Icemaker available outside the room but on the same floor. Retractable clothesline above Bathtub if you need to dry anything. Cable with many channels and options to change to English if needed.

I didn't like the way the breakfast manager treated us. She's very annoying. She needs to be sent to take a course on how to treat customers.k L

Proximity to the shopping mall and parking facility. Getting in and out was very easy as it is located in a very accessible avenue. Breakfast buffet was very nice. The free welcome drink was a nice touch.

Understsnd it was a monday night, but there was no service at the pool bar.

It was in a convenient location to the offices I needed to visit during my stay. I did not go outside of the hotel without my friend. It seemed quite same.

The windows did not close and a strong wind draft whistled through the windows.

breakfast was very good. location was what I needed and worked extremely convenient for me. I like the efficient service of the front desk.

I think the hotel with some small renovations would better, for example the bedding.

We have been there several times already, a good and comfortable hotel solution, good value for money and very spacious rooms. Good parking facility and centric location.

You have to carry your luggage one floor up to the reception before reaching the elevators.

Spacious rooms, great staff, outstanding breakfast (included), great dining area and bar. Walking distance to Multi Plaza Mall.

Swimming pool too small and needs cleaning. Entrance on a busy street and difficult to park.
