The location was fantastic, breakfast was sufficient, staff were great and were able to make really good suggestions for where to eat and things to see/do. The room itself was large and comfortable with a nice warm shower. They all spoke English really well.

Parking was difficult as you have to find street parking or pay for an expensive garage. The walls were thinner than I was hoping and I could hear the neighbors when they were louder. It was only an issue one night and they were quiet after 11 pm which was fine. However, if you got a rowdy crowd, I could see this being a problem. The door buzzer also calls out your room number when entering the building. This is a safety concern, and should be removed. The buzzer itself is great and easy to use, just remove the welcome notice.

All the staff at this property are very helpful, polite and friendly. The double room we stayed in was very spacious and clean. Room was cleaned daily. The room amenities are of good standard. The room is well furnished. The location is great. Just next to St Stephen's Basilica. Most of the attractions like Parliament building, Mathias Church, Fisherman's Bastion, Buda Castle, Chain bridge, Shoes on Danube River bank...are all within easy reach. Meeting point for Danube River cruise is also close by. The square opposite St Stephen's Basilica is full of life, with plenty of restaurants and cafes. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Budapest for the first time to stay at this property.

Location was brilliant for a 4 nights visit to Budapest. Slap bang in the City. Close to all the big sight points. Be aware there is no main lobby as this is not a hotel. But our room was so comfortable, good size lovely bathroom great shower. Its dining room and breakfast was small and may disappoint those looking for a ‘full hotel experience breakfast’, but coffee was good and strong, cereal & dried fruits were available with toast and jams and continental cold meats & cheese. Fresh fruits of apple pears & bananas also available. I would stay again in this residence and will be back in Budapest as did not see all I wanted to see. Staff were always available at the little reception area and all staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing really. For a short holiday/break this was perfect for a couple.

Our rooms were generously sized (rooms 106 & 108), with a large bed, extra seating, big bathroom with walk in rain shower, and huge windows. There was plenty of space to unpack and hang clothing or put in shelves. The rooms seemed practically brand new. The location is excellent, just a few steps from the basilica and a grocery store. Public transportation with connections to the vast majority of the city within 5 minutes walking. The staff were amazing. They arranged a taxi to the airport, brought us breakfast the bringing we were leaving as it was before their usual breakfast begins, made solid recommendations for massages and arranged an in-room massage for my parents. The airco was a life saver as it was close to 40⁰ during our visit.

The hotel is located within a larger building that had some some renovations going on. They cannot control this, but the elevator was occupied for long periods of time and/or had a lot of debris in it during the day.

Nice hotel in a very good location. Many restaurants and shops are nearby and the areafeelsvery safe even at night. It was next to a big Metro station that can take you anywhere. It's more like an apartment hotel, without any facilities, but the rooms. The room was relatively big and very clean, with all the necessary amenities.

There are no public spaces in the hotel, which is arranged as a long corridor. Even compared to the boutique hotels we usually prefer, the dining room is very small, with only a few tables, and a relatively small selection (breads, cheeses, few vegetables, coffee, yogurt, pastries), no eggs or any hot food. Every day, the exact same thing is served, without any change. Another thing that bothered us was the air conditioner temperature being too high. The rooms and the dining room need to be cooled better.

This hotel is perfectly located and is close to the Deák Ferenc tér metro station which serves the M1, M2 and M3 underground lines. It is easy to walk to many places but with a very reasonably priced 72 hour public transport ticket it is tempting to use the metro, buses and trams instead. The reception staff are all very friendly and there is a good selection of food in the morning for breakfast. Our room was very clean and well laid out. Things were well organised. Even though we arrived late, we gained access to the hotel remotely. Being picked up by taxi was very useful but when we next visit Budapest, we will use the Bus Line 100E which heads from T2 at the airport to Deák Ferenc tér - with only one stop in between. The Hungarian State Opera House is only a short walk from the hotel and it is possible to purchase reasonably priced tickets in advance of a visit for an evening of ballet or opera during one's stay.

The location was fantastic - most sights are within walking distance, there are several options for public transport, and there is also a supermarket about 50 meters away from the hotel. The room was large and had reasonably comfortable beds and a safe that was large enough for a laptop.

It was incredibly warm in the room and we could not sleep when the air conditioning automatically turned off for sone hours during the night. However, when we mentioned this issue to the personnel, it was fixed and we slept well during our second night. The breakfast was good, although with somewhat limited options. The water pressure was rather weak and the coldest water was still lukewarm.

Entrance to the hotel did not impress me… an old building and overall bad first impression. Arrival at night time is difficult due to none staff, when I sent a mail on my late arrival they answers that it won’t be an issue, but it was, I got a mail after I flew and had a difficulty getting in and it was self check in. It was still cold weather (14•) but they closed heating, however they did provide me with a heating system after I asked… Shower has limited hot water. As a single traveler I did not like that the door system announced my room number loudly … it didn’t feel safe that people in the street knew what room I was staying in.. don’t buy a room with breakfast, eat outside , breakfast is not worth the extra money…

You will be surprised once you enter the door on the first floor. Then the Boutique hotel was unexpectedly nice and comfortable. The rooms we had were above our expectations. Spacious, high ceilings, pleasing decor and color palette with all the needy amenities plus more. A desk by the bright wide window was my favorite spot to read my book. The bathroom area was two fold with a faucet with mirror by a bright wide window area and a door separating the shower and toilet. I slept so well and one could comfortably listen to the TV news even in the bathroom with out the neighbor room complaining.

Well, the long narrow passages were well lit but the hotel could have a bright natural light area for the breakfast area.

Location is very good, few minutes to Cathedral, many restaurants around, very close to different subway stations, but so quite in the evening. Staffs are excellent, go out the way to help. Hotel internal designs are so friendly, I like the mirror walking hall, and censor lights, the narrow walkway seems bright and bigger,and saved energy as well. Room is big and bed is comfortable, Breakfast is good enough for us.

One small problem, you need to enter the big gate down stairs with a door card, when you touch the card to the machine on the wall, the machine will recognise you, and announce your room number, which I think it is not secure, since it is in the street, and people are walking around, you don't want other people to know your room number right. Hahaha. Just opening the door will be enough.
