We stayed at this hotel for the third time. The accommodation is beautiful and clean, the breakfast and dinner are fantastic and the wellness, which is part of the stay, is great. We will definitely come back again.

The only thing we didn´t like was the waitress who was working downstairs in the bar by the bowling. She did not understand any English at all, not even names of drinks, words like "shoes for bowling" etc. In the hotel of this level I would expect staff undertsanding at least basics of English or German. She was not nice as well, looking annoyed that we are talking to her.

My stay at the Greenfield Hotel was an absolute delight from start to finish. Every aspect of the experience exceeded my expectations, creating a perfect escape for relaxation and rejuvenation. The hotel’s wellness facilities are amazing. The gym is spacious, well-equipped, and clean. Whether you’re into cardio or strength training, they have it all. The equipment is modern, well-maintained, and there was never a wait to use anything. The room was spotless and beautifully designed, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of working out and indulging in wellness treatments. Lastly, the staff were wonderful—always attentive, warm, and eager to make my stay as comfortable as possible. For the money, it was absolutely worth it. The level of service and the quality of the facilities far exceeded the price, making it a great value for a wellness getaway. Overall, this hotel was perfect for both fitness and relaxation. I will definitely be returning!

Breakfast and evening meal was very good with a lot of choice. Nice room with view over Golf Course (Superior double). Even though we were not with children, the play & fun area looked very good and I would recommend this to my daughter who has 2 small children. The Chill area also looked good although we did not use it.

A few small things: Having to pay for a bottle of water that was left in the room - unusual! Bar was very nice but service could be better - waited 10 minutes first day before getting served at the table, then only after asking one of waiters behind the bar if it was self service - he then came immediately (and it was not busy). Each day we had to go to the bar to ask to be served. Spa area is ok although only it only has a small basic pool snack bar. No spa bag provided, very unusual, first time I have stayed at a spa hotel where no bag is provided - lucky we had something with us to use. Getting coffee in the morning took very long - very long queues at the two coffee machines. Maybe more machines are needed. A lot of flies in bathroom on day of arrival.

Extremely nice spa and big enough, multiple pools, used the swimming pool most and had it almost entirely by myself. outside pool was big, water at perfect temperature, there were fireplaces around it after dark. nice park around with small lake.

Got a room with my dog end of the 3rd floor, only by elevator possible to go outside, which was busy and time consuming and doing this multiple times a day was annoying. the breakfast was nice but dinner was overcooked, at least the fish and side dishes. some of the personnel in the restaurant didn't speak any other language beside Hungarian.

Hotel is very well equipped, with restaurant, indoor and outdoor pool, spa, entertainment (virtual golf, soccer etc., bowling), outdoor and indoor playground, and a kids entertainment team. The latter provided daily kids disco after dinner, creative workshops during the day and activities in the pool. We loved it (our kid as well!). Staff is friendly and helpful - and above all very professional. Charging drinks etc. on the room was easy and flawless. We enjoyed a train ride across town that has a stop at the hotel. Another 'theater train' was also very nice, specifically for kids. We appreciated the dress code in the hotel bar and restaurant. All in all a great place that we highly recommend.

The lunch menu at the pool bar is very limited. We ate there sometimes when we were at the pool, but that was more for practical reasons because you can't go straight to the restaurant in swimming clothes (due to the dress code).

(+) Fabulous spa & wellness area with variety of pools, jacuzzi, saunas (16+), plenty of sunbeds, Snack Bar by outdoor pool for food & drinks (12-16h). (+) Great food selection, quality & service at GreenGarden Restaurant for both breakfast & dinner (included in half-board). Drinks including variety of Hungarian wines at extra but fair cost. Delicious lunch at Gourmet Corner Restaurant. (+) Customer friendly & knowledgeable barmen in the Lobby Bar. (+) Great selection of animation for families with children, evening entertainment in the lobby, Chill & Fun area both adults & kids in the basement. (+) Quality Thai massage by professionals from Thailand - strongly recommended.

(-) Spa Receptionist needs to be more customer friendly & oriented. Most of time “I’ll be back” sign, did not offer herself other options. (-) Aroma Sauna could be more aromatic ;) (-) Finnish sauna ceremonies schedule could have been announced with clear signs for existing timetable. (-) Coffee (machine) quality at breakfast could have been improved.

A hotel employee shamelessly parks a car with license plate RKU117 in front of the hotel entrance, drives recklessly on the hotel’s pathways, while at the same time, the hotel places notices on guests’ car windshields when there are no parking spaces available. A four-star hotel, yet the water in the rooms is charged. Drinks are also charged at dinner.

Various programs and pools, especially for children, we enjoyed it a lot. extremely family friendly place.

Room we got was very closed to the lobby, in the evening the live music till 11pm, was too loud for my 21 month old daughter who needed to sleep at 8pm

Very spacious room, good facilities (bowling, billiard etc) quite good food. Golf course really nice.

Airconditioning at 38 degrees outside could not cool down our roof room, we had 25 degrees, was difficult to sleep. Also cushion was too big/high. We asked for flatter cushions at the reception. The receptionist noted down our request with big smile, but we never received the cushions...

Perfect spa facilities. For my taste, food was good. Finish sauna with natural light. Three of them available with different maximum temperatures. Hungarian wines ! really special treat.

The large sauna was out of order for one day. From two elevators one was out of order. Access to the stairs is really cumbersome.
