good location for our requirements , staff friendly and willing to help as we initially had a room problem and they changed our room, good wifi and good security, comfortable stay. we managed to hire the banquet hall and that was also a good experience, well delivered.

Breakfast wasn't included which was a surprise! as an international traveller we are used to have this as a standard. original room we were given was not adquate for our requirements and also had damaged wardrobe ? we got shifted to better room once we complained!

I spent two weeks here and enjoyed it a lot. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the walk-in shower a great way to start the day. The staff was expceptionally courteous. My highlight however was the food buffet for breakfast and dinner. A good selection and super tasty. Foreign travellers beware though, this is authentic Indian food, not a continental breakfast. If you do not appreciate that, expect to be limited to toast and oatmeal.

great location that felt central to where i wanted to get. lots of places to eat and shop in walking distance from the hotel. the room had every basic thing you could need. the bathroom was clean too. the staff was super helpful and prompt with any requests i had.

it's a bit loud when people are milling about in the halls but otherwise the other guests were quiet during the night. there was an off smell on the floor i was on, but it was easily dispelled with some incense or room spray.

Location was good. Room was clean and neat. Bathroom was neat and spacious. Supplies were given. Bed was comfy. Extra bed was provided. AC worked.

Restaurant was pricey. Also they did not have a regular room cleaning schedule and had to be reminded. Same for drinking water. Once reminded, they fulfilled the request.

The manager was extremely helpful when I needed to book a train ride, he also gave me a lift to the station. The restaurant staff were also very helpful and friendly as were the reception staff.

Fellow guests were very noisy at night, waking me up several times each evening. The gym was terrible.

My stay & experience at the Regenta Central Antarim Hotel has been a fabulous one! We came here for a long stay vacation in Ahmedabad & our stay has been perfect from Day 1. Both the reception staff - Anushka & Sunita are extremely courteous, polite & helpful by nature. They make sure that Customer Service is at par with 5 star hotels. Rooms are spacious, well-lit, clean, all basic toiletries are provided & bedsheets are changed daily. Breakfast options are plenty to choose from… Regenta hotel also provides Amazon Fire stick for your rooms so that there is not a single dull moment. They also provide complimentary drop-off facility (within 5 kms radius) in Mini Coupe & their driver Prakash is extremely courteous, safe driver & very helpful & always cheerful. This hotel should be rated 5 star. I would surely come back to this hotel for my future stays.

Attending when checking in first time , assist, guide to reach the allotted room . Check in late due to late incoming flight program after office hours, late departure after business, official meeting accomodate for changing , relaxation on getting back from office , meetings. Dinner parcel , quantity to suffice limited to members , quality not compromised.

Reception Staff took great care of us during our visit. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Overall, the staff here is supportive and as a guest here, I didn't feel having the need to call out for anything extra. Luxury, Hospitality and Quality, all the three are well blended in this hotel. Breakfast was superb and i like all the chef's, they were really friendly and was taking care of each and every one. The whole hotel staff was courteous and it made our stay even more eventful. Would love to stay next time also. The room could have been slightly larger

Every member of the team was consistently helpful and knowledgeable, from the swift check-in procedures to the prompt room service. Requests were met with a smile and handled with such professionalism, enhancing my overall experience.
