The rooms are big tastefully decorated with small kitchenettes.Located in the heart of the city at the Jayanagar area about an hour drive from airport-- you have NIMHANS, the shopping arcades, botanical garden,even a microbrewery at a stone throw distance. Overall a memorable and cherishable stay.

Location is very Good. Connectivity of Metro is also there. So locationwise, it is excellent. The Breakfast was good in taste but it was too costly compared to the similar dishes available in the nearby area.

The Mattresses as well as pillows were too fluppy. It could not give required comfort while sleeping. Although, the room was clean, there was some smell especially while sitting on Sofa set. Except this, there is no other thing which we did not like.

The hotel itself is very good, clean and comfortable. The staff is super kind. I tried the gym. It's good enough for a quick workout.

The hotel seems to be building an extension of its premises. I received a message a few days earlier informing me, which was good. The work was supposed to start at 9 am and it sounded OK. Indeed it started at 9 am the two days I stayed. However, on Friday the construction went on until midnight. I was quite surprised...

Excellent location, close to metro station. All services working well. Wonderful breakfast. Staff very friendly and professional. Front Office - Libid - Dileep, Restaurant - Vinod (Chef) - Islam - Ashok, Housekeeper - Bibek WiFi signal ok. I had a veri nice stay. Absolutely recommended.

There is some sort of ongoing stamping/swooshing sound that comes from behind the hotel specially if you have a room on the left side of the hotel. Informed the staff and they changed my room after a sleepless Night. It is probably a printing press or a small factory . Look out for this problem when checking in

Vegetable dishes did not have many choices

It's a good serviced apartment in the middle of Jayanagar. We booked Premier room for 7 nights. Its located in a residential area so its pretty quiet. Islam from House Keeping does a great job. Overall the property is very clean. Its not buzzing with travelers so its a peaceful, less crowded stay. Staff and security are polite and nice. Rooms are very well ventilated. Overall a nice time at Lilac Jayanagar. Negative: Breakfast is not great. Almost same menu everyday, just one dish that keeps changing. Its quite expensive considering its a small serviced apartment. Adding 1K to the price and one could book a 4star hotel. Bed: Its not comfy, very bouncy There is small kitchen area in the room but no utensils. So, no point of the kitchen.

Location, layout of the rooms, overall comfort and friendly staff

It would be great if the self-cooking facilities are restored as per pre-Covid times. This is one of the USPs of this property we would like to see continued,rather than withdrawn.

1. Drinking water service was limited to two bottles. Instead put a water dispenser on each floor on self service basis 2. variety in breakfast

I visited bangalore for work and stayed at this property. Located in a peaceful locality and yet close to the main road. Not very far from the metro too. Cleanliness is excellent. Rooms are big. View average. There is a kitchenette but useless now, it seems that it was earlier a serviced apartment. Though, nothing I would fret about. Wifi is good too. Did not take food in the hotel, so can't comment about it.
