We needed the room just for a couple of hours, it was comfortable, bottles of water provided, all the shampoos, spacious room and bathroom. We got very good Indian breakfast, the design of the hotel is very traditional and helps you emerse to the culture.

The staff was very helpful but sometimes we were feeling too much pampered because the staff was helping us everywhere with the luggage, doors etc.

Good location, very close to lot of activity but off from the heavy traffic. No HiFi, but very much value for money and pretty much had what was promised.

The checkin and process was a little slow. Rooms very a little cramped, particularly the bathroom, but not terrible. The breakfast place was very cramped with no air conditioning and slow service.

Bathroom & cupboard little cramped. The bathroom telephone fell down 5 times, because I knocked it due cramped space. Similarly, got cramped when using cupboard. One plug point fell off when I plugged my charger. AC was a little inconsistent

very clean, they change bedding and towels everyday, location. very helpful staff.

I stayed 3 nights in the property, in which the buffet breakfast was in three different places each day. At conference room, at first floor and last day at the ground floor. Dosent matter about which floor, but there is no communication from the hotel that ,which floor will be for breakfast. I have to go up and down searching for it. This has to be communicated before breakfast. ( They have intercom, easy).

Good Ambiance and nice staff and the registration process completed in time. Facilities are met the expectations and enjoyed the stay. Good location and easily noticeable from road. Shall recommend for others

Compact space. Bather can be little spacious

The hotel is situated in a nice area of Bangalore, about 8 minutes walk from a metro station. Executive rooms are a bit small, cleanliness is good. Breakfast service is also good. On the whole a recommendable place to stay as the as the quality / price ratio is really OK.

Some rooms are clairvoyant, one can hear the AC from neighbours room. Therefore better sleep with earplugs.

The Hotel is located centrally in a prime location with Botanical Garden, shopping complex & markets nearby. Quiet comfortable stay with good food and economical pricing. The staff are very friendly & overall Good stay with Familly.

WiFi was not smooth and intermittently breaking. Had difficulty in doing online transactions like banking and ticket booking.
