I enjoyed spa very much. The room was spacious and I liked very much the terrace. The breakfast was very good.

Unfortunately, the staff does not speak very well English and there was nobody in the spa to help us to connect sauna, connect other facilities. My room was not cleaned on the second day. I do not know if it was supposed to be cleaned.

The hotel is spotlessly clean. The breakfast was good, with a lot of variety. We liked that the spa pool and the saunas were free for the use of hotel patrons. It was within walking distance of the famous thermal Lake Heviz, shops and restaurants. there was free parking for hotel guests just a few doors from the hotel. It is a boutique hotel with around 20 rooms, so it was nice and quiet, There is an elevator. Staff were friendly.

We were happy with the hotel in every respect. I think the name is a bit unusual, but there is a hairdresser on the ground floor. There are a few shops in a row parallel to the hotel on a pedestrian walkway. However, there are many snall shops in the vicinity of "downtown" Heviz.

Location is amazing, near to lake as well as to the shops and cafes Lovely spa, a lot of saunas, the swimming pool is warm and full of equipment. There are additional towels and sheets for sauna right at the spa entrance. Furthermore, the lilt goes right to the spa Nice breakfast Welcoming and friendly stuff The room is spacious and light, the balcony is also clean The hotel is pet friendly

There were 3 bugs in the room Empty minibar (only water) No lobby bar/restaurant No slippers for spa The coffee for breakfast is poor quality Room is opened with bunch of keys that is not convenient, standard electronic card is easier to keep You have to take key for the parking gate

Front desk at the hotel went out of they way to accommodate my request. Thank you very much Mario and Vivian. Extremely clean. Variety of good and healthy food for breakfast. A good vibe is present everywhere in the hotel.

It would be nice to have an opportunity to seat outside and have a breakfast. It would be a different experience in the morning.

Room was very nice. lots of space. big closets. intended for longer vacations. everything was clean. wellness area is beautiful. the town is very nice. everything is clean and people are nice.

breakfast is not that good. not many things to choose and everything is always cold. also there is small window when they serve breakfast. the other thing is almost no one knows english so the conversations are a strugle.

We only stayed one day but I got the feeling of a modern hotel, where the rooms are spacious, have a clean design and the location is very good. Breakfast, without dazzling, is acceptable. Nothing was missing. There was bread, jam, eggs, bacon, cereal, yogurt. The staff, although with some difficulty in communicating in English, were always helpful. We didn't use the pool but unfortunately there was no time.

The soundproofing of the rooms is not excellent. We could hear perfectly the people in the hallway walking by or in the next room if they made a more loud noise. It's the only point to review. Otherwise, nothing to point out

We really enjoyed the stay, especially the wellness center in the hotel. The location of the hotel was in an excellent part of the town, super close to the Hevizi lake. The breakfast was also good, everything was fresh and there was variety.

The mattresses could have been more comfortable (they were too hard).

I stayed in Zena hotel two times, first with my husband and second - with my mom and sister. Every time everything was exceptional! We loved everything, rooms are big and clean, spa is amazing and breakfast is tasty. The comfort we had is the best we ever experienced in this price category. Amazing!

Breakfast could be better and have more options , also more fresh vegetables. Parking! as they say , the hotel doesn't have parking , there is a big parking space near the hotel for payment

Very modern rooms, great breakfast, in the heart of the village. Walking through town to the promenade leading to the lake is a treat. The municipal parking lot is practically next to the hotel and offers cheap parking charges

Nothing to complain about
