Hotel is generally nice and clean, rooms are a little bit on small side but otherwise comfortable. Location of the hotel is great (adjacent to railway station) and walking distance to the center of the city. WIFI in hotel works nicely and with decent speeds. There is a bar and tiny ammenities shop within the hotel and plenty of shopping/food/coffee choices within meters of the hotel.

Well, booking rating told me that this was exceptional hotel but in all fairness it is very nice (but not exceptional, specialy for that price point), same thing goes for breakfast which was nice and tasty but not exceptionall (two days in a row there were no fruits of any kind offered). Hotel offers garage parking, but it is 500-600m walking distance (and it is hard or impossible to park in front of the hotel to offload). None of this is a problem in itself, it is just that it was not explained properly. It is a nice hotel, likely great for business trips.

They could place a teapot in a room for an ability to make yourself a hot tea or a coffee also adding shower robes would be nice

The large room was comfortable and recently renovated. It was somewhat smaller than in the pictures, but still large enough. The selection of foods and drinks for breakfast was better than expected.

People at reception are professional, but cold and uninterested to help you with info about night buses. There is no cutlery and napkins available, so you have to ask for them from the staff. Parking is somewhat problematic. They recommended a parking garage nearby and told me to pay for my stay at the reception, but without giving me a QR code which is could use to go in and out of the garage. During my stay (3 nights) two times I had issues getting out since their system relies on someone being available to open the garage manually. This means that one time I had to wait for someone 15 minutes (I couldn't even pay since the receptionist took my QR code). The second time I had to pay to get out.

Great location with trams, buses and underground nearby, friendly and helpful personnel, enjoyable atmosphere in the hotel, stylish interior, quiet room with soundproofing doors and windows, high quality appliances, nice bed with comfortable mattress, efficent air-conditioning even during heat wave, public parking spots available under the flyover and streets around the hotel, private parking access provided by the hotel.

Few places available during breakfast so sometimes you have to wait for a free spot, food of good quality but with little choice, room might have been cleaner a bit but it is a detail

The hotel was nicely furnished, the staff very friendly and the location very good as well with lots of restaurants and public transport options nearby. you can also walk to a lot of places. We also loved the artwork and how colourful the interior is.

The breakfast was ok but not as good as we expected though. it was good to have some Hungarian dishes on offer but there was barely any fresh fruit, no glasses for the juices available and only a few healthy food items on offer. It would also have been great to have some coffee and tea making facilities in your room. If you are sensitive to noise, don’t get a room facing the main road. They have good windows but you can still hear the trams.

- Spacious and very nice looking room - The hotel's location is great. It is placed next to a metro station, to a train station and to a very big shopping mall. The hop on/hop off bus station is next to the entrance of the hotel. Some major touristic places, such as the Hungarian Parliament and the St. Stephen Cathedral, are within a walking distance from the hotel - The breakfast is quite diversified and overall delicious - The staff of the hotel is very friendly and welcoming - Overall feel of the hotel is very positive. The wall decorations and the look of the Reception add a youthfull feel.

- We experienced some annoying disturbance in the hot water supply during the evenings. Hot water was, in fact luke-warm, and only lasted between 5-7 minutes, until it became cold. After that, you had to wait 5-10 minutes, until warmer water would become available again - Although window insulation seems very robust (2 rows of windows), there is still some consistent noise coming from the streets. Also, whenever a tram or underground train was passing, you could feel the vibrations. Our room was on the 3rd floor.

The rooms were clean. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions and public transport. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, the breakfast experience was quite disappointing. The dining area was overcrowded every morning, and on the first day, there was not even a place to sit. To make matters worse, on the third day of my stay, the hotel management decided to do a photoshoot during breakfast hours. When I expressed my frustration, considering the already busy situation, the Director of Sales offered a mediocre apology and explained that the photos were for the benefit of future guests, which I found quite bizarre. However, I don't want these issues to overshadow the excellent service provided by the very polite receptionists and the staff overall. Additionally, while this is a matter of personal preference, I found the bed to be too soft for my liking, as I prefer a firmer mattress.

I stayed in a few 3- or 4- star hotels in Europe on this trip, and this was by far the best hotel I stayed in. The room was comfortable, clean, and modern. It wasn't huge but I had more than enough space as a solo traveller. The bathroom was modern and clean as well. I looked forward to the sleep I was getting everyday in here! The location is also amazing. It is right in the middle of Pest, yet not too touristy. A 20-minute walk in any direction gets you to a good spot. There is a tram station right outside the hotel, and an underground train station a few steps away. Multiple late night food options next to the hotel if your flight gets in late. It rained on one of the days, there was a small mall right beside the hotel, and a huge mall about 10 min walk away (can be accessed via underground route). The staff were friendly and helpful, and always said hi to me as I was leaving or arriving! The lift requires a room key to be tapped which gave me an additional feeling of safety. Breakfast was good as well, nothing special but a full spread of breads, pastries, cereals, juice, eggs, etc available for all diets.

Almost nothing - but the TV could have had more options! As a solo traveller, I got in pretty early every night and would have appreciated more options. I did manage to connect to my laptop via (my own) HDMI cable though.

It's the third time I stayed here, which is always a convenient option given its central location. The tram stops right in front of it, which is the tram line that I need whenever I am in town visiting family. I also like the breakfast assortment: it changes every day, and having non-repeating varied options is always a good thing.

A minor design flaw exists on the shower door (Room 311). The door (when completely closed) ends up being right on top of the dry side of the floor. It should end up instead on the wet side of the shower cabin. However, due to this flaw, the dry bathroom floor ends up being wet as the water on the inner side of the shower door drips and accumulates on the bottom. A hack to this is not closing the shower door completely, but adjusting the position of the shower door would be the better long-term option.

Small but cozy rooms, comfy bed. Good breakfast and loved the tall chairs option. Excellent location - in an intersection with access to metro, tram and bus, very close to a mall, rail station right across the street.

No individual room air conitioning. It was very cold in the room, with no possibility to make warmer than ~23.7 °C (only +/- 1.5 °C possible to regulate from the central air system). The temperature sensor was placed at ceiling corner of the tall room (about 4 metres tall). As we know from physics, the warm air goes up. At bed level it was no more than 21 °C. We ended up buying an electric heater from the mall, which made the rest of the stay pleasant. Not before we caught a cold and throat infections, however, like many of the guests.
