The room was very nice and spacious, access to the beach was easy and the beach itself is fantastic. We enjoyed the stay a lot. All the members of staff were very friendly and helpful. Both swimming pools available were clean and comfortable. Restaurant in the hotel is fine + there are many options in the walking distance in the village (including also supermarket).

Despite there was an info about the payment during the reservation (that it is completely covered by booking.com) as I supplied my credit card, we had to pay the deposit on the website of the hotel. There was also some confusion on the booking of the shuttle from the airport - for the trips from the airport I can safely recommend to take uber/taxi from the airport (GOI is about 1hr away, GOX even closer).

Amazing location, 2 minutes walk to the beach and all the beach shacks, the staff are very attentive to your needs, Bali in the restaurant is amazing catered for every need...

The only down side was we booked 3 rooms, 2 for our grown up kids and 1 for us.. they stayed for 4 nights and had to head back to the uk and we stayed for a further 3 days... they asked to clear all bills even though it was put onto our room.. never heard off clearing bills before the main room checked out... no trust factor..

EVERYTHING, The resort was well kept with green lawns and shrubbery. The room was big, the bathroom was big, it had a balcony with seating. It had 2 pools, a large central pool (which was great) and a smaller one that we didn’t try. The staff were amazing especially the restaurant staff who were all really friendly, the food was amazing and was cooked perfectly to our Pallett. Big shout out to Kiran who was very helpful throughout our stay. We had a massage during our stay which again was amazing. Thank you all for a great stay !

WE LIKED EVERYTHING

There is nothing not to like its beautiful. The hotel it clean and well presented. Staff are all polite and ready to help in anyway they can. Bali and his restraunt and Bar team are very welcoming and kind. The Reception staff are amazing and will do anything to help or just have a friendly chat. Cleaners and gardeners were all very warm and kind. Overall the hotel.is a well located place to stay close to the beach and bars and restraunts.. There is a taxi service outside the hotel and can also rent a scooter from the hotel witch for us was brilliant. I cannot fault this hotel will definitely recommend and would stay here again. 👌

Breakfast was good and the restaurant staff were very helpful Few names: Arup, Kushal, Sameer, Dibyendu All the folks at restaurant were nice and willing to help with food suggestions and moderate the preparation to suit the palate. Pool is nice and fun for kids. Layout of the villa/rooms is nice, around the pool. Pool staff: Manojit was also quite attentive and helpful Rooms are big and can accomodate one extra single bed (good that they have a bed and mattress and not just extra mattress). Balcony is decent sized and can be enjoyed. Washroom is nice size. (appreciate if they can put a swipe or mop as it gets wet during the frequent trips to pool/beach/bath)

Reception insisted on the entire payment at the time of check-in. That is bit strange especially when you already have your credit card on file with them and paid part of the booking online. Outside taxi union guys are okay; did not have a great experience with them. Hotel is 1-1.5 km away from market or official beach entry from Calangute so you need a taxi (if with family)

Lovely hotel with rooms overlooking the pool and sea. Short walk to beach and shacks. Hotel was clean and pools were good, especially liked the one opposite our room which was always quiet. Lovely gardens and well kept. Staff were all polite and friendly. Special thanks to Gabriel from reception who went out of his way to get me a mattress topper as I have a bad back and the mattress was a little too hard for me. Shower was wonderful, great pressure and plenty of hot water ( not always the case in India)

Liked everything. Would be nicer if The gate at bottom of garden was open for guests but wasn’t a problem for us.

A really nice all round hotel, the pool is pleasant, bar and restaurant are good and great value. I was moved room on request to a room with a window / balcony, as the first allocated room was without a window which I didn’t like. The main asset are the staff, without doubt some of the best service we’ve ever had and they’re genuinely really nice people.

Perhaps clean up the seating area around the pool in time for the start of breakfast, if you get up before 0830 you’ll notice the detritus of the guests from the night before.

Big room, comfortable bed and really good water pressure for shower. 5 mins walk to the beach. There's amenities ie .swimming pool and gym and a restaurant. We wanted to drink on our own by the beach and the staff were quite accommodating in providing ice and even at closing hours, they allowed us to buy beers

There's no separate shower gel and shampoo. It's one container for both, suggest you bring your own toiletries.

Breakfast was excellent, with a changing variety of dishes on offer, particularly the Indian dishes. The menu at other times offered a good choice of veg and non-veg dishes, Indian, western and Chinese. Service was efficient, with pleasant staff. The room was comfortable and spacious. Front desk staff were polite, friendly and helpful.

A better reading light could have been available at the bedside. The sunbeds had seen better days. Pool towels were not always available. Room cleaning/servicing often happened late in the day.

The property was conveniently located for getting to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The pool area is very nice and generally clean. There are nice pool lounge chairs and shade umbrellas. The breakfast was sufficient and there were western options available upon request, however the local Indian options were delightful.

Wifi is not good, we had to request to moved as our room received no signal. The staff was very good about changing our location. It was a bit pricey.
