It is very well planned: the building is very well lit, they keep lots of really big plants inside - it's lovely. Their services are nice, also, especially the desk managers and the saunas. The desk managers helped me a lot and thus I could "lead" my group of 7 friends during our stay. Also, we really liked that we can take on bathrobes and just walk to the next property which is a Thermal Bath and could use those services with our booking.

The fact that they didn't operate their swimming pool. And they didn't make it clear that I need to book the sauna service in advance if I would like to use it right at the beginning of its opening time, 8 AM. My guests were looking forward to using it right after breakfast but it wasn't heated at all. We solved it by agreeing to get it heated, and meanwhile we used the 38 degress Celsius thermal pools together with the locals which was fun. :) Then we went back to the Finnish sauna which was around 65 degress Celsius by that time. But it was good enough and we liked it.

We have been here in July this year, and this is the second time during the December holiday. In summer, there is black hot spring water outside. There is a yellow roof above the pool, so the surrounding air will not be directly exposed to the sun. It's December 30th to get here. There are many tourists and the occupancy is very full, because it is the New Year's holiday. There are two black hot spring pools on the first floor of the hotel. 37 degree and 31 degree swimming pools plus hot sauna. 09:00-20:00. Fitness The swimming pool exercise is very good. takes 1:40 hours to drive auto from Budapest.

Big room, nice bathroom, swimming pools and hot baths 10 yards from the reception.I would have liked a fridge in the room. Lazlo the night receptionist was very good, very helpful!!!! Nice old style hotel next to great facilities with good staff. Breakfast can be better but overall value for money with its own charm.

One of the biggest benefits of the Imperial Hotel is that :The price includes breakfast and tickets, a red hand ring, you can enter and exit the big swimming pool and the black water medical thermal mineral pool at 8:30-20:00.

Everything was clean. Staf was nice.

No available sun beds near the pool. For normal cofe you must by aditional at breakfast.

A great hotel for a traveller if had known would have stayed two nights and had a rest day

Restaurant closed early

Friendly staff (both in the hotel and the restaurant), cleanness, huge parking lot, swimming pool, very tasty food in the restaurant. Wonderful breakfast.

The restaurant wasn't open

This was a good option to unwind and swim. Quiet neighborhood, keeping in mind I stayed during the winter. Strong Wi-Fi, employees were courteous and spoke English.

Dinner was not worth 10 EU. Underwhelming soup, fried cauliflower, and boiled potatoes with a tiny slice of Almas pite. The pool and wellness pool have algae growing in them, they need a good scrub. The bed was very squeaky, no hot water in the shower. Early morning construction in the room below me.
