Great location for Carpi, nice and quiet hotel. Breakfast is not served at the Hotel, but 2 minutes away is La Cantinetta on the Square, which is open for breakfast from 6am and also is lovely for dinner in the evening. The staff are lovely here! :)

Would nice if they had either mini fridges in the rooms or Tea & Coffee (kettle) facilities in each room.

the position is fantastic, but the private garage is most important for me because I stay there for work and the pick-up is full. The room is comfortable.

the other service, including the beverages, isn't comfortable because after 22.00 there aren't people there and isn't possible to buy anything before is self-service.

I booked Smart Hotel Carpi on behalf of my newly wedded brother and sister in law. They liked their room decoration (done by Smart Hotel Carpi) very much and they enjoyed their stay at Smart Hotel Carpi over all. Staff at Smart Hotel Carpi are very lovely, especially staff member Roberto is exceptionally helpful and co-operative.

No as everything was up to a satisfactory level.

The hotel was centre to carpi which was great👍 The room was cleaned every day with fresh sheets and towels 👌 The staff were friendly and helpful and accomidating This hotel is perfect. I look forward to staying there again . I would totally recommen this hotel 😁 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

The hotel is peaceful and quiet, rooms are spacious, cleaning standard is high at this hotel, staff are supper helpful and friendly, the hotel is situated right in the centre of Carpi which is ideal from a tourist’s point of view.

The only thing that they don’t provide an iron/ironing facility however the hotel staff made sure to help us out in this matter and our problem was resolved.

Good location, clean, everything works. On each floor there is a shared fridge where you can put your beer :D

I didn't like the shower. Some water was always reaching the floor outside. During my previous stays there I had rooms with bathroom better designed. Otherwise all ok :)

Hotel located in the old part of the town, close to all restaurants. Very comfortable rooms, clean, airconditioned. Good breakfast. But we liked the staff the most. Everyone we met treated this job as their favorite. So we felt at home.

Only renovation of the building next to the hotel which blocked the view from one side. But it will be over soon.

Friendly staff. No problem with check-in, check-out. Easy to find, good location and good room

Would be nice to have a wine bottle opener somewhere on the floor, maybe connected to the wall with a chain, to keep always available for any guest :D

Incredible staff, really clean place and remarkably comfortable! It was the best sleep I had throughout my trip so far and the best experience with staff. They always had a smile and were eager to help. Oh, and they also have some bikes available for guests, for free! It really helped me to enjoy this charming and peaceful city. Really loved my stay here, can't stress this enough!

Hotel itself is very good, staff are very good, hotel is quiet and peaceful. we stayed at this hotel along with some other relatives and everybody enjoyed their stay at Smart Hotel Carpi.

I can’t think of anything which I didn’t like about this hotel, which shows how good this hotel must be.
