Wow where do I begin! The best, most amazing hotel I have ever stayed at, and maybe will ever stay at in my entire life. "7-star" service and food, very friendly and professional staff throughout, and the food was the best I've had in my entire life period, both in the restaurant downstairs, and in "Falak" on the 17th floor, overlooking the City. Simply exceptional, and a must visit for anyone visiting Bangalore. We had a free upgrade for doing absolutely nothing ;) and the room was sublime, I could live in there permanently it was that good. Thanks to Simran, Kaushal, Shreosi, Tashi and all the staff at Leela Bhartiya City, miss you guys x from Stephen and Mili Vincent/Kalia

The best stay i ever had in Bangalore. Starting from the Room to the service to the staffs every single thing needs appreciation. The room was beautiful with amazing view and plenty of space. Loved the washroom as well. The breakfast was good. But more than all this i wana mention their staffs and service. Priya was thruout available a text away during my stay for any support i needed. I even had one of their beautiful staff who helped me wear a saree for a function ❤️ Every single staff in the hotel was more than helpful and pleasant at all times. I felt safe even to come at any time to the hotel. There is an additional benefit to this hotel, it has a mall attached to it which is super convenient. Anytime i will be back in Bangalore, i will not prefer any other hotel other than Leela❤️

Could be the best hotel we have ever visited!! From the moment we walked in, we experienced such warm hospitality. Early check- in was no hassle and every effort was made to allow for a comfortable time at the hotel while waiting for our 3am flight out of Bangalore. Wonderful breakfast at this hotel, a fully kitted gym, sauna and spa with a beautiful pool overlooking the gorgeous Bhartiya city. They offer a free airport shuttle which is handled so professionally! Thank you to Sita, Sujata, Farzana and Nirjanan at the Falak restaurant who went out of their way to treat us to a stay fit for Kings!

Wish i had chosen to stay here longer!!

The hotel is part of the Bhartiya City project which is well developed, beautifully designed and excellently maintained. There is no traffic and the place is full of trees and greenery. There is also a mall attached to the hotel. It is far removed from the crazy hustle and bustle of Bengaluru. Our room was very nice and spacious and all modern amenities that you can think of were provided. The staff are excellent and really go out of their way to look after all your needs. A special mention has to be made of Ms. Pratiksha and Ms. Sujata from the Guest Services team who went above and beyond to plan a special celebration for our 25th Wedding Anniversary including a special cake and some surprise treats in our room. This was our first visit to Bengaluru and we are very happy that we chose to stay at The Leela. F&B was excellent and on the last night we had dinner at the Indian restaurant - Falak which was a wonderful experience. It was a shame to see it not very busy given it’s location and excellent views from the 17th floor. Perhaps they can introduce a happy hour during the evenings to bring in more guests. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back sometime in the near future.

Leela had appointed one single point of contact Sujatha was assigned to us, she was available during our checkin and check out, my kid had fallen sick during these 2 days stay, hotel staff were very caring and came forward to help us out, they were ready tot arrange a car to visit any doctor and also helped us with steam vapour machine as my kid had cold and cough, since Bangalore was a known place to us we could manage most of the things on our own, would thank every staff for their courtesy

Water temperature in swimming pool could have been maintained, it was left to normal atmospheric temperature, this improvement is required if kids or any one wants to swim comfortably

This is by far the most amazing 5-star hotel i've ever stayed in. The service, the food, the room, all amazing. Even the music at breakfast and in the elevator are enhancing the experience. The staff is very good trained and hospitable. I had a personal contact for the guest experience, name Priya, who made sure we got a A+ experience. Very gratefull to her, the staff and the hotel. It made my husband's birthday extra special. Don't forget to enjoy a nice rooftop diner by night. Amazing experience also.

It was a fantastic experience staying in Leela Bhartiya Banglore. Let me remark that our comfortable accommodations, delicious dining options, and impeccable housekeeping services exceeded my expectations. First of all, I have to thank you to all the team who looked after our stomachs by providing us with the food that we requested. Being South Indian I missed my home food. One day I mentioned that to the team. The next day they provided us with Appam and vegetarian stew in the morning, a very authentic Kerala food. Being vegetarian I am very fussy about my selections and they tried their best to fulfil my needs. They tried to fulfil my South Indian poriyal, the rare vazhakumbu thoran ( banana plant flower stir fry). They went the extra mile for that and I had to pass a big thank you to the Chefs Navneet Joshi and Venkat Kondaiah. We have to share special thanks to all the people who serve food, especially Moin who is always present whenever we need. Many Thanks to Manohar Lal, the restaurant manager and Aakanksha Mali, the service associate. I value and respect all the staff even though I could not mention each and every name. I may not come to Banglore again but definitely have the confidence to check in any other Leela hotels in future.

"After a long journey, I arrived at The Leela Bhartiya City Hotel, where I had informed them about my anniversary. Ms. Priya, the guest coordinator, exceeded my expectations with her excellent communication and thoughtful arrangements. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome, complete with a lovely gesture and a special treat for my kids - teddy bears, cappuccino, and hot chocolate! As we entered our room, we were greeted by an exquisite bouquet, scrumptious pastries, and a decadent mousse cake, making our anniversary celebration even more special. Ms. Priya also arranged for an Epsom salt and bubble bath experience, which was truly amazing. The bathtub was filled with rose petals, and the manager's hospitality was exceptional. The positive vibes throughout our stay were palpable. We enjoyed our time within the hotel premises, savoring the delicious breakfast buffet and appreciating the friendly staff. The kids had a blast with the activities offered, like drawing and coloring with special pens, which kept them engaged and happy. Although I had an evening flight at 6:00 p.m., the hotel graciously honored a late checkout till 5:00 p.m., which was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, I couldn't extend my checkout further due to my flight schedule. The hotel also offered cooking classes for the kids at 3:00 p.m., but we couldn't join in due to our impending departure. The concierge, Mr. Dhiraj, was exceptional during both check-in and check-out, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. Additionally, Ms. Prathikshah, the Guest Experience Director, was instrumental in ensuring our stay was well-organized and memorable. Her attention to detail and personalized touch made all the difference. Special mention to Ranjan from housekeeping, who ensured our room was immaculately clean and comfortable throughout our stay.

Overall Experience Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru is one of my absolute favorite places to stay in the city. I always look forward to my birthdays here because they make every visit feel so special. From the moment we arrive until we head home, the hospitality is unmatched. Pre-Arrival & Check-In Shout out to Aryan who acknowledged and assisted in breezy check in process ! Even before we arrived, Sujata from the front desk called to check in and ensure everything was perfectly arranged for my stay. She kept in touch, making sure everything was going smoothly, and even before leaving for the day, she checked that I was enjoying my time. This kind of care is beyond what I expected, and Leela has never let me down. Location & Atmosphere I love everything about this property—from the food to the warm hospitality, and especially the peaceful location away from the city’s hustle and bustle. The refreshing greenery makes me feel so connected to nature. Plus, the direct entry to the mall is super convenient for a quick shopping trip or to catch a movie. Dining & Service The Library Bar: Special shoutout to Aradhya, Tithi, and Akanksha, who took great care of us while we enjoyed finger food and drinks during happy hour. Their cheerful smiles and attentive service made my day even more special. Quattro: The breakfast the next morning was wonderful, thanks to these lovely ladies who were always ready to help with a smile. Professionalism & Farewell Suresh and Krish were fantastic with our baggage, ensuring everything was handled professionally and giving us a warm send-off. Sita made our checkout smooth and even coordinated with concierge for the complimentary cab! Must-Try Don’t miss out on their in-house Falak red wine at The Library Bar. It was absolutely delightful!
