Very good ambience, food is really good. The staff working overthre are very humble and superb at their work. Good communication from the reception in every . need to mention about Srinivas chowhan the receptionist for taking a quick decision and helping out me during power failure situation. Ambience is good made of wood construction but in some areas observed water leakage. Locking system could be much better for main door making the guest feel more comfortable and safe. Need to improve incase of emergency situations. I had a power trip during my stay in midnight's luckily we had vacancy so shifted to H1. What if there is no vacant room.

Friendly staff, delicious food, relaxing atmosphere. Love that you get served breakfast in your own hut too. Very clean on arrival. The huts are so spacious and the pool is a great luxury! So close to the beach as well.

The huts are made of wood, which is lovely but in some areas the wood is a little worn. This makes it a little expensive for the physical quality/appearance of the huts, but the high cleaning standards and staff attention makes up for this

We have booked a suite. It was spacious, very much comfortable and well maintained with cleanliness and facilities. Also I loved the swimming pool.

Location was not very close to beach. It is not exactly beach facing. It is 10 min walk away from beach. Also have to drive via very narrow lanes. It was difficult for Car. The photos given above are false. In real, look of property very much different than photos. No bright light, no ocean view. It felt like cheated on seeing the property.

Awesome stay experience, Mr. Srinivas chavan hosted our stay at Orabella. Special thanks to him as he managed everything for us like taxi, bike for rent and other visits. Mr. Srinivas is a very polite, humble, genuine person, caring for all guests.Once we reached the hotel he welcomed us with a welcome drink with a cheerful smile. Also I would like to thank to Ms. Polyta fernandis and Srinivas who decorated our room on our marriage anniversary and surprised us by a beautiful gift in the evening during our dinner at orabella. Thank you so much , you guys made my day. Location wise this property is very close to the beach, market, car/bike rent facilities and all other water activities. The beach is accessible 24*7 from here no entry exit restriction to the beach. Rooms are awesome, neat and clean, 24*7 electricity, water, superb breakfast/ lunch/ dinner. Room service is on time or on a call as per our convenience. Very smooth checkin and checkout. Thanks to Mr. Srinivas, Ms. Polyta fernandis and all other staff members who made our stay awesome at Orabella.

If you wanna be near the nightlife and hotspot at Calangute, this location is ideal. Beach is like 2 min walk and lets you avoid the main entrance which is filled with vendors and sellers tryna sell u stuff. The pool was great, its perfect for a midday swim and the jets were a nice add on. Was kept clean, and has easy to use AC. The staff were friendly and the hostess is a legend.

The road to the place is quite tight l so if youre driving, better be ready to navigate tight corners and thin roads, but saying that the on site parking is a lifesaver since on-street spots are nearly impossible to find in the area

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed all the facilities like the swimming pool and the food services as well. Especially Shrinivas Chavan at the check in desk was available round the clock and provided us with everything we needed. All the people working in the kitchen were very helpful and the food was very good. The room was also cleaned well whenever we needed. The property is very close to the beach and many shacks, which was very good.

Some corners of the house were slightly dusty and we saw some insects as well since it was close to the beach. Since the cabin is entirely made from wood, it makes some creaky noises but you get used to it after a while.

The best thing was the hotel staff. Very friendly, extremely helpful and humble. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. We didn't mind the limited menu because everything was prepared right then and there and it was great. The villa size was great and we loved that it was not on the main busy street. The beach was literally 3min walk.

The room floor and the sofa on the ground floor were not clean, on the day we arrived. The next day, room service cleaned it well, and all was sorted.

Location, staff behaviour, cleanliness, food, behaviour of all the reception people including Polita Fernandez, Srinivas, Shiva and all the house keeping and cleaning people specially Babu(Shashank) and his both the associates. The cook Chetan and both the security people deserve a special mention

The place needs an overhaul as the ageing of the villas is clearly visible. Apart from that, you'll get everything you need from this stay.

The amount of space within the villa. Availability of a proper fridge and microwave. Proximity to the beach.

Cockroaches in the kitchen and living area of the villa. Size of the property was small.
