The rooms are very clean and nice. Beds are comfortable. The food was phenomenal, everyone can find something they like. The staff is polite and accommodating. Lake tickets for both days were included in the hotel price. Parking is in the garage across the street, so car is in safe place the whole time. In spa are three saunas, salt room and steam bath.

Separated beds. It would be good if staff could speak English a little better. Price of parking is not included in first price, they charge 10 euro per day for parking place.

Hotel Panorama is ideally located hotel in the middle of Heviz spa. Hotel is therefore ideally located for hiking, walking and spa lake visiting. Rooms are very nice and hotel is completely renovated and has the most beautiful view over the city of Heviz where most nice photos of Heviz were taken. As an expert for Heviz (I have visited almost all hotels there and more than 100 times in Heviz) I will recommend this hotel for guests who use spa lake Heviz. I highly recommend an evening walking through the old town and around the Lake Heviz. Hotel also have a nice bar where they serve different local wines and food. Hotel is usually the cheapest 4**** stars hotel in Heviz, because have no spa compared to Carbona, Ensana and other hotels (but have a sauna etc).

Breakfast and dinner could be much better. Some 4 stars hotels in Heviz have much better variety of food compared to Panorama hotel (I have best experiences with Carbona). I suggest to include more different breads and healthier food with low number of calories. The hotel should have a wider selection of cheeses and fruits, including more yogurts. I highly recommend hotel's manager to check my recommendations and improve this part.

Friendly staff, a comfortable room on the 13th floor with a beautiful view from the balcony, delicious breakfasts and dinners. Pets are allowed in the hotel.

There were not enough parking spaces, so we had to park quite far from the hotel. Many russians in the Hotel and in the city, it can be stressful for Ukrainians.

The meal in the restarant was exelent and stisfy all testies and rooms are renovated and very comfortable

The hotel has I think the most perfect location one can imagine in Hévíz, with an exit to Gr. Festetics György tér (where you can drink mineral water and from which the Hévíz lake is within 2-3 mins walking distance); there's a small COOP grocery shop on the other side of the road, small local restaurants and boutiques nearby. We were travelling with my mother and had the most relaxing and wonderful vacation. Our room had elegant and minimalist design, all the necessary facilities, and a breathtaking view from the 12th floor. The beds are comfortable and I liked that they put small extra cushions to hug at night. The shower is directly on the floor which is convenient for older people. The food selection was amazing, both at breakfast and at dinner, leaving you happy both with the variety and the taste. I also liked that they always had someone to sing live after dinner and some guests went dancing in the hall. The personnel was very nice and helpful, and they speak good German & English. This is definitely the hotel I want to stay at when I come to the lake next time.

One minor inconvenience for me was that I could not cast content from my phone to the TV in the room wirelessly (although I think they could have helped me if I asked). Also, you should be patient when using the elevators at peak hours (dinner time), which I guess makes sense in a tall building.

This has become my favourite hotel in Hévíz and I've already booked my next stays with them. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with a lovely terrace and nice views. The staff is always friendly and kind and very helpful - at the reception, in the restaurant and at the bar, too. There is live music every evening, so you can have a small party. However, the rooms are quiet, so you can relax even if there's music in the lobby. All the saunas are included in the price. The breakfast and dinner is always tasty with many, many, MANY options to choose from. The thermal lake is very close and you can even get some discounted tickets at the reception. One of the best accommodations in Hévíz, 100% recommend it.

Great location, very close to the the lake. The room looked new and fresh, and had everything you might need. Nice soft bed sheets. Our room on the last floor had a nice view on the lake and the town. The food at breakfast and dinner was very simple but tasty. We enjoyed our short stay overall.

We had a very unpleasant situation upon our arrival after 5 pm, the woman at the reception desk told us that our room was not ready and moreover she could not tell when it would be ready, she wasn't friendly either. We finally got the room an hour later after requesting our money back. No croissants for breakfast, strong smell of food in the reception and lobby area.

Excellent location, very helpful friendly staff. Quality mattresses, beautiful view from the windows and from the balcony, adjustable air conditioner. For breakfast and dinner, we always found something suitable for our taste. Pleasant live music played in the hotel lobby every evening. Despite the minuses that I described, I recommend the hotel, especially if you are staying for a short time.

Bad internet connection. We stayed for two nights, the cleaning did not take place, we ran out of toilet paper, which we had to ask at the reception. The elevators are overcrowded during breakfast and dinner hours. Parking is far from the hotel.

The hotel is in perfect location very close to the Heviz thermal lake, the room was beautiful, clean, comfortable. The spa area (saunas) were new and clean and lucky for us quite empty ;) . The hotel restaurant and lobby are beautiful and look luxurious. Our stay was for a great price considering the comfort of the stay. The food was very tasty and quite a variety, especially for someone who prefers meat (for a vegetarian not so much). I appreciate that for dinner there was always some kind of cold fruit soup - a traditional Hungarian dessert. And the pancake machine which makes fresh little pancakes! That was awesome.

The food was delicious, but for dinner there was not many vegetarian options - there were always about 4 different main dishes with meat (like meat in a sauce) but no such options without meat. If I wanted a warm meal, I had to combine one side dish with another side dish e.g. fried potatoes with rice. Only one evening there was fried cauliflower, which was delicious. Otherwise not so much choice of actual warm meals, maybe some sweet dishes or salads. And the coffee for breakfast. It was truly terrible :D Considering how all the other aspects of our stay felt luxurious, the coffee tasted really bad. And some of the staff (in the spa) did not speak English almost at all, which was a bit of a complication.

Hotel is close to everything you need.

Breakfast is OK, but it’s not as good as it should be for 4 star hotel. Dinner should me much better ( ex. fries with schnitzel was cold and dry at 8 p.m. and the dinner is served until 9 p.m.). Elevator is very slow, personnel doesn’t speak english, soap in the bathroom is used by other/previous guests also. Pet fee is too high, garage is extra charged, it is small and it’s not even in the hotel. Overall, hotel is OK, but in reality this is not a 4 star hotel, not even close.
