This hotel was a wonderful one .All hotel staff very friendly and warm welcoming . You need whatever is immediately available.truely incredible chef Gurpreet singh , This chef realy very kind and good person .chef prepared a delicious dish from my country.it was a very good ,but what a good chef Gurpreet singh .Ristorant staff realy nice and friendly.onece again special thanks for chef Gurpreet sing 🙏. Checkout morning day they brought a wonderful cake to make . I’ll take a foto all the kitchen teams , see u soon .❤️. Chef Gurpreet Singh prepared a delicious dish for me to eat during my trip . I felt my holiday firefield Marriott Amrthsar was like my home and like my family. I sincerely raccomment .

Nothing . Everything was fine

The hotel is situated about 500m from Amritsar station and about 3.5km from the Golden temple. An ideal location if you are driving in Amritsar as the area near Golden temple is not ideal for driving your own car. The breakfast had quite a variety and hot kulchas, dosa, paratha and bhatura were available on demand. The staff at the restaurant and front desk were very friendly. Electric rickshaw takes between Rs. 100 to 150 from hotel to Golden temple. A taxi ride (return journey from Atari-Wagah in Toyota Etios) costed us Rs. 1600. There are various options available from the station and golden temple for Wagah.

Size of the bathroom is small for a four star property.

Breakfast was excellent tho’ I think South Indian dishes were not upto mark. There was good variety I particularly liked dessert dishes in which too there was wide variety

1. Access to the property is very inconvenient 2. Tho’ We had booked two rooms for four days, and had requested for an early check-in because of flight timings, and informed well in advance, our second room was not made available till evening. This caused inconvenience to us. 3. Tho’ we had paid for breakfast as well as dinner in our room tariff, we were charged extra for coffee as well as tea. I think it was unfair.

Good breakfast options but one thing that stood out and will stay forever was - AMRITSARI KULCHA MADE BY CHEF GURPREET - totally out of the world. You would not find a better Kulcha in entire Amritsar ,I can bet on that. Just amazing and the Chef and the entire staff are really welcoming and warm people, gave us a tour of their amazing kitchen where the magic is done by chef. One of the staff member Manorama made us feel very comfortable while dining explaining little things and made our stay memorable. Would love to come back to Amritsar to visit Golden Temple and just to have this amazing out of the world Kulcha. thank you for making this memorable.

Beds and pillows could have been better.

Fabulous hotel.mostly because of excellent staff.right from checkin to housekeeping to service at restaurant. Food was fingerlicking super delicious..Chefs are doing a wonderful job..MsManorama at the restaurant was ever smiling and catered to our smallest needs.Vishal at the reception was also polite and efficient. Only minus point was renovation work goin on but they stopped it once we complained about it. This hotel is highly recommended.

I am a senior citizen , Had a fall on the treadmill and slightly bruised myself when there was a power cut and the treadmill suddenly stopped. Fortunately i was not running or else could have been badly hurt. Seems there is no UPS for the gym equipment nor did the treadmill slowly come to a stop . Suggest a note be kept for guests not to run on the treadmill

It was an oasis of paradise and calm. Really fantastic staff and comfortable rooms. We were on half-board and Asif from the restaurant helped us discover the local dishes.The restaurant had a real chef. It was a very pleasant stay. Also the hotel staff went an extra mile ...we had to leave very early to catch a flight and the hotel even organised a breakfast takeaway for us.

The immediate surroundings of the hotel are not evident and it is not easy to walk around. But maybe because we did not know.

The stay was very enjoyable. The accommodations were comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make my son's first birthday a memorable occasion. I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff, particularly Himanshu and Manorma, for their exceptional service.

The cleanliness of the rooms requires significant improvement. Considerable amounts of dust were observed underneath the bed and on the sides.

Very smooth reception and luggage delivery in the room. Exceptionally good breakfast. The Amritsari Kulchas, eggs to order and stuffed parathas of different varieties were very nice. The decor was good. The room was of a good size and the storage space and bathroom were both good. The staff in the front desk and those at the breakfast service were exceptionally competent and polite.

The bed was not at all comfortable and that is the only reason why I am rating this as 8 and not 9. The springs were not firm enough. Since the hotel was in the middle of the city, it did not have a great front view.
